33. Houston Texans: Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville
    You would've been locked in a mental ward had you told someone five months ago that the Texans could draft Teddy Bridgewater - in the second round! But Bridgewater is probably going to fall that far. You can check out the various reports in the NFL Draft Rumor Mill, including one article that has an NFC personnel executive (team with a franchise quarterback) saying that Bridgewater is just a "fourth-round guy."

34. Washington Redskins: Morgan Moses, OT, Virginia
    Right tackle Tyler Polumbus will be a free agent after this season, so the Redskins may want to add a potential replacement. As noted on the NFL Draft Rumors page, Tony Pauline reported that Morgan Moses won't fall beyond Washington at No. 34.

35. Cleveland Browns: Carlos Hyde, RB, Ohio State
    The Browns signed Ben Tate, but they can't rely on him to stay healthy. It appears as though they agree with that, given that they didn't pay him very much. The Vikings once chose Toby Gerhart in the second round with Adrian Peterson on the roster, so don't say that Cleveland can't take a running back in the second frame.
    
    
36. Oakland Raiders: Timmy Jernigan, DT, Florida State
    I have a feeling Timmy Jernigan will fall during the draft for multiple reasons. If that happens, the Raiders will be more than happy to take him at this juncture, as he would strengthen a weak group of defensive tackles.
    
    
    
    
    
37. Atlanta Falcons: Dee Ford, DE/OLB, Auburn
    If the Falcons can't obtain Jadeveon Clowney or Khalil Mack in the first round, they'll almost certainly draft a pass-rusher here. Dee Ford fits what Thomas Dimitroff looks for in a prospect. I'm sure Mike Smith would love to have Ford on his team after the Auburn pass-rusher destroyed his offense at the Senior Bowl.

38. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Allen Robinson, WR, Penn State
    The Buccaneers would love for Sammy Watkins to fall to them at No. 7, but there's not much of a chance of that happening. They could also take Mike Evans as a solid consolation prize. If, however, they go with the Johnny Manziel route, they may opt to address the receiver position in the second round.
    
    
39. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jimmy Garoppolo, QB, Eastern Illinois
    The Jaguars have to take a quarterback early for obvious reasons. As mentioned earlier, there have been reports indicating that Jacksonville wants to draft Jimmy Garoppolo in the second round.
    
    
40. Minnesota Vikings: Demarcus Lawrence, DE/OLB, Boise State
    The Vikings want a pass-rushing linebacker to fit Mike Zimmer's scheme. There's a chance they could take Anthony Barr at No. 8 to fill that need. If they go quarterback instead, someone like Demarcus Lawrence would be in play near the top of Round 2.
    
    
41. Buffalo Bills: Troy Niklas, TE, Notre Dame
    The Bills have to add play-makers around E.J. Manuel, who needs all the help he can get. The tight end position definitely needs to be upgraded.
    
    
42. Tennessee Titans: Jeremy Hill, RB, LSU
    The Titans have gotten rid of Chris Johnson, who was signed by the Jets (go here for my NFL Free Agent Signing Grades). Tennessee will obviously be searching for a new lead running back.
    
    
43. New York Giants: Scott Crichton, DE, Oregon State
    New York could double dip in the trenches. Justin Tuck was one of many Giants to sign with the Raiders, so a replacement is needed despite the Robert Ayers signing.
    
    
44. St. Louis Rams: Dion Bailey, S, USC
    St. Louis' defense came on late in the season, but it struggled at times during the year for a couple of reasons. One was the play of safety Rodney McLeod. He wasn't terrible, but it's clear that the Rams need to find an upgrade next to T.J. McDonald.
    
    
    
    
    
45. Detroit Lions: Cody Latimer, WR, Indiana
    I had the Lions moving up for Sammy Watkins in my trades mock. They may do so in real life, but chances are they'll have to address the receiver position on Day 2.
    
    
46. Pittsburgh Steelers: Stephon Tuitt, DE/DT, Notre Dame
    The Steelers lost Ziggy Hood and Al Woods in free agency. Neither was an impactful player, but the team is severely lacking in depth up front. Stephon Tuitt qualifies as best player available.

47. Dallas Cowboys: Jimmie Ward, S, Northern Illinois
    Dallas had horrible safety play throughout the 2013 season. An upgrade in this area would have allowed it to beat Philadelphia in Week 17.
    
    
48. Baltimore Ravens: Jordan Matthews, WR, Vanderbilt
    Baltimore added Steve Smith, which I thought was an awful move (go here for my NFL Free Agent Grades), but regardless of my opinion, the Ravens are still in the market for a long-term No. 2 option for Joe Flacco.
    
    
49. New York Jets: Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech
    Kellen Winslow proved to be an insufficient replacement for Dustin Keller, so this is a position New York will look to upgrade this offseason.
    
    
50. Miami Dolphins: Chris Borland, ILB, Wisconsin
    The Dolphins are in the market for a new middle linebacker, as Dannell Ellerbe predictably struggled this past season. Miami's new front office has no allegiance to Ellerbe.
    
    
51. Chicago Bears: Marcus Roberson, CB, Florida
    Chicago was able to re-sign Tim Jennings recently, while Charles Tillman was brought back, but for only one year. The Bears have to deal with Aaron Rodgers and Matthew Stafford twice per year, so they'll definitely look to upgrade their secondary with multiple selections.
    
    
52. Arizona Cardinals: Terrence Brooks, S, Florida State
    The Cardinals could use some safety help, as free agent Yeremiah Bell is thinking about retirement.

53. Green Bay Packers: Weston Richburg, C, Colorado State
    Aaron Rodgers wanted Ted Thompson to retain Evan Dietrich-Smith, but that didn't happen. The Packers, as a consequence, could address the center position early.

54. Philadelphia Eagles: Martavis Bryant, WR, Clemson
    As mentioned in Round 1, the Eagles want a big, fast receiver. Martavis Bryant is raw, but he fits that description. He can be groomed to start across from Riley Cooper in 2015 and beyond.

55. Cincinnati Bengals: Marcus Martin, C, USC
    The center position is one of the top needs I have listed in the Bengals team needs page. Kyle Cook needed to be upgraded before his release.
    
    
56. San Francisco 49ers: Keith McGill, CB, Utah
    San Francisco's group of cornerbacks isn't very strong, as Carlos Rogers and Tarell Brown have both moved on to new teams. The 49ers are weak at this position, so they could easily spend two early selections on upgrades in the 2014 NFL Draft.
    
    
    
    
    
57. San Diego Chargers: Jeremiah Attaochu, DE/OLB, Georgia Tech
    The Chargers have shown a lot of interest in Jeremiah Attaochu, who could help their pass-rushing woes; they need an upgrade across from Melvin Ingram.

58. New Orleans Saints: Davante Adams, WR, Fresno State
    The Saints could use another receiver. Marques Colston disappointed this season prior to the Carolina victory, yet he's still New Orleans' top option by a wide margin. Lance Moore was recently cut.
    
    
59. Indianapolis Colts: David Yankey, G/OT, Stanford
    Adding an offensive lineman who can play multiple positions would be a good idea for the Colts, who have issues up front.
    
    
60. Carolina Panthers: Cyrus Kouandjio, OT, Alabama
    Both Cyrus Kouandjio and Antonio Richardson took major hits at the Combine because of their failed physical exams. I didn't know what to do with them, so I dropped both to Rounds 2-3.
    
    Perhaps the Panthers believe Kouandjio can fill the void that Jordan Gross' retirement created at left tackle.

61. San Francisco 49ers: Kareem Martin, DE, North Carolina
    The 49ers have Tank Carradine waiting in the wings, but with four second-day picks, they can afford to go with the best player available who fits their scheme perfectly.
    
    
62. New England Patriots: Bishop Sankey, RB, Washington
    The Patriots lost LeGarrette Blount, who foolishly skipped out on a starting job to take a backup role, so they may look for a new running back because Bill Belichick doesn't trust Stevan Ridley. If so, Bishop Sankey fits perfectly.

63. Denver Broncos: Trent Murphy, DE/OLB, Stanford
    The Broncos lost Robert Ayers and Shaun Phillips, so they might be interested in addressing their depth at defensive end, all while finding a potential successor for DeMarcus Ware.

64. Seattle Seahawks: Marcus Smith, DE/OLB, Louisville
    The Seahawks lost Chris Clemons to the Jaguars and may see Cliff Avril walk next spring. They need a new LEO. Marcus Smith perfectly fits what Seattle looks for in its draft prospects.
