*** 2014 NFL Mock Draft (5 rounds) was updated March 11. This mock draft will be updated at least once per week (Tuesday afternoons and other times for important events.). 1. Houston Texans: Cameron Fleming, OT, Stanford
As mentioned earlier, the right tackle position was a huge problem area for the Texans. They'll have to find an upgrade in Rounds 2-4.

    Follow @walterfootball for updates.

  2. Washington Redskins: Chris Borland, ILB, Wisconsin
ESPN loved talking up London Fletcher by saying he was still great this past season, but he could barely move. He was one of the reasons the Redskins were so inept on defense. He has announced his retirement anyway.

Pick change; previously Taylor Hart, DE/DT

  3. Oakland Raiders: Gabe Jackson, G, Mississippi State
The Raiders need multiple upgrades on their offensive line. Lucas Nix might be the worst starting guard in the NFL, so he needs to be replaced.

Pick change; previously David Yankey, G/OT

  4. Atlanta Falcons: Joel Bitonio, G/OT, Nevada
The Falcons have some major issues on the offensive line. Everyone wants to look at left tackle, but the guard position is an area that must be upgraded as well.

Pick change; previously Gabe Jackson, G

  5. New York Jets: Ed Reynolds, S, Stanford
The Jets have to address the issues in their secondary. They signed Ed Reed during the season, but that didn't work out so well.

  6. Jacksonville Jaguars: Bishop Sankey, RB, Washington
Maurice Jones-Drew is an impending free agent (go here to check out my 2014 NFL Free Agent Rankings). He'll likely want to leave such a terrible situation, so the Jaguars will need to find a new running back.

Pick change; previously Jeremiah Attaochu, DE/OLB

  7. Cleveland Browns: Christian Jones, LB, Florida State
The Browns already needed help at inside linebacker before they released D'Qwell Jackson. Now, addressing the position becomes a priority.

  8. Minnesota Vikings: Craig Loston, S, LSU
The Vikings have an awful secondary that they'll need to address. A new safety is needed next to Harrison Smith.

  9. Buffalo Bills: Shayne Skov, ILB, Stanford
Kiko Alonso is a stud, but the Bills need someone else to play next to him, especially given that Arthur Moats is heading into free agency.

  10. New York Giants: Devonta Freeman, RB, Florida State
The Giants are another team that will be hunting for a new running back. Andre Brown is a free agent, while David Wilson may not be ready for the 2014 season.

  11. St. Louis Rams: Tajh Boyd, QB, Clemson
The Rams should think about drafting a quarterback on Day 2 just in case Sam Bradford continues to be mediocre (and injury-prone).

  12. Detroit Lions: Terrence Brooks, S, Florida State
The Lions cut Louis Delmas recently. If they can't find a safety in free agency, they'll have to use an early selection on one because they have nothing at the position.

Pick change; previously Jared Abbrederis, WR

  13. San Francisco 49ers: Deone Bucannon, S, Washington State
The 49ers spent a first-round pick on a safety last year, but they may have to use another selection on one with Donte Whitner heading into free agency.

  14. Dallas Cowboys: Telvin Smith, OLB, Florida State
When defenders like Ernie Sims and DeVonte Holloman are playing major snaps for the defense, something absolutely needs to be done.

  15. Baltimore Ravens: Lache Seastrunk, RB, Baylor
Given Ray Rice's struggles and legal issues, the Ravens may use a pick in the middle rounds on a new running back.

  16. New York Jets: Jeremiah Attaochu, DE/OLB, Georgia Tech
The Jets have a great interior pass rush, but they need to become more potent on the outside. Jeremiah Attaochu is one of the top players available.

Pick change; previously Jarvis Landry, WR

  17. Miami Dolphins: Jack Mewhort, OT, Ohio State
As noted earlier, the Dolphins must make multiple upgrades on their offensive line. If they want to use Zack Martin at guard, they could take a tackle later on.

  18. Chicago Bears: Anthony Johnson, DT, LSU
If the Bears can't retain Henry Melton and happen to miss out on Aaron Donald at No. 14, Anthony Johnson would be an option during Day 2.

Pick change; previously Ahmad Dixon, S

  19. Cleveland Browns: Jarvis Landry, WR, LSU
If Greg Little is "Mr. Dependable," does that make Davone Bess "Mr. Reliable?" Sounds like an episode of Emmitt on the Brink...

Pick change; previously Donte Moncrief, WR

  20. Arizona Cardinals: Loucheiz Purifoy, CB, Florida
The Cardinals could stand to bring in someone to challenge Jerraud Powers as the No. 2 corner across from Patrick Peterson.

Pick change; previously Ahmad Dixon, S

  21. Green Bay Packers: Tre Boston, S, North Carolina
Is there any doubt that the Packers need to improve their secondary? Their defensive backfield blew so many coverages throughout the season, and they had no chance against Colin Kaepernick.

  22. Philadelphia Eagles: Trevor Reilly, DE/OLB, Utah
The only linebacker who consistently put pressure on the quarterback was Trent Cole, and he won't last beyond next year because he's due $10 million in 2015. Another pass-rusher is currently needed anyway.

  23. Kansas City Chiefs: JuWuan James, OT, Tennessee
I've been told that the Chiefs will allow Branden Albert to walk. They'll want to address the tackle position at some point during the middle rounds if they can't do anything about it in free agency.

  24. Cincinnati Bengals: Travis Swanson, C, Arkansas
The center position is the No. 5 need I have listed in the Bengals team needs page. Kyle Cook needs to be upgraded.

  25. San Diego Chargers: Cyril Richardson, G/OT, Baylor
The Chargers have some issues on the interior of their offensive line. Both Chad Rinehart and Rich Ohrnberger are impending free agents, while Jeromey Clary struggled at his new position.

  26. Indianapolis Colts: Jaylen Watkins, CB, Florida
The Colts have dedicated lots of resources to a linebacker who doesn't fit their scheme and a punter. They may lose Vontae Davis as a consequence. The corner position was already a need.

Pick change; previously Joel Bitonio, G/OT

  27. New Orleans Saints: Ahmad Dixon, S, Baylor
Malcolm Jenkins will be a free agent in March, but he's never lived up to expectations anyway. New Orleans needs to find a better player next to Kenny Vaccaro.

Pick change; previously Loucheiz Purifoy, CB

  28. Carolina Panthers: Cyrus Kouandjio, OT, Alabama
Both Cyrus Kouandjio and Antonio Richardson took major hits at the Combine because of their failed physical exams. I didn't know what to do with them, so I dropped both to Rounds 3-4. The Panthers need a tackle in the wake of Jordan Gross' retirement, so maybe they'll take a chance on Kouandjio.

  29. New England Patriots: DaQuan Jones, NT, Penn State
Perhaps this is an overreaction pick, but Vince Wilfork will find it difficult to come back from a torn Achilles at his size and age. DaQuan Jones had an awesome 3-cone time at the Combine, which is something Bill Belichick loves.

  30. San Francisco 49ers: Pierre Desir, CB, Lindenwood
The secondary is a troublesome area for the 49ers, so they may spend multiple selections on the cornerback position.

Pick change; previously Kareem Martin, DE

  31. Denver Broncos: Jared Abbrederis, WR, Wisconsin
Eric Decker, coming off a great season, is set to hit free agency (go here to check out my 2014 NFL Free Agent Rankings). He could be too rich for Denver's blood considering all of the money the front office will have dedicated to Wes Welker, Demaryius Thomas and Julius Thomas.

Pick change; previously Christian Kirksey, LB

  32. Minnesota Vikings: Dominique Easley, DE, Florida
Jared Allen, an impending free agent, is not expected back in Minnesota. The Vikings will have to find someone else to rush the passer.
