Travis Hunter/NE seems a very awkward fit to me. If Hunter isn't drafted primarily to play boundary CB, his value takes a ding, IMO. 1.04 could be a trade down spot in your scenario. The Saints need a boundary corner and more juice at WR...maybe they swap with NE? 1.09 seems a proper value range for potential NE targets like Will Campbell, Mason Graham, Tet McMillan or even Ashton Jeanty.
I think Charlie's IND/Booker report might be one of his whiffs. Draft trends are broken annually, but Chris Ballard/RAS is definitely a thing. I love Booker, but undeniably bad body/bad athlete. Lot of prominent mocks have Booker sliding to the 2nd RD recently.
For what it's worth, I think the Colts will do everything in their power to come out of the 1st RD with Warren or Loveland. Ballard was reportedly trying like mad to move up for Bowers last year. IND has ignored the TE position for too long. (This assumes IND doesn't trade for Dallas Goedert - possible, given the Steichen connection.)
