-
Houston Texans: Trevor Reilly, DE/OLB, Utah
The Texans would kill two stones with one bird with this pick, as Emmitt would say. They need to upgrade their pass rush and find some help at inside linebacker. Marcus Smith would satisfy the former, which would allow Brooks Reed to move inside.

Pick change; previously Brandon Thomas, G/OT
-
Washington Redskins: Jared Abbrederis, WR, Wisconsin
The Redskins must improve their defense, but they also have to focus on upgrading the receiver position. A No. 2 wideout is needed.
Pick change; previously Jordan Zumwalt, LB
-
Atlanta Falcons: Daniel McCullers, NT, Tennessee
The Falcons have three defensive tackles with expiring contracts, including Corey Peters, a run-stuffer who tore his Achilles in December. A replacement is needed.
-
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Anthony Johnson, DT, LSU
Akeem Spence had a disappointing rookie campaign playing next to Gerald McCoy, capped off by an arrest for marijuana possession. The Buccaneers may want to bring in another interior defensive lineman.
Pick change; previously Jared Abbrederis, WR
-
Jacksonville Jaguars: Chris Watt, G, Notre Dame
The Jaguars have a major hole at left guard, so they'll have to shore that up to help protect their new quarterback.
Pick change; previously Keith McGill, CB
-
Cleveland Browns: Ty Zimmerman, S, Kansas State
Here's some secondary help for the Browns, who could use someone to challenge Tashaun Gipson at safety.
Pick change; previously Ahmad Dixon, S
-
Oakland Raiders: Lache Seastrunk, RB, Baylor
The Raiders will need a running back if they lose either Darren McFadden or Rashad Jennings in free agency this spring.
-
Minnesota Vikings: Kareem Martin, DE, North Carolina
Jared Allen, an impending free agent, is not expected back in Minnesota. The Vikings will have to find someone else to rush the passer.
Pick change; previously Kelcy Quarles, DT
-
Buffalo Bills: Demarcus Lawrence, DE/OLB, Boise State
Jerry Hughes' great 2013 campaign came out of nowhere. The Bills should probably obtain some insurance just in case it was a fluke. They could use depth at linebacker anyway.
Pick change; previously Trevor Reilly, DE/OLB
-
St. Louis Rams: Joel Bitonio, G/OT, Nevada
The Rams already addressed the offensive line, but they'll have to do something about the guard position if Rodger Saffold isn't retained.
-
Detroit Lions: Chris Smith, DE/OLB, Arkansas
Willie Young is a free agent. If he's not retained, Detroit will have to find someone to compete with Devin Taylor to rush the passer across from Ziggy Ansah.
Pick change; previously Robert Herron, WR
-
Tennessee Titans: Charles Sims, RB, West Virginia
There have been reports indicating that Chris Johnson will be cut this offseason. If that's the case, Tennessee will obviously be searching for a new lead running back.
-
New York Giants: Jordan Tripp, OLB, Montana
The Giants had major problems in their linebacking corps this past season. They've been hesitant to upgrade this group in recent offseasons, but they'll have to do it soon.
Pick change; previously Richard Rodgers, TE
-
Jacksonville Jaguars: Brent Urban, DE/DT Virginia
Surprise, surprise, Tyson Alualu struggled at left end in Jacksonville's new scheme. An upgrade here is needed for the league's worst pass rush.
-
New York Jets: Xavier Grimble, TE, USC
Kellen Winslow proved to be an insufficient replacement for Dustin Keller, so this is a position New York will look to upgrade this offseason.
Pick change; previously Pierre Desir, CB
-
Miami Dolphins: Calvin Barnett, DT, Oklahoma State
Both Randy Starks and Paul Soliai happen to be impending free agents. The Dolphins will need to re-sign either Starks or Soliai and acquire one more interior lineman for depth.
-
Chicago Bears: Aaron Lynch, DE, South Florida
Shea McClellin will be moving to strongside linebacker. Julius Peppers won't be around much longer. The Bears need a long-term solution at defensive end.
Pick change; previously Kareem Martin, DE
-
Pittsburgh Steelers: Morgan Breslin, DE/OLB, USC
The Steelers will be looking to add some pass-rushing depth if they can't retain Jason Worilds.
Pick change; previously Charles Sims, RB
-
Dallas Cowboys: Dakota Dozier, G, Furman
The Cowboys have a pretty weak collection of guards, so they could look to bring in someone at the position.
-
Arizona Cardinals: Cyrus Kouandjio, OT, Alabama
Both Cyrus Kouandjio and Antonio Richardson took major hits at the Combine because of their failed physical exams. I didn't know what to do with them, so I dropped both to Round 4. The Cardinals need a tackle, so maybe they'll take a chance on Kouandjio.
Pick change; previously Jeremy Hill, RB
-
Green Bay Packers: A.J. McCarron, QB, Alabama
Mike McCarthy told the media that he wants to draft a quarterback early. Can you blame him after what happened this past season?
Pick change; previously Tre Boston, S
-
Philadelphia Eagles: Terrance Mitchell, CB, Oregon
Cary Williams hasn't been very good and will probably be released next offseason (he's due $6.5 million in 2015), while Bradley Fletcher can't be counted on to start 16 games in a year.
-
Cincinnati Bengals: Antonio Richardson, OT, Tennessee
Like the Cardinals, the Bengals are a team that needs a tackle and may take a chance on a talented player with a medical issue.
Pick change; previously Will Sutton, DE/DT
-
Kansas City Chiefs: Terrance West, RB, Towson
The Chiefs will be looking to add a running back, as Knile Davis is not expected to be ready for the 2014 season.
Pick change; previously Morgan Breslin, DE/OLB
-
San Diego Chargers: Deandre Coleman, DE/DT, California
The Chargers don't have much depth up front, so they may use a mid-round pick on a defensive lineman.
Pick change; previously Michael Sam, DE/OLB
-
New Orleans Saints: Dontae Johnson, S, N.C. State
Malcolm Jenkins will be a free agent in March, but he's never lived up to expectations anyway. New Orleans needs to find a better player next to Kenny Vaccaro.
Pick change; previously Brandon Coleman, WR
-
Cleveland Browns: Yawin Smallwood, ILB, Connecticut
The Browns have a great front seven, but the one liability in the group is Craig Robertson, who was abused in coverage this past season.
Pick change; previously Khairi Fortt, ILB
-
Carolina Panthers: Pierre Desir, CB, Lindenwood
The Panthers have some cornerbacks hitting free agency, including Captain Munnerlyn, so they'll need help at the position.
Pick change; previously E.J. Gaines, CB
-
San Francisco 49ers: Adrian Hubbard, DE/OLB, Alabama
The 49ers may want some pass-rushing insurance just in case Aldon Smith gets into trouble again.
Pick change; previously Chris Smith, DE/OLB
-
New England Patriots: Ross Cockrell, CB, Duke
The Patriots will need depth at cornerback behind Alfonzo Dennard and Logan Ryan if free agent Aqib Talib walks.
-
Denver Broncos: Rob Herron, WR, Wyoming
Eric Decker, coming off a great season, is set to hit free agency (go here to check out my 2014 NFL Free Agent Rankings). He could be too rich for Denver's blood considering all of the money the front office will have dedicated to Wes Welker, Demaryius Thomas and Julius Thomas.
Pick change; previously Mike Davis, WR
-
Seattle Seahawks: Billy Turner, OT, North Dakota State
It doesn't sound like the Seahawks will be retaining right tackle Breno Giacomini, so here's a potential replacement.
