This is Matt McGuire's 2010 NFL Mock Re-Draft of Rounds 4 for Saturday's NFL Draft coverage.

  1. St. Louis Rams: Corey Wootton, DE, Northwestern
Everson Griffen is the most talked about end still on the board, but I bet the Rams go in another direction.

  2. Minnesota Vikings: Perrish Cox, CB, Oklahoma State
It's always smart to trust the draft board at this point rather than address even an immediate need because that player will likely not pan out anyway. Cox might be the highest-rated player on the board for the Vikings.

  3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jamar Chaney, ILB, Mississippi State
The Bucs like Chaney and would like to have some insurance behind Barrett Ruud.

  4. Houston Texans: Everson Griffen, DE, USC
The Texans are extremely lucky to get Griffen here as they look for an impact pass rusher opposite Super Mario.

  5. Washington Redskins: Bruce Campbell, T, Maryland
In the fourth round, it is smart to grab another high-upside offensive lineman. If Campbell pans out, he's a gem. If he doesn't, then it doesn't matter because it's only a fourth-round pick.

  6. Seattle Seahawks: Akwasi Owusu-Ansah, CB/KR, IUP
Ansah is a very versatile defensive back and gives Seattle significant value here.

  7. Philadelphia Eagles: Dennis Pitta, TE, Brigham Young
The Eagles already have Brent Celek, but they need depth behind him.

  8. Oakland Raiders: Jevan Snead, QB, Mississippi
The Raiders add a big-armed quarterback assumming they don't trade for Ben Roethlisberger.

  9. Buffalo Bills: Anthony Dixon, RB, Mississippi State
The Bills get a big back for their offense, and Dixon is a steal here at this point in the 2010 NFL Draft.

  10. Jacksonville Jaguars: Cam Thomas, DT, North Carolina
Why not just draft three defensive tackles in a row? Thomas is the best player on the board, a fine theory for Gene Smith. Hell, why not just draft all defensive tackles and no other position? Screw team needs.

  11. Chicago Bears: Aaron Hernandez, TE, Florida
Hernandez is falling thanks to significant character concerns.

  12. San Diego Chargers: Ricky Sapp, DE/OLB, Clemson
Sapp might fall even further thanks to knee durability concerns.

  13. Tennessee Titans: John Conner, FB, Kentucky
Conner is the top rated fullback in the draft with the skill set of a Lorenzo Neal.

  14. Carolina Panthers: Austen Lane, DE, Murray State
The Panthers should add another pass-rusher after losing Julius Peppers.

  15. New England Patriots: John Skelton, QB, Fordham
It wouldn't be a bad move to add another high-upside signal caller behind Tom Brady.

  16. Baltimore Ravens: Riley Cooper, WR, Florida
The Ravens get a big wideout, but Cooper's falling due to inconsistent hands.

  17. New York Giants: Dekoda Watson, OLB, Florida State
Watson has range, but he wasn't that impressive at the Senior Bowl.

  18. Pittsburgh Steelers: Darian Stewart, S, South Carolina
The Steelers add another safety in the back half of their defense.

  19. Atlanta Falcons: Dorin Dickerson, TE, Pittsburgh
Dickerson has the athleticism to make some plays on this offense.

  20. Houston Texans: Selvish Capers, T, West Virginia
Capers is raw, but he has some very good physical tools.

  21. Dallas Cowboys: Marcus Easley, WR, Connecticut
This is purely a value pick for the Cowboys as they continue to load up at receiver.

  22. Cincinnati Bengals: LeGarrette Blount, RB, Oregon
Bengals fans: You said I was wrong about the Bengals drafting character concerns, then they draft another player who isn't competitive and had a DUI in the second round. History keeps repeating itself - wake up and smell the steel on the handcuffs.

  23. Philadelphia Eagles: Jimmy Saddler-McQueen, DT, Texas A&M-Kingsville
McQueen is a big-time sleeper, but I think Philadelphia will surprise us if this pick isn't traded.

  24. Philadelphia Eagles: Alterraun Verner, CB, UCLA
Verner is a fourth-round corner and goes to a team looking for some more depth.

  25. Arizona Cardinals: Ramon Harewood, T, Morehouse
Harewood is a sleeper and the Cardinals are looking for bodies up front.

  26. New York Jets: Kam Chancellor, SS, Virginia Tech
The Jets are simply looking for playmakers all over the depth chart.

  27. Philadelphia Eagles: Carlton Mitchell, WR, South Florida
Mitchell has some very good talent for a fourth-round pick.

  28. Miami Dolphins: Sherrick McManis, CB, Northwestern
McManis can play some dime and maybe even some safety in Miami.

  29. Seattle Seahawks: Geno Atkins, DT, Georgia
Atkins is a workout warrior that had a mediocre senior year.

  30. Detroit Lions: Eric Norwood, LB, South Carolina
Norwood is a great pick here and could be a steal as a strongside linebacker.

  31. Indianapolis Colts: Tony Pike, QB, Cincinnati
Curtis Painter just isn't getting the job done behind Peyton Manning, and Pike is a very intelligent quarterback.

  32. New Orleans Saints: Clay Harbor, TE, Missouri State
Harbor has very impressive physical tools, and the Saints are just looking for depth at this point and trust their board.

  33. Cincinnati Bengals: Michael Hoomanawanui, TE, Illinois
The Bengals LOVE blockers at tight end, and Hoomanawanui is one of the best blocking tight ends in the 2010 NFL Draft.
