Unfortunately, The Patriots Will Always Be #1 With Brady/Belichick

As a Bills fan, you can only imagine the disappointment I've endured watching my team play the Patriots over the years. As a college freshman at Ohio University, I have now witnessed fans of an even more incompetent team (Browns), and my Bills have been decent (albeit up and down) this season, but the Patriots' frustrating dominance is still there. Let me rephrase that--it will ALWAYS be there with Tom Brady at the helm.

As you can see, they trade away Chandler Jones and Jamie Collins, their two best defensive players, and are still bar none the best team in the league. The 49ers only came within 20 points because the Pats were looking past them due to their ineptitude. I don't care what you say; unless there is some sort of fluke in the playoffs, I can't see how anyone can stop the inhuman performance of the 39 year old Brady. Belichick can continue with his generally putrid drafting and inconsistent personnel decisions, and he will still be coaching the best team in the league.

Walt gave the Patriots a MILLEN in the Collins trade, yet they continue to win almost every game. When I saw that grade, all I could think about was Collins crying and Belichick arrogantly smirking under his dark hood, because he knows it doesn't matter. Who cares? They can start my dead grandma at left tackle and they would still find a way to win. Even worse than that: Robert Kraft could hire Matt ****ing Millen as their GM, and still win the Super Bowl.

I constantly see sports writers predicting the decline of Tom Terrific every year, but by the way he's playing, he may be a Pro Bowler into his mid-40's. He proves everyone wrong every year, and don't know why people still doubt him at this point. Sure, we saw Peyton randomly decline, but he didn't have Belichick as his coach. Yeah, Gary Kubiak is solid, but he's no Belichick. Also, he's the best QB in NFL history.

I thought we had a chance this year in that 2nd game, and especially in week 2 (I'm sure you remember that one, Walt) of last season, but even a new franchise QB like Tyrod Taylor (once he gets more than one competent receiver, watch out) does not make a difference. Occasionally, they will lose by one possession to a top 3 team (Seahawks), but Belichick and Brady will always bully the rest of the AFC East, and most of the NFL. I just pray to god that Brady retires soon, so maybe the Bills and the rest of the teams in the division can have a glimmer of hope for the first time this century.
