I have to disagree with a lot of what Ethan123b says. I'll go ahead and format the same way he did, however.

QB -- Le sigh. I disagree that Kizer is someone to move forward with as the starter. Has this season been entirely his fault? Of course not. He has actually provided some consistency to the position for the Browns this year, but he's just not getting it done. I have a rant from prior to the draft about how the only 2 QBs I liked were Deshaun Watson and Patrick Mahomes. On draft day, I was glad the Browns got Kizer in the second round instead of the first, but I think Kizer tops out as a back-up, unfortunately. The Browns either need to draft a guy this year (I think we could be looking at 4-6 QBs in round 1 in 2018, more on that in a different rant) or they need to get someone via free agency. The only legitimate free agent QBs, in my opinion, would be Alex Smith, Tyrod Taylor, or Kirk Cousins. Cody Kessler and Kevin Hogan need to clear out and the Browns will and should clean out the QB room this offseason, keeping Kizer only as a back-up.

RB -- Keep Duke Johnson, Jr, toss Crowell. I've been eyeing Saquon Barkley for the Browns in the draft, and this is a first round need. Duke should be a legitimate Pro Bowler, and that guy could play the Alvin Kamara/Chris McCaffrey role for this team. The Browns are looking at 2 top-10 picks in this upcoming draft, so they need to hit on both and one of them needs to be a legitimate No. 1 running back. Matt Dayes can stay as well. But Crowell needs to go.

WR -- I actually don't hate the WRs on this team, either the starters or the depth. Ricardo Louis has been disappointing as a 2/3 and I think Corey Coleman is probably best in the slot. Josh Gordon being back for 2 weeks has created a lot of "if only he'd been here the whole time" for the Browns but let's assume that he's back and healthy for 2018. That's a legitimate No. 1 WR, a no.2 who I think is ideal in the slot in Corey Coleman, and a guy I like a lot in Rashard Higgins, but who's really a No. 4 at best in the NFL. That means that the Browns could get another WR this offseason to fill that legit No. 2 role, but this is not a dire need.

TE -- I completely agree w/ Ethan123b on this position group. I think DeValve and Njoku are great and a blocking TE is something to look for in Rds 6 and later this offseason.

OL -- I don't hate the O-line either, but depth is never a bad thing and I actually am not as high on Joe Thomas as everyone else always is. The Browns could and should look for a new LT in Rds 2-4 in this draft, and they should get him this year to let him have the requisite rookie year at RT or LG before taking over at the big money position.

DL -- Ugh. Myles Garrett and Emmanuel Ogbah are solid bookends for this team and I like Danny Shelton in the middle as well. I don't disagree that is the strength of the team right now BUT I wanted the Browns to take Jonathan Allen last year at No. 1 overall so...those are my thoughts. Myles Garrett I've watched give up on plays this year and he's been in and out of the lineup with his ankle problems. Myles freaking Garrett. He just reminds me so much of when Clowney came into the league and he was hyped as the second coming...welp he's still not as good as JJ Watt so...Anyways, I'm still smarting over the fact that Browns didn't listen to me and take either Jonathan Allen or Jamal Adams No. 1 overall but WHATEVER. DE is not a dire need this offseason but if there's a quality DT in rds 2-5, grab him.

LB -- Possibly the biggest need on this team (outside of QB and RB). When you look at the AFC North and how it is won, it's got to be through defense and your running game. Man, why did Ozzie Newsome defect to the Ravens? ANYWAYS this is a potential first round need area, but, obviously the player has to be worth it. I like Joe Schobert's heart but on every other team in the league, dude is a special teamer. Browns need a tone-setting MLB a la Ryan Shazier if they want to be competitive. And Jamie Collins...Patriots players are just never as quality outside of New England. The Patriots exist in a bubble and I just don't think the rest of the league should have the expectations of former Patriots that they always do.

S -- I really like Jabrill Peppers actually but I think he should be at SS, not FS. Dude played LB in college for a year. He can hit and play the run. He shouldn't be chasing everyone in the secondary. Ugh...remember when I said the Browns should've taken Jamal Adams? And you know how the Jets took him and Marcus Maye and have won 5 games with the least talented roster in the league? Ugh. Anyways, the Browns need a FS in the worst way.

CB -- Scrap and get all new. Browns need to rebuild their CBs. It's just embarrassing.

Offseason needs in order that they need them: QB, RB, LB, CB, FS, DT, OL depth

Coaching -- Get an offensive coordinator. Let Hue Jackson be the damn QB coach and head coach if you want but I think you have to first let Jackson focus exclusively on Head Coaching. It's tough to turn around a franchise when you're trying to do 2-3 jobs all year.
