-
Kansas City Chiefs: Carrington Byndom, CB, Texas
The Chiefs recently cut Stanford Routt, so the cornerback position will be a priority for them this offseason.

Pick change; previously Justin Gilbert, CB
-
Jacksonville Jaguars: Andre Ellington, RB, Clemson
Rashad Jennings got his chance and failed miserably. The Jaguars need a competent backup running back behind Maurice Jones-Drew.
Pick change; previously Travis Frederick, G/C
-
San Francisco 49ers: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
Teams are always looking for cornerback depth, especially if they have extra picks. Besides, Carlos Rogers isn't playing as well this season. He's been solid at times, but has been inconsistent.
Pick change; previously Khaled Holmes, C
-
Oakland Raiders: Kyle Long, OT, Oregon
The Raiders will need to upgrade their offensive line. Khalif Barnes cannot be a starter in this league. Kyle Long would appeal to Oakland fans for obvious reasons.
-
Philadelphia Eagles: Tony Jefferson, S, Oklahoma
Nate Allen and Kurt Coleman have more missed tackles this season than any other safety tandem in the NFL, save for the Saints and Titans. They also blow tons of coverages each week. The Eagles must find at least one upgrade at the position.
-
Tennessee Titans: Travis Frederick, G/C, Wisconsin
Chris Johnson has finally regained CJ2K form in recent weeks, but that doesn't mean the Titans can't use an upgrade or two on the offensive line. Help is needed on the interior, and Travis Frederick can play every position there.
Pick change; previously Robert Lester, S
-
Arizona Cardinals: Sean Porter, DE/OLB, Texas A&M
The Cardinals' rush linebackers are inconsistent in terms of getting to the quarterback. O'Brien Schofield hasn't exactly proven that he's capable of staying healthy either.
Pick change; previously Chase Thomas, DE/OLB
-
Detroit Lions: Cobi Hamilton, WR, Arkansas
Wide receiver is suddenly a need for the Lions. Titus Young will probably never play again for them, while Ryan Broyles just tore another ACL.
Pick change; previously Tank Carradine, DE
-
San Diego Chargers: Ryan Nassib, QB, Syracuse
Philip Rivers will be a free agent after the 2014 season. Will the Chargers re-sign him to a long-term deal if he continues to choke in the clutch and show signs of regression? They should probably bring in a young quarterback as insurance.
-
Cleveland Browns: Tank Carradine, DE, Florida State
Here's a player who can help the Browns' pass rush. Cleveland's defensive ends are all struggling to get to the quarterback. Tank Carradine recently tore his ACL, but he's worth a shot in the third round.
Pick change; previously Larry Warford, G
-
Miami Dolphins: Logan Ryan, CB, Rutgers
The Dolphins have two second-round picks because they dealt Vontae Davis to the Colts, so they should probably use one of them on a replacement.
Pick change; previously Leon McFadden, CB
-
New York Jets: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
The Jets need to take a chance on a young quarterback because Mark Sanchez is awful. They have to give their fans some hope, or they may lose more supporters than just Fireman Ed.
Tyler Bray is very physically gifted, but he's a head case. If the Jets draft him, they have to bring in highly regarded offensive coaches to get the most out of him.
-
Buffalo Bills: Ryan Swope, WR, Texas A&M
The Bills drafted a quarterback in the second round, so they'll need to find a weapon for him. Steve Johnson is currently the only downfield play-maker on Buffalo's roster.
-
New Orleans Saints: Brennan Williams, OT, North Carolina
The Saints will need an offensive tackle next spring if they can't re-sign free agent-to-be Jermon Bushrod. Bushrod isn't that good to begin with, so New Orleans could stand to find an upgrade.
Pick change; previously Logan Ryan, CB
-
St. Louis Rams: Bacarri Rambo, S, Georgia
The Rams' defense is playing great, but they have a couple of areas they need to address. One such spot is the safety position. Craigh Dahl must be upgraded.
Pick change; previously Brennan Williams, OT
-
Dallas Cowboys: Zac Dysert, QB, Miami of Ohio
Tony Romo will turn 33 just prior to the 2013 NFL Draft. The Cowboys will have to think about bringing in a young quarterback.
-
Minnesota Vikings: Kenny Stills, WR, Oklahoma
The Vikings have to add more talent to complement Christian Ponder. They need an upgrade across from Percy Harvin, as Jerome Simpson is way too inconsistent to be a No. 2 receiver.
Pick change; previously Ricky Wagner, OT
-
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Arthur Brown, LB, Kansas State
The Buccaneers have two solid linebackers in Lavonte David and Mason Foster, but they need a third to upgrade the pedestrian Quincy Black.
-
Washington Redskins: Jamie Collins, DE/OLB, Southern Miss
The Redskins learned the hard way that they have absolutely nothing at rush linebacker behind Brian Orakpo and Ryan Kerrigan.
Pick change; previously Sean Porter, DE/OLB
-
Cincinnati Bengals: Robert Lester, S, Alabama
The Bengals had a big need at safety, but they didn't address the position until the fifth round this past April. They'll put more effort into finding an upgrade the following offseason because they won't survive with Reggie Nelson and the benched Taylor Mays (or cornerback Nate Clements, who is playing out of position) as their starters.
Pick change; previously Bacarri Rambo, S
-
New York Giants: Akeem Spence, DT, Illinois
Marvin Austin has shown nothing thus far in his career, so the Giants may bring in another young defensive tackle.
-
Pittsburgh Steelers: Joseph Randle, RB, Oklahoma State
Rashard Mendenhall won't be back next year, so the Steelers will need to find a running back to compete with Jonathan Dwyer.
Pick change; previously Brandon Jenkins, DE/OLB
-
Seattle Seahawks: Jordan Reed, TE, Florida
Adding play-makers for Russell Wilson has to be a priority for the Seahawks this offseason. Help is also needed at tight end.
-
Indianapolis Colts: William Gholston, DE/DT, Michigan State
A major area of weakness on Indianapolis' stop unit is the defensive line. Multiple upgrades must be made.
-
Miami Dolphins: Gerald Hodges, LB, Penn State
Something the Dolphins must do this offseason is find some linebacker depth because they're awfully thin there.
-
Green Bay Packers: Khaled Holmes, C, USC
The Packers have really missed Scott Wells this season, as Jeff Saturday hasn't been a very good replacement.
Pick change; previously Kenny Stills, WR
-
Denver Broncos: Stepfan Taylor, RB, Stanford
John Fox loves using multiple selections on the running back position. The Broncos took Ronnie Hillman in April, and Stepfan Taylor would be a good complement.
-
Baltimore Ravens: Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU
The Ravens suddenly have glaring issues at cornerback. Lardarius Webb tore an ACL for the second time in his career, while Cary Williams is a free agent.
It appears as though Tyrann Mathieu will enter the 2013 NFL Draft. The Ravens have taken a chance on another troubled cornerback.
Pick change; previously Terry Hawthorne, CB
-
San Francisco 49ers: E.J. Manuel, QB, Florida State
Alex Smith probably won't be back with the 49ers next year, so Jim Harbaugh could use a mid-round pick on a young quarterback to groom behind Colin Kaepernick.
Pick change; previously Terry Hawthorne, CB
-
New England Patriots: Shawn Williams, S, Georgia
Despite Steve Gregory's performance against the pathetic Jets, New England still has issues at safety it'll need to address this offseason.
-
Atlanta Falcons: Mike Gillislee, RB, Florida
Michael Turner is done. He's looked like he's been running in quicksand for most of this season, so he won't be on the roster much longer.
-
Houston Texans: Phillip Thomas, S, Fresno State
Glover Quin is a free agent this upcoming offseason. It'll be difficult to retain him with Connor Barwin also hitting the market. Besides, Houston needs a boost in the secondary after allowing Chad Henne and Matthew Stafford to torch them in a span of five days.
Pick change; previously Brian Winters, OT
