Seahawks 2019 Mock:

The Seahawks only have 4 picks in the 2019 Draft. (Round 1, Round 3, Round 4, and Round 5)(Projected Draft Pick: ~15-20)

Round 1: Christian Wilkins, DL, Clemson

Measuring at 6'4, 315, Wilkins is a monstrous man who can secure a spotty interior in the Seahawks D-Line. With the O-Line outperforming all expectations which is currently #1 in pass blocking efficiency since Week 3 and they are making huge holes for Carson, Davis, etc. to run through, the Seahawks need to beef up the front of their defense. With a Frank Clark extension hopefully coming soon, and Naz Jones coming into his own, the addition of Wilkins could be a fruitful one for years to come.

Round 3: Damon Arnette, CB, Ohio State

This guy fits the bill for what Carroll and Schneider love in their CBs. He's 6'0, 195, and runs a 4.40. Another thing this team looks for is the tackling ability at the CB position. Typically playing a Cover-3 zone, tackling on the outside is key. Arnette is what I like to call a "find-the-ball" kind of player. Wherever he may be on the field, he'll always make his way towards the ball either in coverage or assisting in the tackle. Seems like a good pick for a secondary trying to remake a name for themselves. 

Round 4: Shaquille Quarterman, LB, Miami-FL

Another Shaq from Florida to the roster. First Shaquill, then Shaquem, and now back to Shaquille, except this time it's not a Griffin. However, Quarterman is a solid run defending LB. He is a good tackler and could join in well with Wagner and Wright, especially with how injury-prone they've been the past few seasons. One thing that Quarterman could improve on is pass coverage, but sitting behind two of the best in the game at that at the LB position could be a good start. Raw prospect with loads of potential.

Round 5: Tommy Sweeney, TE, Boston College

TE is a lackluster position for the Seahawks, and some depth might help out. Vannett isn't a pro-bowler, Dickson is older, and Dissly will be coming off a brutal injury. Sweeney is a good receiver with the ability to block pretty well, which is uncommon nowadays in college TEs. He puts up about 30 catches for 400 years and 3-4 TDs a season for BC, and could contribute a bit for the Seahawks. 

Overall, the Seahawks aren't ready to make another Super Bowl push quite yet, but adding some young talent and depth could be the start of the "reset" needed by this team.
