-
Jacksonville Jaguars: Matt Scott, QB, Arizona
The Jaguars have to spend a pick on a quarterback at some point. New general manager has sounded like a lunatic in his praise for Blaine Gabbert, but he must have a backup plan if/when Gabbert sucks again. Jacksonville has been linked to Matt Scott.

-
Kansas City Chiefs: William Gholston, DE/DT, Michigan State
Glenn Dorsey will be a free agent in March and Tyson Jackson is due more than $14 million next year, so it appears as though their disappointing tenures in Kansas City are coming to an end.
-
Oakland Raiders: Logan Ryan, CB, Rutgers
The Raiders' cornerback position is so dire that I could see them double dipping in the 2013 NFL Draft.
Pick change; previously Jordan Poyer, CB
-
Philadelphia Eagles: Brandon Williams, NT, Missouri Southern
The Eagles are moving to a 3-4, but the only nose tackle they have to speak of is Antonio Dixon. Something must be done about this.
Pick change; previously J.J. Wilcox, S
-
Minnesota Vikings: A.J. Klein, ILB, Iowa State
Jasper Brinkley needs to be upgraded, so the Vikings will be looking for middle linebacker help at some point this offseason. Manti Te'o, Alec Ogletree and Kevin Minter are strong possibilities in Round 1. If Minnesota takes someone else, a prospect like Kiko Alonso would make sense at this juncture.
Pick change; previously Kiko Alonso, ILB
-
Arizona Cardinals: Bacarri Rambo, S, Georgia
Adrian Wilson has been a great player for the Cardinals for many years, but his tenure in Arizona could be over. Wilson, due $3.5 million in 2013, was demoted out of nickel packages in the second half of the season. The Cardinals could release him, which will open up a big need at strong safety.
Pick change; previously Tony Jefferson, S
-
Cleveland Browns: Gavin Escobar, TE, San Diego State
Ben Watson is a free agent, while Jordan Cameron, drafted by the old regime, hasn't shown much yet. The Browns will likely search for a tight end upgrade this offseason.
Pick change; previously Marquise Goodwin, WR/KR
-
Buffalo Bills: Jon Bostic, ILB, Florida
Kelvin Sheppard was a big disappointment in his sophomore campaign. Nick Barnett, meanwhile, was just released. Two upgrades are needed at linebacker.
-
New York Jets: Marquise Goodwin, WR/KR, Texas
New York desperately needs an upgrade at wideout for obvious reasons. Santonio Holmes is a bum, while Stephen Hill hasn't really shown much yet.
Pick change; previously Montee Ball, RB
-
Tennessee Titans: Mike Gillislee, RB, Florida
Chris Johnson's production picked up at the end of the year, but he still did a ton of dancing at the line of scrimmage. The Titans should add a mid-round running back just in case CJ2K sucks again.
-
Carolina Panthers: Jordan Poyer, CB, Oregon State
More secondary help. Chris Gamble is expected to be released soon, so the Panthers will have to address the cornerback position this offseason.
Pick change; previously Leon McFadden, CB
-
New Orleans Saints: Brennan Williams, OT, North Carolina
The Saints obviously need tons of help on defense, but they also have to find a left tackle for Drew Brees, who didn't have much time in the pocket this past season. General manager Mickey Loomis recently discussed the challenge of re-signing Jermon Bushrod, so it sounds like he'll be moving in a different direction at the position.
Pick change; previously A.J. Klein, ILB
-
San Diego Chargers: Joseph Randle, RB, Oklahoma State
The Chargers will probably be looking for a running back early in the 2013 NFL Draft. This new front office has no ties to Ryan Mathews, who is an injury-prone bust.
-
Miami Dolphins: Le'Veon Bell, RB, Michigan State
The Dolphins will probably be losing Reggie Bush this offseason. Daniel Thomas, meanwhile, has fallen out of favor with the coaching staff. Miami could be looking for a complement for Lamar Miller in the middle rounds.
-
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Will Davis, CB, Utah State
The Buccaneers don't ever shy away from doubling up on positions. They may do so at cornerback, as this was a huge area of need even before the Aqib Talib trade.
Pick change; previously Vance McDonald, TE
-
St. Louis Rams: David Quessenberry, G/C/OT, San Jose State
Another offensive line upgrade. As mentioned before, Jeff Fisher discussed how he wants to upgrade the offensive line to give Sam Bradford a chance.
Pick change; previously T.J. McDonald, S
-
Dallas Cowboys: Andre Ellington, RB, Clemson
The Cowboys are expected to use a mid-round pick on a running back. Jerry Jones recently said that none of DeMarco Murray's current backups are considered No. 2 runners.
Pick change; previously Alvin Bailey, G
-
Pittsburgh Steelers: Tony Jefferson, S, Oklahoma
Troy Polamalu can't seem to get healthy, while Ryan Clark, who just turned 33, will be entering his contract year. The Steelers need to get younger at safety.
Pick change; previously Andre Ellington, RB
-
New York Giants: Leon McFadden, CB, San Diego State
Prince Amukamara looks like the real deal, but the Giants need help across from him. Corey Webster, who was torched often this past year, will likely be cut this spring because he'll be due $7 million in 2013.
Pick change; previously Dwayne Gratz, CB
-
Chicago Bears: Dion Sims, TE, Michigan State
Here's even more help for Jay Cutler, who desperately needs an intermediate target to throw to.
-
Cincinnati Bengals: Chris Faulk, OT, LSU
The Bengals will have to find a right tackle if they can't retain free agent Andre Smith. All they'll have at the position is Anthony Collins if Smith leaves.
Pick change; previously Brian Schwenke, C
-
Washington Redskins: Dwayne Gratz, CB, Connecticut
DeAngelo Hall, who has been inconsistent this year, is due $7.5 million in 2013, but none of it is guaranteed. Josh Wilson, meanwhile, will be entering his contract year. The Redskins will have to add some depth at cornerback.
Pick change; previously B.W. Webb, CB
-
Minnesota Vikings: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
The Vikings have to find a developmental quarterback because Joe Webb is not the answer. Someone has to be groomed in order to push Christian Ponder eventually.
-
Indianapolis Colts: Alvin Bailey, G, Arkansas
Here's more offensive line help for the Colts. The weakest of Luck's blockers was right guard Mike McGlynn, who was guilty of four sacks in the final four games.
Pick change; previously Oday Aboushi, G/OT
-
Green Bay Packers: Brian Schwenke, C, California
Can anyone explain why Jeff Saturday was voted to the Pro Bowl? He didn't even start at the end of the season. The Packers had major problems at center after letting Scott Wells walk away, so they'll have to address that area this spring.
Pick change; previously Christine Michael, RB
-
Seattle Seahawks: Jordan Mills, OT, Louisiana Tech
Breno Giacomini was absolutely embarrassed in the season finale by Chris Long. Granted, Long has made so many right tackles look bad this year, but Giacomini has struggled in pass protection for most of the season.
Pick change; previously Chris Faulk, OT
-
Houston Texans: Hugh Thornton, G, Illinois
The Texans want to bolster their offensive line this offseason. The right guard position was an issue last year.
-
Denver Broncos: B.W. Webb, CB, William & Mary
It really bothered me that none of the ESPN shows discussed how unbelievably bad Champ Bailey was against the Ravens. He looked like a member of New Orleans' secondary. He could be done. Tony Carter, meanwhile, is a free agent. The Broncos suddenly need help at corner.
Pick change; previously Will Davis, CB
-
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Travis Kelce, TE, Cincinnati
Charlie Campbell (@DraftCampbell) has informed me that the Buccaneers will be targeting a tight end early in the 2013 NFL Draft. Dallas Clark is a worn-down free agent, while Luke Stocker has been a disappointment thus far. Josh Freeman needs a consistent intermediate target.
Pick change; previously Jordan Hill, DT
-
Atlanta Falcons: Chris Harper, WR, Kansas State
The Falcons have absolutely zero depth at receiver. They need some help with that, as well as a potential successor for Roddy White.
-
San Francisco 49ers: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
There was some talk at the Combine about how the 49ers might spend a mid-round selection on Marcus Lattimore because they have so many draft choices. In the wake of the Alex Smith trade, that's an even greater possibility, as San Francisco can afford to take this sort of gamble. Lattimore may not be able to play in 2013, but the 49ers could have a stud back in 2014 and beyond.
-
Baltimore Ravens: Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU
The Ravens suddenly have glaring issues at cornerback. Lardarius Webb tore an ACL for the second time in his career, while Cary Williams is a free agent. The Ravens have taken a chance on another troubled cornerback, so they'll consider Tyrann Mathieu.
