As a Broncos fan, I think calling our 2024 defense Superb is a little bit of an exaggeration.  They were good, great even at times.  But our light, quick defensive line and weak interior Linebacking core allowed teams like Baltimore and Buffalo to completely bully our front seven.  If Dre Greenlaw can play healthy (which is unfortunately looking less likely) the additions of Hufanga and Barron should help in containing plays from breaking through the second level.  That alone will go a long way in keeping us more competitive against bruising running games.  And that is a good thing for us, as half of the AFC West seems to be developing their own power running game now.
