  1. Kansas City Chiefs: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
The Chiefs recently cut Stanford Routt, so the cornerback position will be a priority for them this offseason.

    Follow @walterfootball for updates.

Pick change; previously Margus Hunt, DE/DT

  2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Travis Frederick, G/C, Wisconsin
Travis Frederick can play both guard and center, which has to appeal to the Jaguars because they need both. Left guard Eben Britton, a free agent in March, has been benched twice this season. Center Brad Meester, whose contract also expires after this year, will turn 36 soon.

  3. Philadelphia Eagles: Tony Jefferson, S, Oklahoma
Nate Allen and Kurt Coleman have more missed tackles this season than any other safety tandem in the NFL, save for the Saints and Titans. They also blow tons of coverages each week. The Eagles must find at least one upgrade at the position.

Pick change; previously Logan Ryan, CB

  4. San Francisco 49ers: Khaled Holmes, C, USC
The 49ers could use some help on the offensive line. Khaled Holmes could eventually take over for Jonathan Goodwin, who will be 34 in December.

  5. Oakland Raiders: Kyle Long, OT, Oregon
The Raiders will need to upgrade their offensive line. Khalif Barnes cannot be a starter in this league. Kyle Long would appeal to Raider fans for obvious reasons.

Pick change; previously Brennan Williams, OT

  6. Cleveland Browns: Larry Warford, G, Kentucky
The Browns need to improve their interior blocking because Trent Richardson's just not getting any running lanes. Jason Pinkston suffered a potentially career-threatening blood clot in his lungs, so Cleveland will definitely be searching for a guard.

Pick change; previously William Gholston, DE

  7. New York Jets: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
The Jets need to take a chance on a young quarterback because Mark Sanchez is awful. They have to give their fans some hope, or they may lose more supporters than just Fireman Ed.

Tyler Bray is very physically gifted, but he's a head case. If the Jets draft him, they have to bring in highly regarded offensive coaches to get the most out of him.

Pick change; previously Kenny Stills, WR

  8. Tennessee Titans: Robert Lester, S, Alabama
The Titans have major problems at safety. Jordan Babineaux is just a marginal talent, while Michael Griffin has inexplicably dropped off this year. At first, it was believed he was struggling because he was at strong safety instead of free safety, but he's continued to play poorly despite moving back to his natural spot.

Pick change; previously Shawn Williams, S

  9. Arizona Cardinals: Chase Thomas, DE/OLB, Stanford
The Cardinals' rush linebackers are inconsistent in terms of getting to the quarterback. O'Brien Schofield hasn't exactly proven that he's capable of staying healthy either.

Pick change; previously Michael Buchanan, DE/OLB

  10. Detroit Lions: Tank Carradine, DE, Florida State
Kyle Vanden Bosch likely won't be back with the team next season because of his $5 million salary, while the other exterior pass-rushers, excluding Cliff Avril, have barely done anything this year.

Tank Carradine recently tore his ACL, but he's worth a shot in the third round.

Pick change; previously John Simon, DE

  11. Buffalo Bills: Ryan Swope, WR, Texas A&M
The Bills drafted a quarterback in the second round, so they'll need to find a weapon for him. Steve Johnson is currently the only downfield play-maker on Buffalo's roster.

Pick change; previously Justin Gilbert, CB

  12. San Diego Chargers: Ryan Nassib, QB, Syracuse
Philip Rivers will be a free agent after the 2014 season. Will the Chargers re-sign him to a long-term deal if he continues to choke in the clutch and show signs of regression? They should probably bring in a young quarterback as insurance.

Pick change; previously Ricky Wagner, OT

  13. St. Louis Rams: Brennan Williams, OT, North Carolina
Another upgrade for the Rams' horrific offensive line. They need to protect Sam Bradford.

Pick change; previously Dion Sims, TE

  14. New Orleans Saints: Logan Ryan, CB, Rutgers
I'm giving the historically inept Saints' defense the best player available to help fix their stop unit.

Pick change; previously Leon McFadden, CB

  15. Dallas Cowboys: Zac Dysert, QB, Miami of Ohio
Tony Romo will turn 33 just prior to the 2013 NFL Draft. The Cowboys will have to think about bringing in a young quarterback.

Pick change; previously Landry Jones, QB

  16. Miami Dolphins: Leon McFadden, CB, San Diego State
The Dolphins have two second-round picks because they dealt Vontae Davis to the Colts, so they should probably use one of them on a replacement.

Pick change; previously Justin Gilbert, CB

  17. Washington Redskins: Sean Porter, DE/OLB, Texas A&M
The Redskins learned the hard way that they have absolutely nothing at rush linebacker behind Brian Orakpo and Ryan Kerrigan.

  18. Minnesota Vikings: Ricky Wagner, OT, Wisconsin
Phil Loadholt will be a free agent this offseason. The Vikings will need a replacement if they can't retain him.

Pick change; previously Kevin Reddick, ILB

  19. Cincinnati Bengals: Bacarri Rambo, S, Georgia
The Bengals had a big need at safety, but they didn't address the position until the fifth round this past April. They'll put more effort into finding an upgrade the following offseason because they won't survive with Reggie Nelson and the recently benched Taylor Mays (or cornerback Nate Clements, who is playing out of position) as their starters.

  20. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Arthur Brown, LB, Kansas State
The Buccaneers have two solid linebackers in Lavonte David and Mason Foster, but they need a third to upgrade the pedestrian Quincy Black.

  21. Pittsburgh Steelers: Brandon Jenkins, DE/OLB, Florida State
James Harrison may not be back next year. He'll be due $6.6 million as a 35-year-old who is having trouble staying healthy. The Steelers may spend an early pick on a rush linebacker.

Brandon Jenkins will reportedly enter the 2013 NFL Draft. He's coming off a Lisfranc injury, but should be selected on Day 2.

  22. Seattle Seahawks: Jordan Reed, TE, Florida
Adding play-makers for Russell Wilson has to be a priority for the Seahawks this offseason. Help is also needed at tight end.

Pick change; previously Jonathan Brown, OLB

  23. Indianapolis Colts: William Gholston, DE/DT, Michigan State
A major area of weakness on Indianapolis' stop unit is the defensive line. Multiple upgrades must be made.

Pick change; previously Trevardo Williams, DE/OLB

  24. New York Giants: Akeem Spence, DT, Illinois
Marvin Austin has shown nothing thus far in his career, so the Giants may bring in another young defensive tackle.

Pick change; previously Zac Dysert, QB

  25. Green Bay Packers: Kenny Stills, WR, Oklahoma
Greg Jennings will be a free agent in March. He's proven to be unreliable in terms of staying healthy, so the Packers may choose not to re-sign him. If so, they may target a receiver early in the 2013 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Andre Ellington, RB

  26. New England Patriots: Shawn Williams, S, Georgia
Despite Steve Gregory's performance against the pathetic Jets, New England still has issues at safety it'll need to address this offseason.

Pick change; previously Datone Jones, DE

  27. Denver Broncos: Stepfan Taylor, RB, Stanford
John Fox loves using multiple selections on the running back position. The Broncos took Ronnie Hillman in April, and Stepfan Taylor would be a good complement.

  28. Miami Dolphins: Gerald Hodges, LB, Penn State
Something the Dolphins must do this offseason is find some linebacker depth because they're awfully thin there.

  29. San Francisco 49ers: Phillip Thomas, S, Fresno State
Donte Whitner hasn't been very good this year. Dashon Goldson, meanwhile, was slapped with a franchise tag this prior offseason. The 49ers will need a replacement if they can't sign him to a long-term deal.

Pick change; previously Terry Hawthorne, CB

  30. Baltimore Ravens: Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU
The Ravens suddenly have glaring issues at cornerback. Lardarius Webb tore an ACL for the second time in his career, while Cary Williams is a free agent.

It appears as though Tyrann Mathieu will enter the 2013 NFL Draft. The Ravens have taken a chance on another troubled cornerback.

Pick change; previously Stedman Bailey, WR

  31. Houston Texans: Brian Winters, OT, Kent State
The Texans were interested in bringing in a right tackle early in the 2012 NFL Draft, but they never got the chance. Well, here's their opportunity. The position will have to be addressed if the currently injured Rashad Butler can't properly fill in for Eric Winston.

Pick change; previously Phillip Thomas, S

  32. Atlanta Falcons: Mike Gillislee, RB, Florida
Michael Turner is done. He's looked like he's been running in quicksand this season, so he won't be on the roster much longer.
