Strengths:
Athletic and instinctive
Great leaping ability

Summary: Aaron Williams is a skilled player who just needs a team to put him in the right position to succeed. His lack of speed puts him at risk as a pure cornerback, and his inability to intercept the football is troubling for a projected move to safety. On the plus side, he definitely has proven he can contribute on special teams, which NFL coaches ask their young cornerbacks to do. Williams has blocked four punts and can return them as well. His size justifies being drafted early. Now, he needs to tack on some muscle because his best asset will be taking on the bigger, physical receivers in the NFL.
Player Comparison: Antrel Rolle. The most obvious reason for this comparison is that Rolle was drafted as a cornerback and moved to safety. Arizona overlooked his lack of speed and took him No. 8 overall. This is not going to be the case with Williams obviously. Both players are athletic with quick feet and physical enough to take on big receivers.
