-
Kansas City Chiefs: John Simon, DE/OLB, Ohio State
The Chiefs don't have much depth behind Tamba Hali and Justin Houston - as they discovered in the Week 1 loss to Atlanta - so they could spend a mid-rounder on a rush linebacker.

-
Jacksonville Jaguars: Brian Winters, G, Kent State
Eben Britton was benched this past season, and replacement Mike Brewster wasn't much better. The Jaguars will likely spend a Round 2-5 pick on a replacement.
-
Philadelphia Eagles: T.J. McDonald, S, USC
Nate Allen and Kurt Coleman both finished in the top 12 for missed tackles among safeties even though they each were out of the lineup for a couple of games. They also blew tons of coverages each week. The Eagles must find at least one upgrade at the position.
Pick change; previously Nick Kasa, TE
-
Detroit Lions: Jawan Jamison, RB, Rutgers
The Lions talked about their lacking speed element at running back recently. They had it with Jahvid Best, but he may never play again.
Pick change; previously Jordan Mills, OT
-
Seattle Seahawks: Ryan Otten, TE, San Jose State
Here's some more help for Russell Wilson. Despite Zach Miller's heroic conversion on third-and-long early against Washington, the Seahawks could look into bringing in a new tight end. Travis Kelce falls because of character concerns.
Pick change; previously Travis Kelce, TE
-
Cleveland Browns: Brandon McGee, CB, Miami
Sheldon Brown is not expected back with the Browns, so Michael Lombardi will have to find a starter across from Joe Haden.
-
Arizona Cardinals: Christine Michael, RB, Texas A&M
The Cardinals don't have a proven running back on their roster, so they may spend a mid-round pick on a possible upgrade. They've shown a ton of interest as seen here, 2013 NFL Draft Prospect Meetings.
Pick change; previously Stepfan Taylor, RB
-
New York Jets: Trevardo Williams, DE/OLB, Connecticut
The Jets' inability to get to the quarterback needs to be fixed. Calvin Pace was recently cut, so a replacement is needed.
-
Tennessee Titans: Devin Taylor, DE, South Carolina
The Titans have zero depth behind Derrick Morgan and Kamerion Wimbley, and in a division that features Matt Schaub and Andrew Luck, they need all the pass-rushing help they can get.
-
Buffalo Bills: Shawn Williams, S, Georgia
The Bills cut George Wilson, so they'll need some depth at safety.
Pick change; previously Cornelius Washington, DE
-
New Orleans Saints: Montori Hughes, NT, Tennessee-Martin
Another piece for New Orleans' new 3-4. The Saints could use a long-term solution at nose tackle behind Brodrick Bunkley.
Pick change; previously Marc Anthony, CB
-
San Diego Chargers: Josh Boyce, WR, TCU
The Chargers may want to add to their receiving depth after Robert Meachem flopped. I doubt they want to start Seyi Ajirotutu in the wake of injuries again.
-
Miami Dolphins: Michael Williams, TE, Alabama
The Dolphins spent a third-round pick on a tight end last year, but it's unlikely that Michael Egnew will be on the roster in September. Ryan Tannehill needs a real intermediate option.
-
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Luke Marquardt, OT, Azusa Pacific
Donald Penn struggled to close out the year, while Demar Dotson isn't very good. The Buccaneers will be looking to bring in another tackle.
-
Carolina Panthers: Sanders Commings, S, Georgia
Hiro Nakamura could stop time. Haruki Nakamura can't stop anyone. He has to be upgraded. The Panthers desperately need safety help.
Pick change; previously Kenny Stills, WR
-
St. Louis Rams: Jordan Hill, DT, Penn State
The Rams have zero depth at defensive tackle. That'll have to change via free agency or a mid-round pick.
Pick change; previously Akeem Spence, DT
-
Pittsburgh Steelers: Stepfan Taylor, RB, Stanford
Rashard Mendenhall won't be back next year and Jonathan Dwyer isn't viewed as a starter per reports, so the Steelers will need to find a new running back.
Pick change; previously Shawn Williams, S
-
Dallas Cowboys: Kenny Stills, WR, Oklahoma
Miles Austin-Jones will be back next year, but he may not be around much longer. The Cowboys will have to find a long-term solution across from Dez Bryant.
Pick change; previously Zac Stacy, RB
-
New York Giants: Gerald Hodges, OLB, Penn State
Here's some more linebacker help for the Giants. As mentioned, Jerry Reese emphasized the need to upgrade this area.
Pick change; previously Michael Mauti, ILB
-
Chicago Bears: Oday Aboushi, G/OT, Virginia
Here's more offensive line help for the Bears. The front office really needs to shore up Jay Cutler's protection.
Pick change; previously Reid Fragel, OT
-
Washington Redskins: Kevin Reddick, ILB, North Carolina
When asked if he's returning in 2013, London Fletcher said he'll come back if he can "get myself healthy enough to play." The Redskins will need help at inside linebacker if he retires.
-
Minnesota Vikings: Johnathan Franklin, RB, UCLA
Toby Gerhart is entering his contract year and could be traded. The Vikings will need a No. 2 back in 2014 and beyond.
Pick change; previously Jawan Jamison, RB
-
Cincinnati Bengals: Zac Dysert, QB, Miami of Ohio
The Bengals' current No. 2 quarterback is Zac Robinson, so they may draft a backup signal-caller in the middle rounds this April.
-
San Francisco 49ers: Kwame Geathers, NT, Georgia
The 49ers don't really have a quality nose tackle. They don't really need one based on the formations they play, but this is a luxury pick they can afford to make because they have so few needs.
-
Seattle Seahawks: Demetrius McCray, CB, Appalachian State
The Seahawks haven't drafted a cornerback yet, so here's one. Demetrius McCray is the type of tall, long corner Pete Carroll loves to have on his defense.
-
Green Bay Packers: Chase Thomas, DE/OLB, Stanford
The Packers need to make sure Erik Walden isn't on the field next year. He is terrible. He's a free agent anyway.
-
Houston Texans: Stansly Maponga, DE/OLB, TCU
The Texans won't have much depth at rush linebacker if they don't retain Connor Barwin.
-
Denver Broncos: Earl Wolff, S, N.C. State
Denver's young corners have played well alongside Champ Bailey, but safety help is needed because Michael Adams isn't very good. He's going to be a 32-year-old entering his contract season anyway.
Pick change; previously Sanders Commings, S
-
Washington Redskins: Reid Fragel, OT, Ohio State
As written in my Washington Redskins NFL Offseason Needs, the biggest hole on Washington's front is easily right tackle. Jammal Brown is always hurt, while backup Tyler Polumbus performed miserably in his absence.
Pick change; previously Vinston Painter, OT
-
Atlanta Falcons: Akeem Spence, DT, Illinois
More help for the Falcons' defensive line. Peria Jerry just can't seem to live up to his potential because of his knee problems.
Pick change; previously Gerald Hodges, OLB
-
San Francisco 49ers: Michael Mauti, ILB, Penn State
The 49ers obviously have two outstanding inside linebackers in Patrick Willis and Navorro Bowman, but with Larry Grant hitting free agency, there's very little depth at that position.
Michael Mauti was considered a second-day prospect prior to tearing his ACL. He's a tremendous leader who could eventually be a starter somewhere.
Pick change; previously Nico Johnson, ILB
-
Baltimore Ravens: Nico Johnson, ILB, Alabama
Ray Lewis is retiring, while Dannell Ellerbe will be a free agent this spring. The Ravens have to find some help at inside linebacker.
Pick change; previously Walter Stewart, DE/OLB
