137. Seattle Seahawks: Jonathan Casillas, OLB, Wisconsin
     Some competition at the weakside linebacker position is needed in the wake of the Julian Peterson trade.
     
     
138. Atlanta Falcons: Matt Shaughnessy, DE, Wisconsin
     The Falcons need to find someone to get to the quarterback besides John Abraham. Jamaal Anderson has a grand total of two sacks in his first two NFL seasons.
     
     
139. Kansas City Chiefs: Joel Bell, OT, Furman
     Some much-needed competition at the right tackle position; Damion McIntosh, now 32, gave up seven sacks in 2008.
     
     
140. Chicago Bears: James Davis, RB, Clemson
     The Bears struggled to get anything done offensively when Matt Forte was on the bench last year. I'd like to see them add some solid depth to the running back position.
     
     
141. Philadelphia Eagles: Vance Walker, DT, Georgia Tech
     Andy Reid loves taking tons of linemen each April. He'll get his fix here.
     
     
142. Cincinnati Bengals: Coye Francies, CB, San Jose State
     The Bengals are lacking cornerback depth. Based on pure talent level, Coye Francies is a steal here. Perhaps Francies and Tank Johnson can team up and own the biggest gun collection in the history of this planet.
     
     
143. Atlanta Falcons: Cornelius Lewis, OT, Tennessee State
     The Falcons could really use some depth at offensive tackle.
     
     
144. Jacksonville Jaguars: Xavier Fulton, OT, Illinois
     The Jaguars signed William Tra Thomas, but he turns 35 in November. They'll find a long-term solution at the left tackle position in the first three or four rounds of the 2009 NFL Draft.
     
     
145. Green Bay Packers: Worrell Williams, ILB, California
     A.J. Hawk and Nick Barnett will man the middle linebacker slots in Green Bay's new 3-4, but the team needs depth behind them.
     
     
     
     
     
146. San Francisco 49ers: Antonio Appleby, ILB, Virginia
     Takeo Spikes did a good job playing next to Patrick Willis last season and was rewarded with a 2-year deal. However, he turns 33 in December, so the 49ers could be looking for a more long-term solution at inside linebacker in the middle rounds.
     
     
147. Buffalo Bills: Antone Smith, RB, Florida State
     Even with the addition of Dominic Rhodes, Antone Smith is appealing in the fifth round; with a 4.33 40, Smith is a home-run threat.
     
     
148. San Diego Chargers: Louis Vasquez, G, Texas Tech
     More line help for the Chargers, who need an upgrade at right guard.
     
     
149. Denver Broncos: Graham Gano, K, Florida State
     Matt Prater really struggled down the stretch. Following the team's Week 8 bye, Prater was just 12-of-20, and he missed a field goal in all but two games to close out the year.
     
     
150. Washington Redskins: Henry Melton, DE, Texas
     The Redskins managed a laughable 24 sacks in 2008, thanks to the failed Jason Taylor experiment. Daniel Snyder may love Henry Melton, who ran a 4.64 at his Pro Day. Pretty impressive considering he's 269 pounds.

151. New York Giants: Emanuel Cook, SS, South Carolina
     One of the top players available, Emanuel Cook will push Michael Johnson for the starting strong safety gig.

152. Houston Texans: Stryker Sulak, DE, Missouri
     The Texans signed Antonio Smith, but they still need a pass-rusher across from Mario Williams on passing downs. Stryker Sulak had 15.5 TFL and 10.5 sacks in 2008.

153. Philadelphia Eagles: David Bruton, FS, Notre Dame
     The Eagles signed Sean Jones to play free safety in 2009. The problem is, Jones is a natural strong safety, and he inked a mere 1-year deal. David Bruton could take over for Jones in 2010 if he shows enough potential.
     
     
154. Chicago Bears: Mark Parson, CB, Ohio
     Nathan Vasher's play really fell off in 2008, so the Bears could be looking for some depth at corner.
     
     
155. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Kyle Moore, DE, USC
     With the Buccaneers moving away from the Tampa-2, they'll need a traditional 4-3 left end across from Gaines Adams.
     
     
156. Dallas Cowboys: Morgan Trent, CB, Michigan
     Adding depth at the cornerback position never hurts. The Cowboys don't have much behind Terence Newman, Mike Jenkins and Orlando Scandrick.
     
     
157. Philadelphia Eagles: Aaron Kelly, WR, Clemson
     The Eagles need an end-zone target for Donovan McNabb. At 6-5, 204, Aaron Kelly would be that guy.
     
     
158. Minnesota Vikings: Bradley Fletcher, CB, Iowa
     Antoine Winfield's contract expires after this season. The Vikings could use a young corner in the mix.

     The L.J. Smith signing revealed that the Ravens may think that Todd Heap is no longer the player he once was. Smith inked a 1-year deal, so Baltimore could be looking for a more long-term solution.
     
     
163. Carolina Panthers: Darryl Richard, DT, Georgia Tech
     Carolina missed Kris Jenkins' presence last year. They'll take a defensive tackle early in the 2009 NFL Draft if they don't get one in free agency.
     
     
164. New York Giants: Lardarius Webb, CB/KR, Nicholls State
     Once again, the Giants can afford to take the best player available. The team failed to return a touchdown on special teams. Lardarius Webb took two to the house in 2008.
     
     
165. Indianapolis Colts: Otis Wiley, SS, Michigan State
     Bob Sanders has missed 23 games in the past three years. While Melvin Bullitt did an adequate in job replacing Sanders in 2008, the Colts could use a dynamic strong safety once the All-Pro gets hurt again.
     
     
166. Dallas Cowboys: David Veikune, DE/OLB, Hawaii
     Someone to push Anthony Spencer after Greg Ellis leaves next spring.
     
     
167. Arizona Cardinals: Jason Watkins, OT, Florida
     Mike Gandy's contract expires after the 2009 NFL season, and the Cardinals don't really have much depth at tackle anyway.
     
     
     
     
     
     
168. Pittsburgh Steelers: Deon Butler, WR, Penn State
     With Nate Washington gone, the Steelers don't have much behind Hines Ward, Santonio Holmes and Limas Sweed. The clock is also ticking on Ward - he just turned 33 - so Pittsburgh will need a wideout ready once their gritty veteran moves on. Deon Butler, secretly Penn State's best receiver the past four years, is a mid-round steal. He reminds me of Troy Brown.
     
     
169. Pittsburgh Steelers: Khalif Mitchell, NT, East Carolina
     Casey Hampton's contract expires after the 2009 NFL season. He'll be 32 at that point. The Steelers should consider bringing in some insurance.
     
     
170. New England Patriots: Shawn Nelson, TE, Southern Miss
     Ben Watson, in all likelihood, is entering his final year with the Patriots. Watson showed tons of promise early on in his career, but he has turned into an injury-prone, drop-happy tight end. I'm aware that the Patriots just signed Chris Baker, but they needed a blocking tight end. Baker would complement Shawn Nelson.
     
     
171. San Francisco 49ers: Mike Reilly, QB, Central Washington
     If the 49ers don't draft Mark Sanchez or Josh Freeman, look for this new regime to select a developmental quarterback in the middle rounds.
     
     
172. Dallas Cowboys: Nic Harris, SS, Oklahoma
     The Cowboys signed Gerald Sensabaugh to a 1-year deal. Not exactly a ringing endorsement that he's the answer.

173. Tennessee Titans: Nate Davis, QB, Ball State
     The only quarterbacks that Tennessee has on its roster are Kerry Collins and Vince Young (Patrick Ramsey doesn't count as an NFL quarterback). The Titans are quickly souring on Young, so they could bring in some future competition in the middle rounds of the 2009 NFL Draft.
