Tennessee Titans Upcoming 2026 Draft Picks (8)
Wow, this is a surprise! The Titans really wanted to help Cam Ward, so it makes sense with Jeremiyah Love off the board. Tate over Jordyn Tyson is very interesting because Tyson is considered more of a No. 1 than Tate. I would’ve gone with Tyson, but I can’t fault the Titans for drafting a receiver.
The Titans began the night by screwing up our draft prop on Jordyn Tyson, but at least they ended the night on a high note. Keldric Faulk has superb talent and could have easily been chosen in the teens or maybe even No. 12. The Titans don’t have an edge rush, so the Titans are filling a huge need with a prospect with insane upside.
The Titans have defensive needs all over the place. One of those needs was for a linebacker who can cover well. Hill fits the bill, and he makes sense for this range in the middle-late part of Round 2. The Titans traded up, but I wasn’t optimistic that Hill was going to make it to them in Round 3.
Fernando Carmona is a tough run blocker with some upside in pass protection. He was a potential third-round pick, so perhaps Carmona can develop into a starter who can displace one of the weak Tennessee tackles.
Nicholas Singleton is a dynamic back who can go the distance whenever he touches the ball. He has an injury issue, which is why he slipped in the draft. This is great value for the Titans, who need a better long-term back.
Jackie Marshall is an undersized and slow defensive lineman who happens to be a tweener. I didn't have him being draftable, so the Titans could have done better than this.
Pat Coogan is limited in athleticism, but he's a tough run blocker who has been reliable in pass protection. I had Coogan as a fifth-round prospect, so I like that the Titans are getting him in this range and trying to improve Cam Ward's protection.
Jaren Kanak is incredibly fast and doesn't drop any passes. He's small for a tight end, however, and struggles with blocking. The Titans needed another tight end with Chig Okonkwo gone, and the Titans seem to have potentially added a decent threat for Cam Ward.
Walt's Mock Selections as of 4/23/2026 - View Current Mock Draft
Round: 1
The Titans have one of the worst defenses in the NFL. They need to find the best defensive player possible. Of course, there's a huge difference between "need" and "want," so we'll see if the two align. If not, the Titans could end up drafting a player to bolster their rushing attack if Jeremiyah Love is available. For the first time since the draft order became official, he is not on the board for Tennessee's pick in this mock draft. Reese is a special player because of his incredible instincts and athleticism. He can rush the passer on the edge or play linebacker. *** OTHER 2026 NFL DRAFT POSSIBILITIES: *** 1. Sonny Styles, LB - The Titans could choose the front-seven player the Jets don't take. Styles is considered to be an option as well. 2. Jeremiyah Love, RB - We were told earlier that the Titans were smitten with Love. However, this could be out-of-date news, and Love isn't available in this mock draft anyway.
Round: 2
The Titans are weak in most places on the defensive side of the ball, and that includes the middle of the field. C.J. Allen is a smart, tough, and instinctive linebacker.
Round: 3
The Titans added talent to their defensive line in free agency, but they still need help in the area. Darrell Jackson Jr. is a large nose tackle who has a bit of pass-rushing talent.
Round: 4
The Titans could stand to add another offensive lineman to help Cam Ward and perhaps Jeremiyah Love. Austin Barber was inconsistent to start his collegiate career, but the upside is apparent. Round: 5
Chig Okonkwo is with the Redskins, so the Titans will want to add another tight end. Joe Royer can make plays in the passing game, but must improve his blocking.
Round: 5
The Titans don't have a great situation at center, so they could use a mid-round pick to potentially find an upgrade. Logan Jones was an effective run blocker for Kaleb Johnson. He needs to improve his pass protection. Pick change; previously Taurean York, LB
Round: 6
The Titans need to continue to bolster their offensive line. James Brockermeyer can play center and guard. He's a technical blocker, but needs to increase his strength.
Round: 6
A third offensive lineman makes sense, especially with the Titans needing some tackle help. Tristan Leigh is an athletic lineman with a good frame, but need to improve in pass protection.

2025 NFL Draft Selections and Grades
A I’ve seen opinions from NFL media people that the Titans should eschew a quarterback and draft Travis Hunter instead. While Hunter is the safer prospect, I believe the Titans are correct in selecting Cam Ward because he gives them the most upside for the next decade. Ward isn’t on the level of the top quarterbacks from a year ago, but he provides great rushing ability with plenty of passing talent. The Titans have needed a franchise quarterback for a long time, and it seems as though they’ve finally found one.
B This pick can’t be a surprise. The Titans lost Harold Landry this offseason, so they needed to find a pass rusher. Olu Oladejo can rush the passer, and I thought he made sense in the 50-70 range. This is a solid pick.
B+ The Titans couldn’t stop the pass last year, so they had to find help in their secondary. Kevin Winston was projected in the third round, and I saw some second-round consideration for him despite an ACL tear. This is a pretty solid pick for Tennessee.
B+ Chimere Dike is a speedy receiver who was projected in this range. The Titans really needed receiver help, so I like this pick for the Titans. Solid way to start Day 3.
B+ Another weapon for Cam Ward. Gunnar Helm was a dangerous receiving threat for Texas, and perhaps he’ll play similarly for the Titans. He makes sense as a fourth-round pick.
A+ Elic Ayomanor is someone I mocked late in the first round once upon a time. I initially settled on him being a third-round prospect, so I still love the value. It’s great that the Titans keep giving Cam Ward weapons. Ayomanor, a tall receiver, can be seen as a steal.
B+ The Titans added lots of receiving play-makers for Cam Ward. Here is some protection. Jackson Slater is a versatile lineman capable of playing guard and center, and he fits the range as a fifth-round prospect.
B- The Titans lost a starting cornerback to free agency, so it's not a surprise that they drafted a player at the position. I had Marcus Harris going a bit later than this.
C This pick neither fills a need nor provides good value. The physical Kalel Mullings was considered a seventh-round pick, and the Titans have two good running backs, so I don't get this selection.
2024 NFL Draft Selections and Grades
C I'm not crazy about this pick. I get it because the Titans don't have a left tackle, but J.C. Latham, despite his placement in my mock draft, doesn't stand out to be as a top-10 prospect, and I also think he'd be a better fit at right tackle than left tackle. I was hoping the Titans would trade down and get Latham later, but they didn't do that. I'm not going to fail Tennessee for this selection, but it could have been better.
C The poor Bengals have to be upset that T'Vondre Sweat didn't make it to their pick, and I'm not saying that because Sweat has character issues. They really wanted him. Sweat fills a need for the Titans' defensive line, but his character concerns make him too risky for my liking atop the second round.
B+ The Titans really need a linebacker, as Kenneth Murray is projected to start right now. Cedric Gray is an instinctive linebacker, so he could take Murray's job sooner rather than later. I had him in the third round of my mock on occasion, so I like the value.
A+ The Titans had some major problems at cornerback last year. They signed some players, but needed one more player at the position. We considered Jarvis Brownlee to be a third-round prospect, so this is a major steal. Brownlee is talented enough to challenge for a job early in his career.
B Jha'Quan Jackson was a middling performer at the Senior Bowl, so he didn't really improve his draft stock. It's not surprising that he lasted until the sixth round. The range makes sense for a team that had to find some receiving depth.
B+ James Williams was a productive player at Miami, but he fell because he's a tweener. It's unclear if he can play safety or linebacker. He'll have to make the roster on special teams while he figures out where he can play on the first three downs.
A What a steal for the Titans in the final 10 picks of the draft. Jaylen Harrell was considered a fourth-round prospect who could fall to the third round. He was a productive player at Michigan, though he's somewhat undersized. Still, it seems like he could contribute in the pros.
2023 NFL Draft Selections and Grades
A+ Nick Caserio is not a sleeper agent for the Colts or Titans. If he pretended to be, then he double-crossed them! The Texans traded up from No. 12 to 3 to land what they think is the best defensive player in this class, and they could be correct. Will Anderson would have been a poor choice at No. 2 because that would have involved passing on a franchise quarterback, but getting Anderson and Stroud is unbelievable. Caserio for general manager of the year?
B I thought Garrett Williams would be drafted later than this because he's coming off a torn ACL. This will be a very good pick if he's healthy, though I suppose that the Cardinals won't even need him to play in 2023 because they're going to be dreadful without Kyler Murray anyway. This is a solid selection for the long haul, though it comes with risk.
B I had Jordan Howden going three picks later than this, so the range makes sense for the Saints, who needed to improve their secondary. Jordan Howden had lots of fans from the scouting departments even though his play didn't show it at Minnesota.
A+ I had Jaelyn Duncan in the first round of my mock draft not too long ago! Duncan isn't a finished product, but he's super athletic and possesses a ton of upside. It seems as though he slipped because of character and work ethic concerns, but he's worth the gamble here.
2022 NFL Draft Selections and Grades
B Grade
The Titans acquired this pick from the Eagles for A.J. Brown. They obviously needed to replace him, and Treylon Burks is the best receiver on the board. He was considered the fifth of the top five receivers even though he was the sixth wideout chosen, but I didn't think that was fair. Burks is very close to the other four receivers, so I love this value for Tennessee. Surrendering Brown is a tough pill to swallow though.
B- Grade
No Malik Willis for the Titans, which has to disappoint the Tennessee fans. It's a shame, as they'll have to continue to endure Ryan Tannehill's mediocrity. Roger McCreary is a solid pick, and I thought he had a chance to be chosen in the middle of the second round. This is a bit early for him, but it's fine.
B+ Grade
This is a solid pick. I had Nick Petit-Frere in the second or third round, depending on the update, and the Titans really needed to focus on their offensive line. They missed out on the top two guards, but Petit-Frere should help protect Ryan Tannehill, as the mediocre quarterback chokes away another playoff game.
A+ Grade
LOL! I thought the Titans should have abandoned Ryan Tannehill and drafted Malik Willis at No. 35, yet they were able to do this at No. 86. Willis will obviously sit for a year or so, but he's going to take over for Tannehill at some point. Willis has huge upside with his athleticism and mobility, and he's also a smart quarterback. He's just raw, but the Titans should be able to develop him rather quickly for 2023 and beyond. This is an obvious A+.
C- Grade
Hassan Haskins was in and out of my mock draft in the sixth and seventh round. He didn't make the final cut, but easily could have. With that in mind, this is a reach. The Titans could've found a similar running back later, though it does make sense that they'd find some insurance for Derrick Henry.
A- Grade
It's no surprise that the Texans are addressing their offensive line again. They're getting a solid third-day prospect I had in the fifth round. Austin Deculus is a versatile player who can be used at tackle or guard.
B+ Grade
Kalia Davis is a big run-stuffer, which is key for the 49ers as they try to combat the Rams and Seahawks. Davis is coming off a torn ACL, causing him to drop in the 2022 NFL Draft. At this point, he's worth the risk.
2021 NFL Draft Selections and Grades
B- Grade
This is another pick that is incredibly difficult to grade. Caleb Farley would have been in the same pantheon as Jaycee Horn and Patrick Surtain if he didn't have any medical concerns. Unfortunately, Farley was one of the riskiest players in this class in regard to health. If he can remain on the field, he'll be a shutdown cornerback for the Titans. However, there's a decent chance he won't be able to stay on the field at all. Again, players like Farley and Jaelan Phillips often fall, so I'm surprised that didn't happen.
B Grade
The Titans have lost three right tackles in the span of two offseasons, so this was a position they needed to address. This is fine value for Dillon Radunz, but the one concern I have is that Radunz won't have the length to stay at tackle, so he may have to move inside.
B Grade
The Packers weren't kidding when they said they were going to have A. Rodgers on their team next year. It's nice that they finally obtained a receiver, and Amari Rodgers is an explosive athlete who can go the distance whenever he touches the ball. I had Amari Rodgers in the fourth round, so this is almost the right range.
C Grade
The Titans are filling a need. Then again, everything is a need for them on defense. This includes slot cornerback in the wake of Adoree Jackson's departure. Elijah Molden is a gritty and tough cornerback, but he's small and slow, which doesn't bode well for him. I had him in the fifth round.
B+ Grade
Chuba Hubbard's draft stock fell this past year. I had him in the second round earlier, but he didn't quite live up to his potential. Still, I like the pick, as the Panthers needed insurance at running back just in case Christian McCaffrey is hurt again. Mike Davis is gone, so Hubbard will take his spot.
B- Grade
A second cornerback was essential for the Panthers, who have to deal with some ridiculous receivers in their division. Keith Taylor was someone I've had in the sixth round in some updates, so this range is fine for him.
