Sign Tony Jefferson FS - 4yr 28 mill 12 gtd - jones will likely get tagged allowing jefferson to escape and hit the free agent market.  Jefferson provides a big upgrade over amos who regressed in year 2 and looks more like a backup than a starter.  

Sign Alex Okafor OLB - 2yr 10 mill 5 gtd - okafor escapes like jefferson, okafor has power but can also use finesse to rush the passer, he would compliment floyd and gives insurance in case mcphee goes down.  

Sign Tony Jerod-Eddie DE - 2yr 6 mill 3 gtd - played with fangio in san fran, young player who has steadily improved, can start in a pinch.  

Sign Datone Jones DE/OLB - 2yr 6 mill 3 gtd - moved to OLB with Green Bay, I would move him back to 3-4DE, green bay uses a true two gapping scheme whereas fangio essentially runs a 4-3 under which could fit jones better.  

Sign Marquise Goodwin WR - 3yr 9 mill 3 gtd - goodwin can simply run past guys and will keep coverages honest from cheating on jeffrey and or white

Sign Michael Wilhoite ILB - 1yr 3mill - Purely depth signing due to Trevathan being out for the year recovering from injury
