65. Houston Texans: Jeremiah Attaochu, DE/OLB, Georgia Tech
    This pick kills two stones with one bird, as Emmitt would say. The Texans have to upgrade their pass rush and bolster the inside linebacker position. With Jeremiah Attaochu on board, Houston can move Brooks Reed into the interior.

66. Atlanta Falcons: Kelcy Quarles, DT, South Carolina
    Here's more front seven help, as the Falcons need to concentrate on bolstering their pass rush this offseason.
    
    
67. New York Jets: Morgan Breslin, DE/OLB, USC
    The Jets have a strong interior pass rush, but they have to find help at the outside linebacker position to get pressure on the quarterback from the exterior.

68. Jacksonville Jaguars: David Yankey, G/OT, Stanford
    The Jaguars have an awful guard situation, as Will Rackley continues to embarrass himself on a weekly basis.

69. Washington Redskins: Yawin Smallwood, ILB, Connecticut
    ESPN loves talking up London Fletcher by saying he's still great, but he can barely move. He's one of the reasons the Redskins are so inept on defense.

70. Minnesota Vikings: Ben Gardner, DE, Stanford
    Jared Allen has been a great pass-rusher for Minnesota for a very long time, but his contract is expiring this March. Considering that he has only a couple more effective years in his career, he'll likely want to move on to a legitimate Super Bowl contender.
    
    
71. Buffalo Bills: Xavier Grimble, TE, USC
    E.J. Manuel, who prefers checking down, would love having an upgrade at tight end at his disposal.
    
    
72. Cleveland Browns: Ty Zimmerman, S, Kansas State
    Here's some secondary help for the Browns, who could use someone to challenge Tashaun Gipson at safety.

73. Oakland Raiders: Zack Martin, G/OT, Notre Dame
    The Raiders need multiple upgrades on their offensive line. Lucas Nix might be the worst starting guard in the NFL, so he needs to be replaced.
    
    
74. San Francisco 49ers: Daniel McCullers, NT, Tennessee
    The 49ers don't need a legitimate nose tackle to run their defense, but having one definitely wouldn't hurt.
    
    
75. San Diego Chargers: Ed Stinson, DE/DT, Alabama
    The Chargers have a solid starting front line on defense, but they don't have much depth.

76. New York Giants: Telvin Smith, OLB, Florida State
    The Giants upgrade the third level of their defense, as their stop unit needs to be completely bolstered.

77. St. Louis Rams: A.J. McCarron, QB, Alabama
    The Rams should think about drafting a quarterback on Day 2 just in case Sam Bradford continues to be mediocre (and injury-prone).
    
    
78. Cleveland Browns: Carlos Hyde, RB, Ohio State
    The Browns apparently plan on courting Ben Tate in free agency, but what if he never hits the market or chooses to sign elsewhere?

79. New York Jets: Charles Sims, RB, West Virginia
    Here's another offensive upgrade. The Jets could use a game-breaking threat coming out of the backfield.

80. Green Bay Packers: Trevor Reilly, DE/OLB, Utah
    Nick Perry finally started playing well just before getting hurt. He's back now, but the Packers still need depth behind him and Clay Matthews.

81. Chicago Bears: Quandre Diggs, CB, Texas
    The Bears will have to address their two cornerback positions next offseason, as Charles Tillman and Tim Jennings both have expiring contracts.

82. Miami Dolphins: Will Sutton, DE/DT, Arizona State
    Both Randy Starks and Paul Soliai are impending free agents. The type of defensive tackle Miami obtains obviously depends on which one leaves.
    
    
83. Philadelphia Eagles: Damian Swann, CB, Georgia
    The Eagles have to find upgrades all over their defense. Help is definitely needed at cornerback. Cary Williams has been a huge disappointment, while Bradley Fletcher can't seem to get healthy, which has been a problem for him his entire career.

84. Arizona Cardinals: Stephen Morris, QB, Miami
    Carson Palmer has played better lately, but he's obviously not the long-term solution. Arizona can develop Stephen Morris for a couple of seasons.
    
    
    
    
    
85. Baltimore Ravens: Russell Bodine, C, North Carolina
    Ray Lewis, Ed Reed and others are gone, but perhaps the player the Ravens miss most is Matt Birk. His replacements at center have been horrible. Almost anyone would be an upgrade.
    
    
86. Detroit Lions: Bradley Roby, CB, Ohio State
    The Lions have to consider a cornerback early in the 2014 NFL Draft if they don't sign one in free agency. They looked helpless against Ben Roethlisberger and Antonio Brown.
    
    Bradley Roby is slotted pretty low in this mock because he has played poorly this season. He's also had some off-the-field issues. I think the Lions would take a chance on him though.

87. Dallas Cowboys: Anthony Steen, G, Alabama
    The Cowboys are so desperate at guard that they lured Brian Waters out of semi-retirement. Waters is now out for the year. So much for that.
    
    
88. Cincinnati Bengals: Brandon Coleman, WR, Rutgers
    Offensive coordinator Jay Gruden recently complained about the No. 2 receiver spot on his team. Marvin Jones has shown flashes, but he hasn't been consistent.

89. Indianapolis Colts: Taylor Hart, DE/DT, Oregon
    I mocked Datone Jones to the Colts for a while in the 2013 NFL Draft because they need a pass-rushing presence up front. That's still a hole they have to fill, as we learned by watching Indianapolis fail to pressure Carson Palmer a couple of weeks ago.

90. San Francisco 49ers: Michael Sam, DE/OLB, Missouri
    The 49ers may consider spending an early pick on a pass-rusher. Aldon Smith, who spent some time in rehab, has a pretty cloudy future with numerous off-the-field issues. San Francisco needs to protect itself in case Smith can't stay out of trouble.

91. Kansas City Chiefs: Donte Moncrief, WR, Ole Miss
    The Chiefs need another outside receiver to start across from Dwayne Bowe. This team had so many drops against the Broncos.
    
    
92. Carolina Panthers: Deone Bucannon, S, Washington State
    Here's some help for the Carolina secondary. The Panthers don't exactly have the best safety tandem in the NFL, as Michael Mitchell and Quintin Mikell are both pretty mediocre.

93. New England Patriots: DaQuan Jones, NT, Penn State
    Perhaps this is an overreaction pick, but Vince Wilfork will find it difficult to come back from a torn Achilles at his size and age.
    
    
94. New Orleans Saints: Jarvis Landry, WR, LSU
    The Saints could use another receiver. Marques Colston has disappointed this season, yet he's still New Orleans' top option by a wide margin.

95. Denver Broncos: Shayne Skov, ILB, Stanford
    Wesley Woodyard has looked out of place trying to play middle linebacker. This is an area Denver may want to upgrade.

96. Minnesota Vikings: Paul Richardson, WR, Colorado
    Greg Jennings has been a huge disappointment in Minnesota, so the Vikings may draft a receiver relatively early.
