  1. Jacksonville Jaguars: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Jaguars will spend one of their first two picks on a quarterback. Blaine Gabbert is done starting for Jacksonville. He's absolutely terrible.

I never imagined that Matt Barkley could fall to Round 2, but it's definitely a strong possibility now. He really cost himself by going back to school. He could still go in the first round, but he had a poor 2012 campaign, and his mediocre arm won't help matters. There's also a developing aversion to USC quarterbacks, as some NFL personnel people believe they have such a high failure rate because they're more Hollywood stars than football players in their environment.

  2. Kansas City Chiefs: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Kansas City's new quarterback will need a new receiver if Dwayne Bowe leaves. I wouldn't spend the money on Bowe; he's overrated because he's inconsistent and piles up most of his stats in garbage time. He was responsible for a ton of turnovers, including both of Matt Cassel's interceptions against the Ravens.

Pick change; previously Justin Hunter, WR

  3. Philadelphia Eagles: Jesse Williams, NT, Alabama
The Eagles are moving to a 3-4 defense. Every 3-4 needs a nose tackle, but Philadelphia doesn't have one. That'll obviously have to change.

  4. Detroit Lions: Barrett Jones, G/C/OT, Alabama
Barrett Jones can play virtually any position on the offensive line, including center. Detroit's current center, the declining Dominic Raiola, will be due $4.05 million in a 2013 walk year. Help is needed at guard as well, as Stephen Peterman performed poorly.

  5. Cincinnati Bengals: Giovani Bernard, RB, North Carolina
BenJarvus Green-Ellis rushed for 100-plus yards in four of the five games prior to Pittsburgh, but that's mostly just great blocking rather than the Law Firm improving. One of the Bengals' top priorities is finding a capable running back. Giovani Bernard would complement Green-Ellis very well.

  6. Arizona Cardinals: E.J. Manuel, QB, Florida State
John Skelton just put on one of the worst quarterbacking performances of all time in Seattle, while Kevin Kolb, who is also iffy, cannot stay healthy. Oh, and let's not forget Ryan Lindley, who might just be even worse than Skelton. They all made Brian Hoyer look like the second coming of Kurt Warner, as Hoyer was actually capable of getting the ball to Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd.

Arizona needs a franchise quarterback, and Fitzgerald, who generally has a say in whom his team drafts, will pull for one in the first two rounds.

E.J. Manuel was the top signal-caller at the Senior Bowl. He's a good fit for Bruce Arians' vertical offense, unlike Tyler Wilson, whom I had slotted here a couple of weeks ago.

  7. New York Jets: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
The Jets need to give their next quarterback some weapons to work with. Both the receiver and tight end positions need to be upgraded. Running back must be addressed as well. Shonn Greene's a free agent, but he wasn't very good anyway. Eddie Lacy is the top player available.

Pick change; previously Tyler Wilson, QB

  8. Tennessee Titans: Larry Warford, G, Kentucky
Chris Johnson has finally regained CJ2K form in recent weeks, but that doesn't mean the Titans can't use an upgrade or two on the offensive line. Help is needed on the interior. Larry Warford was dominant at the Senior Bowl.

  9. Buffalo Bills: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Bills drafted a quarterback in the first round, so they'll need to find a weapon for him. Steve Johnson is currently the only downfield play-maker on Buffalo's roster.

  10. Miami Dolphins: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Stud defensive tackle Randy Starks will be a free agent in March. If the Dolphins can't retain him, they'll have to find a replacement this offseason. They'd have the option of moving Jared Odrick inside, which is what they'll do in this scenario. Miami needs a dynamic pass-rusher across from Cameron Wake.

Pick change; previously Tyler Eifert, TE

  11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
Charlie Campbell (@DraftCampbell) has informed me that the Buccaneers will be targeting a tight end early in the 2013 NFL Draft. Dallas Clark is a worn-down free agent, while Luke Stocker has been a disappointment thus far. Josh Freeman needs a consistent intermediate target.

Pick change; previously Zach Ertz, TE

  12. Carolina Panthers: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
Jeff Otah was released before the start of the season, and right tackle Byron Bell struggled as a replacement. Meanwhile, left tackle Jordan Gross will be 33 in July, so the Panthers need some stability and young blood up front.

Pick change; previously Dallas Thomas, OT/G

  13. San Diego Chargers: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
Both Quentin Jammer and Antoine Cason will be free agents in March. The Chargers will have to find some reinforcements at cornerback if they lose either defender. A case could be made that Xavier Rhodes is the best player available.

Pick change; previously Alex Okafor, DE/OLB

  14. St. Louis Rams: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
Lance Kendricks had an issue with drops as a rookie. He may resolve that in 2012, but if he doesn't, the Rams could be looking for a new tight end. Remember, this regime has no allegiance to Kendricks.

Pick change; previously Phillip Thomas, S

  15. Dallas Cowboys: Eric Reid, S, LSU
I've learned that the Cowboys are interested in Eric Reid. He makes sense for them, as the safety position was a major weak point after Barry Church tore his Achilles' tendon. Church was extended prior to the injury, but he's owed less than $1 million next year, so that won't prevent Dallas from picking a safety early.

  16. Pittsburgh Steelers: Margus Hunt, DE/DT, SMU
The Steelers need some help on the defensive line. Cameron Heyward and especially Ziggy Hood have been disappointments. Meanwhile, Brett Keisel, 35 in September, is entering his contract year.

Pick change; previously Eddie Lacy, RB

  17. New York Giants: Datone Jones, DE, UCLA
Giant fans know that general manager Jerry Reese loves drafting pass-rushers. With Osi Umenyiora entering free agency this March and Justin Tuck having a down year, Reese may select a defensive end early this April.

Pick change; previously Xavier Rhodes, CB

  18. Chicago Bears: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
The Bears have revealed that they will be searching for a speed element to their passing game this offseason. If that's the case, they won't hesitate selecting Tavon Austin if he's available at this juncture. Chicago cannot have Devin Hester on the field as a receiver any longer.

  19. Washington Redskins: Phillip Thomas, S, Fresno State
Here's some much-needed help for the Redskins' secondary, as both safety positions need to be addressed. Brandon Meriweather cannot be relied upon to stay healthy, and it's not like he was a Pro Bowl talent anyway. Madieu Williams, meanwhile, needs to be upgraded because he's not any good.

Pick change; previously Terrance Williams, WR

  20. Minnesota Vikings: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The front office has to add more talent to complement a very inconsistent Christian Ponder. The Vikings need an upgrade across from Percy Harvin, as Jerome Simpson is way too inconsistent to be a No. 2 receiver. Harvin may not even be back with the Vikings next year, so Minnesota may target two wideout upgrades this offseason.

Pick change; previously Sylvester Williams, DT

  21. Cincinnati Bengals: Jamar Taylor, CB, Boise State
Nate Clements will be a free agent in March, while Terence Newman won't be around much longer. The Bengals will need a more permanent solution to go along with Leon Hall and Dre Kirkpatrick.

  22. Miami Dolphins: Dallas Thomas, OT/G, Tennessee
It's sounding more and more like Jake Long won't be back with the Dolphins next year. If that's the case, Miami will need a new right tackle across from Jonathan Martin, who played well on the blind side to close out his rookie campaign.

Pick change; previously Blidi Wreh-Wilson, CB

  23. Green Bay Packers: Corey Lemonier, DE/OLB, Auburn
The Packers need to make sure Erik Walden isn't on the field next year. He is terrible. He's a free agent anyway.

Pick change; previously Quinton Patton, WR

  24. Seattle Seahawks: Markus Wheaton, WR, Oregon State
The Seahawks' receiving corps really needs to be upgraded. Sidney Rice is constantly laboring through injuries and has struggled to get any sort of separation for most of the season. Golden Tate, meanwhile, is way too inconsistent, though he was better at the end of the season. Russell Wilson kept improving every week, so Pete Carroll needs to bolster his wideout corps.

  25. Houston Texans: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
I've been told that John Jenkins is a strong option for the Texans at No. 27 if they can't land one of the two SEC linebackers. If Houston wants to upgrade the nose tackle position, perhaps it'll look at Sylvester Williams in Round 2.

Pick change; previously Aaron Dobson, WR

  26. Denver Broncos: Arthur Brown, LB, Kansas State
Keith Brooking, 37, saw extensive action at middle linebacker this past season when Joe Mays was lost for the year. Neither is very good, so the Broncos could be looking at an upgrade early in the 2013 NFL Draft.

  27. New England Patriots: Quinton Patton, WR, Louisiana Tech
It's amazing that New England's offense was incredible (until the Baltimore game) considering that Deion Branch was playing two-thirds of the snaps every game prior to being released. Imagine how explosive the Patriots would be if they added a legitimate threat opposite Brandon Lloyd. They also have to think about a possible future without Wes Welker, who will be a free agent this offseason. New England has shown that it doesn't value Welker as much, so another team could offer him way more money.

Pick change; previously David Amerson, S/CB

  28. Atlanta Falcons: Kyle Long, G/OT, Oregon
Peter Konz could eventually move to center and replace Todd McClure, but the Falcons will still need an upgrade at right guard. Because of Konz's versatility, they can afford to take the top interior lineman available.

  29. San Francisco 49ers: Blidi Wreh-Wilson, CB, Connecticut
Teams are always looking for cornerback depth, especially if they have extra picks. Besides, Carlos Rogers isn't playing as well this season. He's been solid at times, but has been inconsistent.

Pick change; previously Darius slay, CB

  30. Baltimore Ravens: David Amerson, S/CB, N.C. State
Jason La Canfora recently reported that some of Ed Reed's teammates believe that he won't be back with the Ravens next year. Reed's an impending free agent, so he may move on with Ray Lewis also leaving. If that happens, Baltimore will obviously be looking for a new safety this offseason.

Pick change; previously Brandon Williams, NT
