  1. Jacksonville Jaguars: Tharold Simon, CB, LSU
Derek Cox signed with the Broncos. Aaron Ross signed with the Giants. Rashean Mathis and William Middleton are gone. That leaves two guys named Mike Harris and Alan Ball as the starting cornerbacks. That's not good.

Tharold Simon fits perfectly into Gus Bradley's system as a tall, lanky corner.

Pick change; previously Barrett Jones, G/C/OT

  2. Kansas City Chiefs: Barrett Jones, G/C/OT, Alabama
The Chiefs need depth at both guard and center. Barrett Jones is capable of playing four positions up front, so he'd be a great solution.

Pick change; previously John Simon, DE/OLB

  3. Oakland Raiders: Logan Ryan, CB, Rutgers
The Raiders were without their two starting cornerbacks most of this season. Ronald Bartell was released, while Shawntae Spencer just isn't very good.

  4. Philadelphia Eagles: Cornelius Washington, DE/OLB, Georgia
Despite signing Connor Barwin, the Eagles have brought in several free-agent and draft-prospect rush linebackers. It looks like they want one more pass-rusher.

Pick change; previously T.J. McDonald, S

  5. Minnesota Vikings: Leon McFadden, CB, San Diego State
The Vikings shocked everyone when they cut Antoine Winfield recently. Cornerback help is now needed.

Pick change; previously Bacarri Rambo, S

  6. Arizona Cardinals: Tony Jefferson, S, Oklahoma
Adrian Wilson and Kerry Rhodes were both cut, which opened up a major hole at safety for Arizona. Yeremiah Bell was signed, but he's just one player, and a short-term solution at that.

Pick change; previously J.J. Wilcox, S

  7. Cleveland Browns: Marquise Goodwin, WR/KR, Texas
Josh Gordon improved as the 2012 season went along, but the Browns need another receiver to go along with the inconsistent Greg Little.

  8. Buffalo Bills: Kevin Reddick, ILB, North Carolina
Kelvin Sheppard was a big disappointment in his sophomore campaign. Nick Barnett, meanwhile, was released. Two upgrades are needed at linebacker.

  9. New York Jets: Gavin Escobar, TE, San Diego State
Here's another play-maker for the Jets' offense. They need a replacement at tight end after losing Dustin Keller to the Dolphins.

Pick change; previously Travis Kelce, TE

  10. Tennessee Titans: Jelani Jenkins, OLB, Florida
The Titans barely have any depth at linebacker, so they'll have to use a mid-round pick to fix that.

Pick change; previously Tony Jefferson, S

  11. Carolina Panthers: Aaron Dobson, WR, Marshall
Panthers' head coach Commander Adama hinted that signing Mike Wallace was a possibility. That didn't happen, but it at least was an indication that Carolina is looking to upgrade the receiver position.

  12. New Orleans Saints: Brandon Williams, NT, Missouri Southern
Another piece for New Orleans' new 3-4. The Saints could use a long-term solution at nose tackle behind Brodrick Bunkley.

  13. San Diego Chargers: John Simon, DE/OLB, Ohio State
Shaun Phillips is a free agent, so San Diego will need a complement for Melvin Ingram if it can't retain its long-time veteran.

Pick change; previously Leon McFadden, CB

  14. Miami Dolphins: Zaviar Gooden, OLB, Missouri
Something the Dolphins must do this offseason is find some linebacker depth because they're awfully thin there. They signed two expensive linebackers, but they also cut two in the process.

Pick change; previously Montori Hughes, NT

  15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Denard Robinson, KR, Michigan
The Buccaneers need an upgrade behind Doug Martin (in the event that LeGarrette Blount is dealt) and in the return game. Denard Robinson would be able to help in both areas.

  16. St. Louis Rams: Joseph Randle, RB, Oklahoma State
The Rams just lost Steven Jackson to the Falcons, so they'll have to find another running back to compete with Daryl Richardson and Isaiah Pead.

  17. Dallas Cowboys: Andre Ellington, RB, Clemson
The Cowboys are expected to use a mid-round pick on a running back. Jerry Jones recently said that none of DeMarco Murray's current backups are considered No. 2 runners.

  18. Pittsburgh Steelers: Travis Kelce, TE, Cincinnati
The Steelers will be looking for a tight end in the draft, given that Heath Miller is coming off a brutal knee injury.

Pick change; previously David Quessenberry, G/C/OT

  19. New York Giants: A.J. Klein, ILB, Iowa State
More linebacker help for the Giants. Dan Connor was signed, but that was just for a 1-year deal.

Pick change; previously Dwayne Gratz, CB

  20. Chicago Bears: Josh Boyce, WR, TCU
The Bears have revealed that they will be searching for a speed element to their passing game this offseason. This is a good idea because they cannot have Devin Hester on the field as a receiver any longer.

Pick change; previously Zaviar Gooden, OLB

  21. Cincinnati Bengals: Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU
Cincinnati just drafted Dre Kirkpatrick in the first round last year, but an early cornerback selection is still in play because the team doesn't have much cornerback depth. That's a problem because Mike Zimmer loves having three corners on the field.

  22. Washington Redskins: T.J. McDonald, S, USC
More secondary help for the Redskins. They need a safety to pair with Brandon Meriweather - assuming that Meriweather can actually stay on the field for a change.

Pick change; previously Leon McFadden, CB

  23. Minnesota Vikings: Mike Gillislee, RB, Florida
Toby Gerhart is entering his contract year and could be traded. The Vikings will need a No. 2 back in 2014 and beyond.

  24. Indianapolis Colts: Cobi Hamilton, WR, Arkansas
Jim Irsay seemed drunk when he spent a weekend night posting song lyrics about acquiring a receiver. Unfortunately, nothing happened. Irsay might have to get a wideout in the draft instead.

  25. Green Bay Packers: Brian Schwenke, C, California
Can anyone explain why Jeff Saturday was voted to the Pro Bowl? He didn't even start at the end of the season. The Packers had major problems at center after letting Scott Wells walk away, so they'll have to address that area in April.

  26. Seattle Seahawks: Brennan Williams, OT, North Carolina
As mentioned earlier, the right side of Seattle's offensive line can be upgraded. Imagine how potent the offense will be with a more-seasoned Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch, Percy Harvin and an improved front.

  27. Houston Texans: Oday Aboushi, G/OT, Virginia
The Texans want to bolster their offensive line this offseason. They're very thin at tackle.

  28. Denver Broncos: Shamarko Thomas, S, Syracuse
Denver's young corners played well alongside Champ Bailey, but safety help is needed because Michael Adams isn't very good. He's going to be a 32-year-old entering his contract season anyway. There's Quinton Carter as well, but the coaching staff could be down on him after he was arrested.

  29. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Montori Hughes, NT, Tennessee-Martin
The Buccaneers have a need next to Gerald McCoy at defensive tackle, as Roy Miller recently signed with the Jaguars.

Pick change; previously Chris Faulk, OT

  30. Atlanta Falcons: Chris Harper, WR, Kansas State
The Falcons have absolutely zero depth at receiver. They need some help with that, as well as a potential successor for Roddy White.

  31. San Francisco 49ers: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
There was some talk at the Combine about how the 49ers might spend a mid-round selection on Marcus Lattimore because they have so many draft choices. In the wake of the Alex Smith trade, that's an even greater possibility, as San Francisco can afford to take this sort of gamble. Lattimore may not be able to play in 2013, but the 49ers could have a stud back in 2014 and beyond.

  32. Baltimore Ravens: Dwayne Gratz, CB, Connecticut
The Ravens suddenly have glaring issues at cornerback. Lardarius Webb tore an ACL for the second time in his career, while Cary Williams just signed with the Eagles.

Pick change; previously Will Davis, CB

  33. Baltimore Ravens: Chris Faulk, OT, LSU
The Ravens have absolutely no tackle depth behind Michael Oher and Jah Reid. I'm sure they'd like to take a tackle so they can keep Kelechi Osemele at his natural guard position.

Pick change; previously Ty Powell, LB

  34. San Francisco 49ers: Ty Powell, LB, Harding
The 49ers obviously have two outstanding inside linebackers in Patrick Willis and Navorro Bowman, but with Larry Grant hitting free agency, there's very little depth at that position.

Pick change; previously A.J. Klein, ILB

  35. Detroit Lions: Alvin Bailey, G, Arkansas
The Lions will almost surely spend another pick on a lineman after taking Eric Fisher at No. 5 overall. Whether it's a guard or a tackle depends on where they plan on using Riley Reiff.

  36. Atlanta Falcons: Devin Taylor, DE, South Carolina
As mentioned earlier, the Falcons have to find two defensive ends in the draft after losing John Abraham. All they have at the position now is Kroy Biermann.
