I really don't see the Rams having interest in Luther Burden. The McVay scheme requires its WR to be unselfish, willing blockers and Burden showed precious little of that last year.
I think they'd be far more likely to pick up Jack Bech who you have available to them with both pick 90 and 101. They can use their first round pick on whoever they have as BPA - heck, they could draft Shadeur there and sit him behind Stafford for a year.
