3.28 Rant: The Steelers handled Brandon Boykin wrong. Published at 3/28/2016

So the Steelers traded a 5th round pick to the Eagles for Brandon Boykin, a top 20 CB. What we were hoping to have happen is that he would be able to fix or at least contribute to our 30th ranked secondary. What had happened however, is that Boykin sat on the bench until week 12, where he saw very limited snaps (in which he played very well). Seriously? Why on earth did Boykin sit behind Blake, the NFL's worst rated CB in 20 years?! Why did we even trade for him in the first place if we never would have played him, especially to replace a horrible CB? Now we are down both a CB and a draft pick. No reason for this saga to have happened the way it did, why did we make such stupid decisions.
The saving grace is that the Scobee trade was rectified by a 6th round comp. That trade in of itself could be another whole rant.
