Bills last 3 games decided by 5 or less with Pats and NYG being the last two. Tampa the healthier team and held 5 of their 6 opponents under 21. 
Tampa should generate some offense vs the banged up Bills defense. Tampa started out 3-1 before Lions and Atl loss. I thought this line maybe in the 5-7 range. Bills are one play away of being on a 3 game losing streak.
