After seeing the Steelers publicly embarrass themselves and lose for the 3rd straight time, the Rooney's need to make some serious adjustments.

People who should stay but I'm pissed at:

Kevin Colbert: He has done a lot for this team, but his biggest gaff is not being able to find a backup QB. Landry Jones is awful and shouldn't be in the league, let alone a QB#2. It is unfair to have a 35 year old QB play on torn ligaments in the knee and right after surgery too. QB needs to be addressed ASAP.

People who I'm 50/50 on:

Mike Tomlin: He has never had a loosing season in the league as a HC, and has the locker room behind him, but when has he had this team prepared? He's lost almost every time @ BAL, recently getting embarrassed, and against sub .300 teams he gets his team blown out and not prepared. He needs to get his act together, or he will be gone soon.

Joey Porter: The OLBs have not shown any improvement over the past few seasons. There has been some improvement recently, but it may not be enough. He should be on the hot seat.

Keith Butler: We went from 3rd in the league in sacks to one of the worst due to his BS scheme of rushing 3 players every snap. It isn't working, and he needs to go back to rushing 5 and 6 if he wants to stay in PIT. We expect our defense to be stout, not pansies.

People who need to leave, now:

Todd Haley: So let me get this straight: You have Ben, Brown, and Bell, with one of the only OLs in the NFL that hasn't completely turned into swiss cheese, that should be good right? No, it isn't! Somehow this MORON has made it so we've scored an average of 14 points in the past 3 games. This clown is a buffoon, and needs to be fired immediately.

Carnell Lake: Since Polamalu graced us with his long hair, he hasn't developed a DB ever. That is almost 13 years ago. Not only that, none of them know how to TACKLE or stay in position to make a play. This guy has made a joke of our defense and needs to leave now.

Danny Smith: He puts the Special in Special Teams. How long do Special Teams have to not have any runbacks past the 25 or let opposing teams score on runbacks / blocked punts before this joker is canned?

Steelers need to fire these pretenders now if this team is to go anywhere in the very near future, before Ben retires and LJ is starting QB.
