Walt: once again Imho- your assessment of the Dallas Cowboys head coach Shotty is completely absurd. Shotty has hired and outstanding coaching staff since being hired. Shotty is changing the culture of the Cowboys right before our eyes. Of course the changes won't happen over night- but it's coming. Shotty will upgrade the product on the field- there will be growing pains- Dak Prescott will be hoisting the Lombardi Trophy in 2027 Super Bowl in Los Angeles finally breaking the Tom Landry Curse. With the Cowboys FO finally taking a backseat to allow the coaches to be a the forefront is refreshing. Yes Sir dem boys are back! Don't be surprised if you have egg on your face these next 3 years. How about dem Cowboys- Super Bowl bound baby! Guaranteed!
Walt- I noticed on your grades for the hiring and fire of coaches were on point- except for the Dallas Cowboys- you gave Shotty a Millen- simply because of his last name and was fired 3 times-think Shotty is going to surprise- he has hired some great coaches to assist him and keep him afloat as the head coach. Cowboys nation believe that the Joneses will finally let the coaches coach the player up while the Jones fade into the background.
