Quick suggestion: an "F" in the trade grades or the free agent signing grades is no longer called a Millen.  Can it now be referred to as a "Gruden"?

Here's the thinking: Matt Millen was a terrible GM, but in this day in the NFL, not all personnel decisions are a result of a GM's incompetence.  Bad decisions are a product of whoever wears the pants in the organization, which could include an owner, a GM, a head coach, or in the case of the Browns, a homeless guy on the street.   GM's get a bad wrap.

We could call it a Haslam for the Browns, but they might not be so terrible over the next couple of years.  A Snyder?  They've had bad luck more than anything.  My vote goes to Gruden.  He clearly has say over everyone and and everything in Oakland, and has taken a decent team to the pit of despair.

How's the Khalil Mack trade working out?  Just ask any Bear fan.  Those first round picks have become worse by the week.  Even assuming some regression to the mean for next year, there's no GM/Head Coach/Sane Owner that wouldn't trade two late 1's for a star pash rusher.

What about Amari Cooper?  He helped turn the Cowboys into a playoff team almost immediately.  The Cowboys knew that they probably weren't going to obtain a receiver with his potential at the end of the first round (not a WR draft anyways) and they had a young QB that needs weapons to develop.

Article after article discusses how teams over value first round draft picks.  Gruden just keeps accumulating them as if they are all proven commodities.  In the mean time, he's traded away players that the Raiders spent time developing only to help other teams do better in the interim, thereby lessening the value of the picks he's acquiring.

All in all, there are other candidates, but if the F grade get's a name, my vote is for Gruden.
