Miami won't take Herbert over Tua. They don't need a day 1 starter. They'll be perfectly content to sit Tua next year and they're taking the patient approach to this rebuild.

Hey Walt -- Josh Allen is currently the only QB drafted in the top 10 that's on pace to make it to the playoffs at the moment. Maybe its not that essential for Miami to land the #1 pick to rebuild.
