-
Jacksonville Jaguars: Tharold Simon, CB, LSU
Derek Cox signed with the Broncos. Aaron Ross signed with the Giants. Rashean Mathis and William Middleton are gone. That leaves two guys named Mike Harris and Alan Ball as the starting cornerbacks. That's not good.
Tharold Simon fits perfectly into Gus Bradley's system as a tall, lanky corner.

-
Kansas City Chiefs: Barrett Jones, G/C/OT, Alabama
The Chiefs need depth at both guard and center. Barrett Jones is capable of playing four positions up front, so he'd be a great solution.
-
Oakland Raiders: Ryan Otten, TE, San Jose State
The Raiders pretty much need everything, including an intermediate target for their new quarterback. Brandon Myers signed with the Giants, so there's a hole at tight end.
Pick change; previously Logan Ryan, CB
-
Philadelphia Eagles: Trevardo Williams, DE/OLB, Connecticut
Despite signing Connor Barwin, the Eagles have brought in several free-agent and draft-prospect rush linebackers. It looks like they want one more pass-rusher.
Pick change; previously Cornelius Washington, DE/OLB
-
Minnesota Vikings: Will Davis, CB, Utah State
The Vikings shocked everyone when they cut Antoine Winfield recently. Cornerback help is now needed.
Pick change; previously Shamarko Thomas, S
-
Arizona Cardinals: Tony Jefferson, S, Oklahoma
Adrian Wilson and Kerry Rhodes were both cut, which opened up a major hole at safety for Arizona. Yeremiah Bell was signed, but he's just one player, and a short-term solution at that.
-
Cleveland Browns: Kenny Stills, WR, Oklahoma
Josh Gordon improved as the 2012 season went along, but the Browns need another receiver to go along with the inconsistent Greg Little.
Pick change; previously Marquise Goodwin, WR/KR
-
Buffalo Bills: Ty Powell, LB, Harding
Kelvin Sheppard was a big disappointment in his sophomore campaign. Nick Barnett, meanwhile, was released. Two upgrades are needed at linebacker.
-
New York Jets: Zac Dysert, QB, Miami of Ohio
The Jets have to draft a quarterback at some point, and it looks like it's going to be Zac Dysert. New York has shown a ridiculous amount of interest in him.
Pick change; previously Travis Kelce, TE
-
Tennessee Titans: Zaviar Gooden, OLB, Missouri
The Titans barely have any depth at linebacker, so they'll have to use a mid-round pick to fix that.
Pick change; previously Jelani Jenkins, OLB
-
Carolina Panthers: Ryan Swope, WR, Texas A&M
Panthers' head coach Commander Adama hinted that signing Mike Wallace was a possibility. That didn't happen, but it at least was an indication that Carolina is looking to upgrade the receiver position. Another possibility is drafting Colonel Tigh, as seen in my April Fools Mock Draft.
Pick change; previously Cobi Hamilton, WR
-
New Orleans Saints: Montori Hughes, NT, Tennessee-Martin
Another piece for New Orleans' new 3-4. The Saints could use a long-term solution at nose tackle behind Brodrick Bunkley.
Pick change; previously Brandon Williams, NT
-
San Diego Chargers: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
New regimes mean new quarterbacks. All the Chargers have behind Philip Rivers is Charlie Whitehurst.
Pick change; previously John Simon, OLB
-
Miami Dolphins: Logan Ryan, CB, Rutgers
The Dolphins will probably draft two cornerbacks, given the uncertainty with Brent Grimes.
Pick change; previously Zaviar Gooden, OLB
-
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Montee Ball, RB, Wisconsin
The Buccaneers need an upgrade behind Doug Martin in the event that LeGarrette Blount is dealt.
Pick change; previously Jordan Poyer, CB
-
St. Louis Rams: Brandon Williams, NT, Missouri Southern
Kendall Langford, who disappointed a bit last year, is due $16 million over the next three years, so he may not be around much longer.
Pick change; previously Everett Dawkins, DT
-
Dallas Cowboys: Andre Ellington, RB, Clemson
The Cowboys are expected to use a mid-round pick on a running back. Jerry Jones recently said that none of DeMarco Murray's current backups are considered No. 2 runners.
-
Pittsburgh Steelers: Josh Boyce, WR, TCU
Here is some much-needed help for Ben Roethlisberger. The Steelers need a new wideout after losing Mike Wallace.
Pick change; previously Chris Harper, WR
-
New York Giants: Jordan Poyer, CB, Oregon State
The Giants re-sign Aaron Ross, but they could still stand to use a mid-round pick on a cornerback after how poorly Corey Webster played last year.
Pick change; previously Leon McFadden, CB
-
Chicago Bears: Marquise Goodwin, WR/KR, Texas
The Bears have revealed that they will be searching for a speed element to their passing game this offseason. This is a good idea because they cannot have Devin Hester on the field as a receiver any longer.
Pick change; previously Kenny Stills, WR
-
Cincinnati Bengals: Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU
Cincinnati just drafted Dre Kirkpatrick in the first round last year, but an early cornerback selection is still in play because the team doesn't have much long-termcornerback depth. That's a problem because Mike Zimmer loves having three corners on the field.
-
Washington Redskins: Duke Williams, S, Nevada
The Redskins could defintiely draft two safeties. Brandon Meriweather is coming off a torn ACL and may not be ready for Week 1.
Pick change; previously T.J. McDonald, S
-
Minnesota Vikings: Joseph Randle, RB, Oklahoma State
Toby Gerhart is entering his contract year and could be traded. The Vikings will need a No. 2 back in 2014 and beyond.
-
Indianapolis Colts: Alvin Bailey, G, Arkansas
The Colts signed Gosder Cherilus, but they still need to find another upgrade on the interior of their offensive line. The weakest of Andrew Luck's blockers last year was right guard Mike McGlynn, who was guilty of four sacks in the final four games.
Pick change; previously David Quessenberry, G/C/OT
-
Green Bay Packers: Knile Davis, RB, Arkansas
James Starks has yet to prove that he can stay healthy, while Alex Green has shown nothing in several starts. Cedric Benson is obviously not a long-term answer, though I've been impressed with DuJuan Harris in his limited action. Still, the Packers may address the running back position early in the 2013 NFL Draft.
Pick change; previously Brian Schwenke, C
-
Seattle Seahawks: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
The Seahawks need a backup quarterback. They signed Brady Quinn about five minutes before I typed this, but Seattle could use more of a long-term solution behind Russell Wilson.
Pick change; previously Jordan Hill, DT
-
Houston Texans: Brennan Williams, OT, North Carolina
The Texans want to bolster their offensive line this offseason. They're very thin at tackle.
-
Denver Broncos: Sanders Commings, CB/S, Georgia
The Broncos don't have a current need for a cornerback, but they definitely will soon. Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie will be a free agent next spring, while Champ Bailey will be due $9 million in a walk year, so he'll probably be cut if he plays like he did against the Ravens.
-
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: William Gholston, DE/DT, Michigan State
The Buccaneers let Michael Bennett walk, so now they need some help at the defensive end position.
Pick change; previously Montori Hughes, NT
-
Atlanta Falcons: Sean Porter, OLB, Texas A&M
As noted in my Atlanta Falcons Offseason Needs page, the Falcons' play at linebacker must improve. Stephen Nicholas can't be on the field on all three downs, while Akeem Dent was a disappointment in his first season as a starter. The team needs to find a linebacker capable of playing all three downs with Sean Weatherspoon.
Pick change; previously Denard Robinson, KR
-
San Francisco 49ers: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
There was some talk at the Combine about how the 49ers might spend a mid-round selection on Marcus Lattimore because they have so many draft choices. In the wake of the Alex Smith trade, that's an even greater possibility, as San Francisco can afford to take this sort of gamble. Lattimore may not be able to play in 2013, but the 49ers could have a stud back in 2014 and beyond.
-
Baltimore Ravens: Dwayne Gratz, CB, Connecticut
The Ravens suddenly have glaring issues at cornerback. Lardarius Webb tore an ACL for the second time in his career, while Cary Williams just signed with the Eagles.
-
Baltimore Ravens: Brian Schwenke, C, California
Brian Schwenke could either challenge Gino Gradkowski for the starting center job or be an option at guard if Kelechi Osemele needs to move outside again.
Pick change; previously Chris Faulk, OT/G
-
San Francisco 49ers: Travis Kelce, TE, Cincinnati
The 49ers obviously have Vernon Davis as one of Colin Kaepernick's top targets, but Jim Harbaugh loves utilizing multiple tight ends. He used to have Delanie Walker as a No. 2 tight end option, but Walker signed with the Titans this offseason.
Pick change; previously A.J. Klein, ILB
-
Detroit Lions: Cobi Hamilton, WR, Arkansas
The Lions brought in Cordarrelle Patterson and Justin Hunter for private interviews recently (check the NFL Draft Prospect Meetings list for more). Both were off the board atop Round 2, so another wideout will have to suffice.
Pick change; previously Alvin Bailey, G
-
Atlanta Falcons: Stepfan Taylor, RB, Stanford
Steven Jackson was signed as a short-term solution at running back. The Falcons will want to bring in an option for the future sometime soon.
Pick change; previously Devin Taylor, DE
