-
Houston Texans: Tre Mason, RB, Auburn
The Texans have officially lost Ben Tate, who signed with the Browns. This was expected all along though, so the team has been looking at new options behind Arian Foster (Andre Brown signed on for just one year). Tre Mason would make a lot of sense for them atop Round 3.

-
Washington Redskins: Carl Bradford, LB, Arizona State
Carl Bradford can play both outside and inside linebacker in a 3-4. The Redskins need some help at both positions - especially the former next year if Brian Orakpo leaves - so he makes a ton of sense for them.
-
Oakland Raiders: A.J. McCarron, QB, Alabama
The Raiders will draft a quarterback at some point in the first few rounds, as they need a long-term solution beyond Matt Schaub. A.J. McCarron fits the system.
-
Atlanta Falcons: Deone Bucannon, S, Washington State
The Falcons addressed a bunch of needs this offseason, but one hole that remains is the safety position, as the team recently cut Thomas DeCoud.
-
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Dominique Easley, DT, Florida
Considering that they have to battle Drew Brees, Matt Ryan and Cam Newton twice per season, the Buccaneers need to find someone besides Gerald McCoy to apply an interior pass rush.
-
Jacksonville Jaguars: Kyle Van Noy, DE/OLB, BYU
If the Jaguars can't get Khalil Mack (or Anthony Barr via trading down), they may opt for someone to fill their LEO position at this juncture.
Pick change; previously Bishop Sankey, RB
-
Cleveland Browns: Cameron Fleming, OT, Stanford
There's speculation that the Browns could take a right tackle early in the 2014 NFL Draft in order to move Mitchell Schwartz to guard.
-
Oakland Raiders: Craig Loston, S, LSU
This is Minnesota's pick, acquired via the first-round Blake Bortles trade. The Raiders need some safety help, as the declining Charles Woodson won't be around much longer.
-
Buffalo Bills: Bashaud Breeland, CB, Clemson
The Bills have brought in a bunch of cornerbacks, so that might be a sign that they're going to take one somewhat early in the 2014 NFL Draft. Perhaps Corey Graham will move to safety.
-
New York Giants: Devonta Freeman, RB, Florida State
The Giants signed Rashad Jennings, but they still need another running back. They can't rely on just Jennings until David Wilson returns.
-
St. Louis Rams: Tom Savage, QB, Pittsburgh
The Rams should think about drafting a quarterback on Day 2 just in case Sam Bradford continues to be mediocre (and injury-prone).
-
Detroit Lions: Travis Swanson, C, Arkansas
The Lions re-signed Dominic Raiola, but they need to find a long-term solution at center.
-
San Francisco 49ers: Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE, Washington
Jim Harbaugh loves to run multiple-tight end formations. The 49ers have Vernon Davis and Vance McDonald on the roster, but Austin Seferian-Jenkins is a steal here and fits San Francisco's offense so well that Harbaugh may not want to resist. Besides, Davis will be a 32-year-old free agent after the 2015 season.
-
Dallas Cowboys: Ego Ferguson, DT, LSU
The Cowboys desperately need a defensive tackle, as they don't have much around Henry Melton.
-
Baltimore Ravens: Terrance West, RB, Towson
Given Ray Rice's struggles and legal issues, the Ravens may use a pick in the middle rounds on a new running back.
-
New York Jets: Jaylen Watkins, CB, Florida
Poor Rex Ryan is frustrated that his team whiffed on all of the top cornerbacks (things got very bad for him in the April Fools Mock Draft). The Jets will have to address the position in the draft.
Pick change; previously Lamarcus Joyner, CB/S
-
Miami Dolphins: Paul Richardson, WR, Colorado
The Dolphins have shown a lot of interest in receivers throughout the pre-draft process, which is not surprising because they don't have much behind Mike Wallace and Brian Hartline.
Pick change; previously Jack Mewhort, OT
-
Chicago Bears: George Uko, DT, USC
Henry Melton is long gone, so if the Bears happen to miss out on Aaron Donald at No. 14, George Uko would be an option during Day 2.
Pick change; previously Anthony Johnson, DT
-
Cleveland Browns: Christian Jones, LB, Florida State
The Browns had two holes to fill at inside linebacker once they cut D'Qwell Jackson. Signing Karlos Dansby fills one of the needs, but Cleveland needs a long-term option at the position.
-
Arizona Cardinals: Zach Mettenberger, QB, LSU
Carson Palmer told the media that he expects the team to draft a young quarterback. It makes sense, and Zach Mettenberger would fit Bruce Arians' system well.
Pick change; previously Craig Loston, S
-
Green Bay Packers: Tre Boston, S, North Carolina
Is there any doubt that the Packers need to improve their secondary? Their defensive backfield blew so many coverages throughout the season, and they had no chance against Colin Kaepernick.
Pick change; previously Zach Mettenberger, QB
-
Philadelphia Eagles: Trevor Reilly, DE/OLB, Utah
The only linebacker who consistently put pressure on the quarterback was Trent Cole, and he won't last beyond next year because he's due $10 million in 2015. Another pass-rusher is currently needed anyway.
Pick change; previously Jaylen Watkins, CB
-
Kansas City Chiefs: Bruce Ellington, WR, South Carolina
The Chiefs need some help in their receiving corps, especially with Dexter McCluster now in Tennessee.
-
Cincinnati Bengals: Antonio Richardson, OT, Tennessee
The Bengals lost Anthony Collins in free agency, so they'll have to look elsewhere for a long-term solution at left tackle.
-
San Diego Chargers: Lamarcus Joyner, CB/S, Florida State
The Chargers' defense made every single quarterback look like a Pro Bowler early in the year. They have a dreadful cornerback situation, which could be remedied with the use of an early-round pick in May's draft.
Pick change; previously Stanley Jean-Baptiste, CB
-
Indianapolis Colts: Stanley Jean-Baptiste, CB, Nebraska
The Colts managed to retain Vontae Davis, but they still have a big need at corner. If you don't believe me, go back and watch the Kansas City-Indianapolis playoff game.
Pick change; previously Loucheiz Purifoy, CB
-
New Orleans Saints: Ka'Deem Carey, RB, Arizona
The Saints lost Darren Sproles, so they may want to find another pass-catching running back in the 2014 NFL Draft.
-
Carolina Panthers: Jarvis Landry, WR, LSU
The Panthers obviously could double up - or even triple up - on receivers during the early stages of the 2014 NFL Draft.
-
New England Patriots: DaQuan Jones, NT, Penn State
This pick makes sense even with the Ra'Shede Hageman first-round selection. Vince Wilfork was re-signed, but he won't be around much longer. The Patriots need a long-term solution at nose tackle.
-
San Francisco 49ers: Pierre Desir, CB, Lindenwood
The secondary is a troublesome area for the 49ers, so they may spend multiple selections on the cornerback position.
-
Denver Broncos: Gabe Jackson, G, Mississippi State
The Broncos are planning on moving Orlando Franklin to Zane Beadles' vacated guard spot. This choice will give Denver some insurance just in case the transition doesn't go smoothly.
Pick change; previously Jackson Jeffcoat, DE
-
Minnesota Vikings: Telvin Smith, OLB, Florida State
The Vikings have just one sure thing at linebacker, and that would be Chad Greenway, who is coming off an awful season.
-
Pittsburgh Steelers: Donte Moncrief, WR, Ole Miss
The Steelers signed Lance Moore to replace Jerricho Cotchery, but he's just a temporary solution.
-
Green Bay Packers: Jared Abbrederis, WR, Wisconsin
The Packers lost James Jones to the Raiders, so they may want to add another receiver.
-
Baltimore Ravens: Jack Mewhort, OT, Ohio State
The Ravens knew all along that they'd lose Michael Oher in free agency. He's gone, so they need a new right tackle because Ricky Wagner cannot be allowed to start.
Pick change; previously Brandon Thomas, OT/G
-
San Francisco 49ers: Ahmad Dixon, S, Baylor
The 49ers spent a first-round pick on a safety last year, but they may have to use another selection on one with Donte Whitner signed on with the Browns.
