Can someone do a quick study on success results on top 10 QB's compares to 2nd rounders, 3rd rounders etc. success rate. It seems like most of the early picks end up being busts because they have nbo o-line and end up losing confidence.

I may need to do that at some point.

I think QB play is clearly more than the QB.  That certain franchises have a better support system in place.  That some coordinators perhaps have a better on boarding process for a rookie QB, or some plays they can fall back on when they know there guy needs to get some gimmes to get his rhythm back.  If the team is drafting high odds are there is some dysfunction going on.

@petermwb Also I wouldnt call Fields a miss. Chicago was a mess lets see how it goes for him in Pittsburgh. He played good against the Falcons and has Russ coaching him up.
