The order of this 2014 NFL Mock Draft is based on my NFL Power Rankings.

*** THIS IS A LIVE 2014 NFL MOCK DRAFT. PICKS ARE BEING POSTED NOW. TO SEE PREVIOUS VERSIONS, CHECK OUT THE ARCHIVED 2013 NFL MOCK DRAFT SECTION. FOLLOW @walterfootball FOR UPDATES ***

  1. Jacksonville Jaguars: Russell Bodine, C, North Carolina
It was surprising to see the Jaguars ignore the interior of their offensive line in the 2013 NFL Draft. Center Brad Meester, who just turned 36, isn't nearly the player he once was.

Pick change; previously Lache Seastrunk, RB

  2. New York Jets: Bishop Sankey, RB, Washington
Bilal Powell has done a decent job for the Jets thus far, but he's one of the weaker starting running backs in the NFL.

Pick change; previously Corey Moore, S

  3. Oakland Raiders: Cody Hoffman, WR, BYU
The Raiders' current starting wideouts are Denarius Moore and Rod Streater. Neither is a No. 1 receiver, so Oakland needs to find one for its new quarterback.

Pick change; previously Ka'Deem Carey, RB

  4. Cleveland Browns: Corey Moore, S, Georgia
More secondary help for the Browns, who could use someone to challenge Tashaun Gipson at safety.

Pick change; previously Bishop Sankey, RB

  5. St. Louis Rams: Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State
The Rams should think about drafting a quarterback on Day 2 just in case Sam Bradford continues to be mediocre.

Pick change; previously Calvin Barnett, DT

  6. Minnesota Vikings: Zack Martin, G/OT, Notre Dame
The Vikings had to address the interior of their offensive line in the 2013 NFL Draft. They did so - but only in the sixth and seventh rounds.

  7. Buffalo Bills: Damian Swann, CB, Georgia
The Bills were expected to address the cornerback position in the 2013 NFL Draft, but never got around to it. They probably won't avoid that area two years in a row. Justin Rogers can't be allowed on the field anymore.

  8. New York Jets: Xavier Grimble, TE, USC
Another weapon for Geno Smith. Kellen Winslow Jr. has done a solid job this season, but considering his injury history, he's not a long-term solution.

  9. New York Giants: Tre Boston, S, North Carolina
Considering the state of the Giants' secondary, it should surprise no one if they select multiple defensive backs early.

Pick change; previously Jordan Richards, S

  10. Washington Redskins: Yawin Smallwood, ILB, Connecticut
ESPN loves talking up London Fletcher by saying he's still great, but he can barely move. He's one of the reasons the Redskins are so inept on defense.

  11. Cleveland Browns: James Wilder, RB, Florida State
Even if the Browns manage to sign Ben Tate - sounds like a pipe dream to me - they'll need some depth at the running back position.

Pick change; previously Trey Boston, S

  12. Philadelphia Eagles: Jordan Richards, S, Stanford
The Nate Allen experiment is over. He's terrible, so the Eagles are in desperate need of safety help.

Pick change; previously Rashaad Reynolds, CB

  13. Arizona Cardinals: Seantrel Henderson, OT, Miami
Seantrel Henderson has the upside to be a great left tackle in the NFL. Unfortunately, he hasn't been able to put it together mentally yet. The Cardinals have taken chances on troubled players, so maybe they'll be able to get the most out of Henderson.

  14. Carolina Panthers: David Yankey, G/OT, Stanford
The interior of Carolina's offensive line is just atrocious. Cam Newton struggled in the first two games because his offensive coordinator left, but bad blocking wasn't helping.

  15. San Francisco 49ers: Daniel McCullers, NT, Tennessee
The 49ers don't need a legitimate nose tackle to run their defense, but having one definitely wouldn't hurt.

  16. Indianapolis Colts: Jeoffrey Pagan, DE/DT, Alabama
I mocked Datone Jones to the Colts for a while in the 2013 NFL Draft because they need a pass-rushing presence up front. That's still a hole they have to fill.

Pick change; previously Anthony Steen, G

  17. Detroit Lions: Allen Robinson, WR, Penn State
I planned to mock a receiver to the Lions in the third round even before Nate Burleson's car accident. Detroit needs a better No. 2 wideout.

Pick change; previously Russell Bodine, C

  18. San Diego Chargers: Morgan Breslin, DE/OLB, USC
The Chargers were so desperate for help at rush linebacker that they signed Dwight Freeney. The former Colt is obviously not a long-term solution for the team's pass-rushing woes.

Pick change; previously Vic Beasley, DE/OLB

  19. Houston Texans: Deandre Coleman, DE/DT, California
The Texans have a couple of defensive linemen heading for free agency in March, including Antonio Smith.

Pick change; previously Aaron Murray, QB

  20. Atlanta Falcons: Andrew Jackson, ILB, Western Kentucky
Akeem Dent hasn't worked out as Atlanta's middle linebacker. The Falcons should probably look elsewhere.

  21. Kansas City Chiefs: Odell Beckham, WR, LSU
Donnie Avery had a big game against the Eagles, but it's likely that was a fluke. The Chiefs will still probably search for a starter to play across from Dwayne Bowe this upcoming spring.

Pick change; previously Ed Stinson, DE/DT

  22. Miami Dolphins: Calvin Barnett, DT, Oklahoma State
Both Randy Starks and Paul Soliai are impending free agents. The Dolphins will have to replenish depth in the spring.

Pick change; previously Deandre Coleman, DE/DT

  23. Dallas Cowboys: Anthony Steen, G, Alabama
The Cowboys are so desperate at guard that they lured Brian Waters out of semi-retirement.

Pick change; previously Spencer Long, G

  24. Chicago Bears: Aaron Murray, QB, Georgia
The Bears will almost certainly re-sign Jay Cutler, but it wouldn't hurt for them to grab a potential successor in this loaded draft class.

Pick change; previously Derek Carr, QB

  25. Baltimore Ravens: Devin Street, WR, Pittsburgh
It wouldn't surprise me if the Ravens really attacked the receiver position this offseason and selected two early on in the 2014 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Cody Hoffman, WR

  26. Cincinnati Bengals: Rashaad Reynolds, CB, Oregon State
Defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer has done a great job of getting the most out of Terence Newman and Pacman Jones, but the Bengals will have to get younger at cornerback sooner or later.

Pick change; previously Antone Exum, CB

  27. Green Bay Packers: Vic Beasley, DE/OLB, Clemson
Nick Perry has been disappointing thus far in 2013. If he doesn't improve, the Packers will need to bring in some competition for him next year.

Pick change; previously C.J. Fiedorowicz, TE

  28. New Orleans Saints: Demarcus Lawrence, DE/OLB, Boise State
Considering that the Saints have just moved into the 3-4, it wouldn't shock me if they doubled up on rush linebackers early in the 2014 NFL Draft.

  29. New England Patriots: Deshazor Everett, CB, Texas A&M
Aqib Talib is an impending free agent, so the Patriots may want to bring in another corner sometime early during the 2014 NFL Draft.

  30. San Francisco 49ers: Logan Thomas, QB, Virginia Tech
The 49ers have four Day 2 selections, so they can make a luxury pick like this. Logan Thomas has tons of potential. Maybe Jim Harbaugh can work his magic with him and then flip him for a better draft choice a couple of years later (much like the Patriots with Ryan Mallett, who was also a third-rounder).

  31. Denver Broncos: Dri Archer, RB/WR, Kent State
The Broncos have a dynamic offense, but one thing they don't have is a Darren Sproles-type back coming out of the backfield. Dri Archer, who could run a high 4.2 at the Combine, could fill that role.

  32. Minnesota Vikings: Rob Herron, WR, Wyoming
I have a feeling Greg Jennings is going to bust in Minnesota. If he continues to struggle, the Vikings will think about bringing in another receiver.

Pick change; previously Allen Robinson, WR
