  1. Kansas City Chiefs: Travis Frederick, G/C, Wisconsin
Ryan Lilja announced his retirement recently, which means Jeff Allen is slated to start at guard. The Chiefs cannot allow this to happen. They also have to find a backup center.

Pick change; previously Datone Jones, DE

  2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Menelik Watson, OT, Florida State
Cameron Bradfield was overmatched this year. The Jaguars need need to find an upgrade for their new quarterback.

  3. Detroit Lions: Jawan Jamison, RB, Rutgers
The Lions talked about their lacking speed element at running back recently. They had it with Jahvid Best, but he may never play again.

  4. Oakland Raiders: Darius Slay, CB, Mississippi State
The Raiders were without their two starting cornerbacks most of this season. Ronald Bartell was released, while Shawntae Spencer just isn't very good.

Pick change; previously Everett Dawkins, DT

  5. Philadelphia Eagles: Robert Alford, CB, Southeastern Louisiana
Brandon Boykin was a nice pick in the fourth round, but he won't be enough if Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie leaves via free agency, as Philadelphia wants three high-level cornerbacks. Nnamdi Asomugha will be cut this spring. He was absolutely terrible.

  6. Cleveland Browns: Jordan Reed, TE, Florida
Ben Watson is a free agent, while Jordan Cameron, drafted by the old regime, hasn't shown much yet. The Browns will likely search for a tight end upgrade this offseason.

  7. Arizona Cardinals: Logan Ryan, CB, Rutgers
The Cardinals currently have just three cornerbacks under contract: Patrick Peterson, Jamell Fleming and William Gay. And I'm sure Chris Culliver would agree that Gay isn't very good.

Pick change; previously Corey Lemonier, DE/OLB

  8. Tennessee Titans: Bacarri Rambo, S, Georgia
The Titans have major problems at safety. Jordan Babineaux is just a marginal talent, while Michael Griffin has inexplicably dropped off this year. At first, it was believed he was struggling because he was at strong safety instead of free safety, but he continued to play poorly despite moving back to his natural spot.

  9. Buffalo Bills: Tank Carradine, DE, Florida State
The Bills spent tons of money on Mario Williams and Mark Anderson this offseason, but while the former has picked up his play after the bye, the latter was dreadful whenever he's been on the field. Buffalo needs to put as much pressure on the quarterback if it wants to unseat the Patriots in the division.

  10. New York Jets: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
The Jets need to take a chance on a young quarterback because Mark Sanchez is awful. They have to give their fans some hope, or they may lose more supporters than just Fireman Ed.

Pick change; previously D.J. Fluker, OT

  11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Khaseem Greene, LB, Rutgers
The Buccaneers look like they have a keeper in Lavonte David, who has played very well as a rookie. Second-year Mason Foster is also solid. However, that's all Tampa has at linebacker. An upgrade is needed over Quincy Black, who has nerve damage in his neck.

Pick change; previously Logan Ryan, CB

  12. San Francisco 49ers: Aaron Dobson, WR, Marshall
Mario Manningham could be released in the coming months. He's owed close to $4 million in non-guaranteed money, and he's coming off a torn ACL and PCL that he suffered in late December.

Pick change; previously Robert Woods, CB

  13. New Orleans Saints: Brandon Williams, NT, Missouri Southern
Another piece for New Orleans' new 3-4. The Saints could use a long-term solution at nose tackle behind Brodrick Bunkley.

Pick change; previously Jordan Poyer, CB

  14. San Diego Chargers: Joseph Randle, RB, Oklahoma State
Ryan Mathews can't be trusted to stay healthy. The Chargers need a solid option when Mathews suffers yet another injury this upcoming season.

Pick change; previously Brennan Williams, OT

  15. Miami Dolphins: Jordan Poyer, CB, Oregon State
The Dolphins have an extra Day 2 pick because they dealt Vontae Davis to the Colts, so they should probably use one of them on a replacement.

Pick change; previously Stedman Bailey, WR

  16. St. Louis Rams: David Quessenberry, G/C/OT, San Jose State
Another upgrade for the Rams' poor offensive line. They need to protect Sam Bradford. David Quessenberry can play virtually every position up front, so he'll be very useful for his new team.

  17. Pittsburgh Steelers: Mike Gillislee, RB, Florida
Rashard Mendenhall won't be back next year and Jonathan Dwyer isn't viewed as a starter per reports, so the Steelers will need to find a new running back.

Pick change; previously Marquise Goodwin, WR/KR

  18. Dallas Cowboys: Alvin Bailey, G, Arkansas
The interior of Dallas' offensive line is an abomination. The front office found two downgrades at guard last offseason. Hopefully it finds better players this time around.

  19. New York Giants: Brennan Williams, OT, North Carolina
The offensive tackle position is a mess for the Giants. Will Beatty and Sean Locklear are both free agents, while David Diehl has transformed into a human turnstile recently. This is an area that desperately needs to be addressed to keep Eli Manning from getting too banged up as he advances into his 30s.

Pick change; previously Khaseem Greene, LB

  20. Miami Dolphins: Stedman Bailey, WR, West Virginia
Brian Hartline hasn't done very much since posting 200-plus yards at Arizona, so it's clear that he's not a No. 1. The Dolphins need a top option for the inconsistent Ryan Tannehill.

Pick change; previously Justin Pugh, G/OT

  21. Minnesota Vikings: Jonathan Cyprien, S, Florida International
As noted in my Minnesota Vikings NFL Offseason Needs, Harrison Smith deserves Rookie of the Year consideration, but he's the only talented safety on Minnesota's roster.

Pick change; previously Tony Jefferson, S

  22. Cincinnati Bengals: T.J. McDonald, S, USC
The Bengals had a big need at safety, but they didn't address the position until the fifth round this past April. They'll put more effort into finding an upgrade the following offseason because they won't survive with Reggie Nelson and the benched Taylor Mays (or cornerback Nate Clements, an impending free agent who was playing out of position) as their starters.

  23. Washington Redskins: David Bakhtiari, OT, Colorado
As written in my Washington Redskins NFL Offseason Needs, the biggest hole on Washington's front is easily right tackle. Jammal Brown is always hurt, while backup Tyler Polumbus performed miserably in his absence.

Pick change; previously Leon McFadden, CB

  24. Indianapolis Colts: John Simon, DE/OLB, Ohio State
Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis won't be around much longer. The Colts need to find new players who can rush the passer.

  25. Seattle Seahawks: Gavin Escobar, TE, San Diego State
Here's some more help for Russell Wilson. Despite Zach Miller's heroic conversion on third-and-long early against Washington, the Seahawks could look into bringing in a new tight end.

  26. Green Bay Packers: Christine Michael, RB, Texas A&M
James Starks has yet to prove that he can stay healthy, while Alex Green has shown nothing in several starts. Cedric Benson is obviously not a long-term answer, though I've been impressed with DuJuan Harris in his limited action. Still, the Packers may address the running back position early in the 2013 NFL Draft. They've been linked to Christine Michael per various sources.

  27. Houston Texans: Cobi Hamilton, WR, Arkansas
The Texans have needed a No. 2 receiver for years, but now that Andre Johnson is into his 30s, it won't be long before they have to secure a new No. 1 wideout for Matt Schaub.

Pick change; previously Joseph Randle, RB

  28. Denver Broncos: Everett Dawkins, DT, Florida State
The Broncos spent a second-rounder this past April on Derek Wolfe, but he's playing defensive end and moving inside on nickel situations. That's why Denver still needs a ton of help at defensive tackle.

Pick change; previously Andre Ellington, RB

  29. New England Patriots: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
The Patriots have used a third-round pick on a troubled but talented SEC quarterback before. There's talk that Bill Belichick could trade Ryan Mallett to Michael Lombardi, so if that happens, New England may search for another project at the signal-caller position.

  30. Atlanta Falcons: Marquise Goodwin, WR/KR, Texas
General manager Thomas Dimitroff said that he would be looking for receiver help this offseason. That's understandable, given that Julio Jones is always hurt, Roddy White is old, and the team's depth at the position is lacking.

Pick change; previously Mike Gillislee, RB

  31. San Francisco 49ers: William Gholston, DE/DT, Michigan State
The 49ers have a fantastic defense, but they'll need to keep adding to it with some players growing older or heading into free agency. Justin Smith falls under both categories. He'll be entering his walk year at 34 several months following the 2013 NFL Draft. San Francisco will have to find a successor sometime soon.

Pick change; previously Jonathan Cyprien, S

  32. Baltimore Ravens: Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU
The Ravens suddenly have glaring issues at cornerback. Lardarius Webb tore an ACL for the second time in his career, while Cary Williams is a free agent. The Ravens have taken a chance on another troubled cornerback, so they'll consider Tyrann Mathieu.
