The order of this 2013 NFL Mock Draft is loosely based on my 2012 NFL Power Rankings.

*** YOU ARE LOOKING AT AN ARCHIVED 2013 NFL MOCK DRAFT. Go here for the most recent 2013 NFL Mock Draft. ***

  1. Cleveland Browns: Larry Warford, G, Kentucky
The Browns took Matt Barkley with their first pick, so they'll need to find some help for their new franchise signal-caller. Some interior offensive line upgrades are needed.

  2. Miami Dolphins: Kenny Stills, WR, Oklahoma
A brand new receiving corps is exactly what Ryan Tannehill needs.

  3. Indianapolis Colts: Alex Hurst, OT, LSU
The Colts need to make it a priority to protect Andrew Luck. He has no chance behind his patchwork offensive line right now.

  4. St. Louis Rams: John Simon, DE, Ohio State
Jeff Fisher loves having defensive line depth, but his team is currently lacking that right now.

  5. Buffalo Bills: Datone Jones, DE, UCLA
The Bills need an upgrade over bust signing Mario Williams. Too soon?

  6. Jacksonville Jaguars: Landry Jones, QB, Oklahoma
If the Jaguars don't spend a first-round pick on a quarterback, they'll have to do so on Day 2 just in case Blaine Gabbert flops.

  7. Arizona Cardinals: Chase Thomas, DE/OLB, Stanford
The Cardinals need depth players and/or upgrades at rush linebacker. O'Brien Schofield disappointed in his 2012 debut.

  8. Tennessee Titans: Mike Gillislee, RB, Florida
Based on the way he's running the football, you'd think Chris Johnson wants to retire and join Dancing with the Stars. The Titans need to bring in someone to push him.

  9. Minnesota Vikings: Arthur Brown, ILB, Kansas State
The Vikings can do a lot better than Jasper Brinkley at middle linebacker. He's a pretty big liability on their defense.

  10. Cincinnati Bengals: Andre Ellington, RB, Clemson
Both Bernard Scott and Brian Leonard will be free agents in March. If they walk, the Bengals will need to find a complement for BenJarvus Green-Ellis.

  11. Philadelphia Eagles: Omoregie Uzzi, G, Georgia Tech
The Eagles need help on the offensive line. Their quarterback never understands where the blitz is coming from, but it's not helping that some members of the front can't block.

  12. Seattle Seahawks: Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU
Pete Carroll's all about giving second chances to players. Maybe he'd do Tyrann Mathieu a favor while bolstering his weak cornerback depth.

  13. Oakland Raiders: Jordan Hill, DT, Penn State
Tommy Kelly is a bum who doesn't care about winning, as evidenced when he laughed after prolonging a San Diego drive with a pair of offside penalties. He has to go.

  14. San Francisco 49ers: Dion Jordan, DE/OLB, Oregon
The 49ers are pretty much stacked everywhere, but they don't have much depth at rush linebacker.

  15. Kansas City Chiefs: Malliciah Goodman, DE/DT, Clemson
Glenn Dorsey will be a free agent in March, so it appears as though his disappointing tenure in Kansas City is coming to an end.

  16. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jonathan Brown, OLB, Illinois
The Buccaneers pretty much played nickel throughout the opener because they don't have any sort of depth at linebacker beyond Mason Foster and Lavonte David.

  17. San Diego Chargers: Montee Ball, RB, Wisconsin
Ryan Mathews always gets hurt, so the Chargers need to find a reliable backup running back.

  18. New Orleans Saints: Mike Glennon, QB, N.C. State
Drew Brees turns 34 in January, so the Saints need to start thinking about grooming a successor.

  19. Washington Redskins: Leon McFadden, CB, San Diego State
The Redskins are really hurting for cornerback depth, and it'll only get worse after the 2013 season when Josh Wilson will be a free agent and DeAngelo Hall will be due $9 million in a contract year.

  20. Detroit Lions: Bacarri Rambo, S, Georgia
More secondary help for the Lions, who really need to upgrade the safety position.

  21. New York Jets: Da'Rick Rogers, WR, Tennessee Tech
Stephen Hill looks really promising, but the Jets don't have much else at receiver.

  22. Pittsburgh Steelers: Micah Hyde, CB, Iowa
Ike Taylor will be due $6 million in 2013. That's a ton of money for a then 33-year-old cornerback. He could be a cap casualty, opening up the door for an early-round cornerback selection.

  23. Green Bay Packers: Nico Johnson, ILB, Alabama
A.J. Hawk probably won't be back next season (though I said the same thing a year ago), so the Packers will need to find some depth at inside linebacker.

  24. Dallas Cowboys: Devin Taylor, DE/OLB, South Carolina
Anthony Spencer will be hitting free agency at the end of the season, so the Cowboys may think about adding a rush linebacker.

  25. Denver Broncos: Duke Williams, S, Nevada
The Broncos have a pair of second-year players at safety. If either one disappoints, Denver may look into spending an early selection on a defensive back.

  26. Atlanta Falcons: Christine Michael, RB, Texas A&M
Michael Turner is done. He looked like he was running in quicksand this preseason, so he won't be on the roster much longer.

  27. Miami Dolphins: Michael Williams, TE, Alabama
Anthony Fasano is an upcoming free agent, and based on Hard Knocks, Michael Egnew appears to be a sunk cost.

  28. Baltimore Ravens: Aaron Dobson, WR, Marshall
The Ravens don't have the greatest depth at receiver, so they may use a mid-round selection to fix that.

  29. New York Giants: Zac Dysert, QB, Miami of Ohio
It'd be nice to see the Giants develop a young quarterback. They can do better than David Carr as Eli Manning's backup.

  30. Houston Texans: Michael Mauti, ILB, Penn State
The leader of Penn State's defense would look good in the middle of Wade Phillips' defense.

  31. San Francisco 49ers: Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
Teams are always looking for cornerback depth, especially if they have extra picks.

  32. New England Patriots: Graham Pocic, C, Illinois
Bill Belichick loves versatile offensive linemen, and Graham Pocic can play both center and guard. The Patriots need to do something about the interior of their offensive front.
