It was a helluva year Bears nation. 12 wins but it ended in heartbreak. Now lemme see how we can do this offseason.

COACHING STAFF:

Keep everyone and try to retain Fangio, using the reasons of "We're Hungry" If he walks, promote DB's coach Ed Donatell to DC and also hire Todd Bowles. Or Chuck Pagano or even Rex Ryan

CUTS:

Parkey has got to go, as a post-June 1 cut to save cap

Dion Sims will likely be cut.

Chase Daniel to me should not remain the backup QB.

Sam Acho being in a crowded OLB room will likely be cut.

i think we’ll also restructure Long’s contract and Butons too to get sime more cap space

Resignings:

First, Extend Danny Trevathan

We start with about $38.5 million in cap space after those cuts.

Aaron Lynch 2 years $7 million

Eric Kush

Bryan Witzmann

Josh Bellamy

Patrick O'Donnell 2 years $4 million

Patrick Scales

DeAndre Houston-Carson

Ben Braunecker

ERFA's:

Roy Robertson-Harris

Isaiah Irving

Rashaad Coward

Bryce Callahan about 3 years $20 million with a 6 mil cap hit this season)

Adrian Amos (3 yeats $20 million about $6 milion this season)

Let walk:

Bobbie Massie

Kevin White

Benny Cunningham

Daniel Brown Anthony Sherman

Marcus Williams

Nick Williams

Mike Burton

Free Agency:

After all that we have still approximately $24 million in cap space

Sign:

Backup QB: Josh Johnson, Ryan Fitzpatrick, RGIII, Sean Mannion

Another Wideout: JJ Nelson, Bruce Ellington, De'Anthony Thomas, Chris Conley, Justin Hunter, Jordan Matthews

OT to replace Massie: Trent Brown, Daryl Williams, Cameron Fleming, Austin Howard

DT: Sheldon Richardson, Muhammad Wilkerson, other lower-tier players like Shemar Stephen or Brent Urban

Safety: DeShawn Shead, Kemal Ishmael, Corey Graham, George Iloka, Curtis Riley

A versatile player I really feel we should go after: Deone Buccannon

Also SIGN A NEW KICKER: ROBBIE GOULD. if not, Jason Myers or worst case scenario maybe Phil Dawson

Draft:

We own our own 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 7th round picks. Also, I saw Deoindre Hall play a lot this season, so I'll assume we have another 7th round pick. (also hope that Sean Payton does get the league to increase rosters to 60 and active gameday rosters to 53)

3rd round: Want a DB here. Need all that depth on the back end. Montre Hartage, Trayvon Mullen, Iman Marshall, Nassir Adderly, David Dowell, Taylor Rapp, or OT like Mitch Hyatt

4th Round: A RB here. Devin Singletary, Myles Gaskin, Karan Higdon, Lamichael Perine, Dexter Williams, LJ Scott, Elija Holyfield, Jordan Scarlett

5th Round: A LB. Nate Hall, Porter Gustin, Christian Miller, Daelin Hayes, Jabari Zuniga

7th 1st pick: A center. Darryl Williams, Connor McGovern, Sam Mustipher

7th pick 2: Lowkey anything lol BPA I'll just say like a NT. Dontavious Russell, Daylon Mack, Raequan Williams

Could also pick up a bunch of other lower-tier players and UDFA's

Here's a way too early 60-man roster prediction:

Offense

QB: Mitchell Trubisky, Robert Griffin III, Chase Daniel/Tyler Bray

RB: Jordan Howard, Tarik Cohen, Devin Singletary/Dexter Williams, Taquan Mizell

FB/TE: Trey Burton, Adam Shaheen. Ben Braunecker, maybe Daniel Brwon or even Zach Miller

WR: Allen Robinson, Anthony Miller, Taylor Gabriel, JJ Nelson, Javon Wims, Joshua Bellamy

OT: Charles Leno Jr, Trent Brown/Cam Fleming, Bradley Sowell, another guy

OG: James Daniels, Kyle Long, Eric Kush, Bryan Witzmann

C: Cody Whitehair, Connor McGovern

Special Teams:

K: Robbie Gould/Jason Myers/other

P: Patrick O'Donnell

LS: Patrick Scales

Defense:

DL: Akiem Hicks, Eddie Goldman, Muhammad Wilkerson, Jonathan Bullard, Roy Robertson Harris. Bilal Nichols, Dontavious Russell

ILB: Danny Trevathan, Roquan Smith, Nick Kwiatkoski, Joel Iyiegbunniwe

OLB: Khalil Mack, Leonard Floyd, Aaron Lynch, Isaiah Irving, Kylie Fitts, Nate Hall

CB: Prince Amukamara, Kyle Fuller, Bryce Callahan, Trayvon Mullen, Sherrick McManis, Kevin Toliver

S: Eddie Jackson, Adrian Amos, Deon Bush, DeAndre Houston Carson, Deone Buccannon, Kemal Ishmael/S above

That would be my plan if I were Ryan Pace. This gives us mre flexibility and talent. What do you guys think?
