Alright Seattle it is.  If no one else wants to hold the top spot than give it to the one of the few that hasn't dropped a game in the least couple of weeks.  yes they lost to the Rams but they lost at LA by less than 3.  Some people who pay attention to spreads would say that that means on a neutral field that blah blah blah.  Here is means I can put them one slot above the Rams and that that doesn't by itself disqualify me as an evaluator teams.

I think what is happening to the Eagles may still prove to be a good thing.  That they perhaps were getting away with some false starts and not setting properly before the snap for awhile but now the league is cracking down.  This is happening while Lane Johnson is out and they don't have a functioning offensive coordinator from what I can tell.  Running backs are allowed to catch the ball out of the backfield and Barkley could/should be doing this on the regular.  Let AJ Brown be the coordinator and Barkley's agent as well and the offense will find the proper balance again.  

In the meantime the defense is still good enough to get the job done once the offense starts carrying its own weight.
