The Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB-MDL) Knights of Columbus Council 10994 is holding its 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. This year’s tournament scheduled for August 5, 2016.
100% of the Tournament Proceeds will be used to fund the various charitable programs the Knights sponsor that benefit military and civilian personnel and their families across the Joint Base encompassing the former McGuire Air Force Base, Fort Dix Army Post, and Lakehurst Naval Air Station.
With your generous donation, Council 10994 will be able to support families on the Joint Base as well as the local community. We award scholarships to students and provide financial assistance to local Boy and Girl Scout troops to pursue their charitable projects. We provide fun-filled activities for children such as Easter egg hunts and Kids Day Festival. Most importantly, we provide aid during times of great distress. Just this past year, we executed Operation Chill Out, which collected much needed supplies such as coats, clothes, and hygiene products for homeless veterans. Your gracious donation allows us to bolster the spirits of the brave men and women who work tirelessly to defend our freedom. Your generosity can have a profound impact on our ability to provide aid to those truly in need.
