Overrated NFL Teams:
A good handicapper is always aware of which teams are overrated and underrated by the public. I'll attempt to list the teams I think are the most overrated and underrated each week. Keep in mind that even if a team is listed here, that doesn't mean that I think lowly of them; they are simply overrated in Vegas' eyes. These are the squads that Vegas can boost the spread on.
Atlanta Falcons - This Atlanta team is pretty bad. They've sacrificed too much to get Julio Jones, and their depth and offensive line have been compromised.
Dallas Cowboys - The Cowboys have major offensive line issues. Their special teams are also very questionable. Tony Romo chokes in the clutch.
Philadelphia Eagles - A quarterback who can't read the blitz. An offensive line that can't block anyone. A defense that can't stop the run. Yeah, this team isn't so dreamy.
Pittsburgh Steelers - For those who didn't watch the Steelers-Texans game, Pittsburgh is REALLY old and slow. The offensive line is worse than usual.
San Diego Chargers - How many years do we have to go through this? The Chargers look great on paper, but they will beat themselves with dumb mistakes.

Cincinnati Bengals - That loss to the 49ers is looking like a fluke. The Bengals have a really good defense and running game, and Andy Dalton has been steady thus far.
Minnesota Vikings - The Vikings are bad, but they're not 0-4 bad. They almost beat a pair of 3-1 teams (Buccaneers, Chargers) and the 4-0 Lions.
New York Giants - The Giants have been on fire since the second half of the St. Louis game.
