The best way to fix the Bears

As a Bears fan, the last 5 years have been absolutely brutal. If I were Ryan Pace, the GM, here's how I'd fix the team:

1. Head Coach:

FIRE: John Fox, Dowell Loggains, and Jeff Rodgers

HIRE: JIM HARBAUGH Psych he's staying at Michigan

In that case, Hire Matt Nagey or Pete Carmichael or Mike Shula as the HC

COnvince Vic Fangio to stay as the DC

Hire John Deflippo as the OC

Hire some great college guy as the ST Coordinator

Hire Devin Hester as the return game coordinator, because why the hell not?

Convince Stan Drayton and Clint Hurtt to return

Try to get another Mike Groh type of guy, Rams passing game coordinator

2. Cuts/Resignings:

CUT: Mike Glennon, Markus Wheaton, Michael Burton, Taquan Mizzell

Restructure: Pernell Mcphee, Dion Sims, Quintin Demps, Marcus Cooper

Other trade/cut candidates: The above, Kevin White, Willie Young

3. RESIGN:

First, at this point, after that, according to overthecap.com, we would have $68 million in cap space. We'd likely need 8 million for the draft, so we are down to $60 million.

Prince Amukamara: 3 years, $25 million deal

Kyle Fuller: 1 year, $6 million deal (similar to Morris Claiborne last year)

Zach Miller: 2 years, $7 million deal

Dontrelle Inman: 2 years, $8 million deal

Kendall Wright: 2 years, $10 million deal

Sherrick McManis: 3 years, $7.5 million deal

Christian Jones: 3 years, $10 million deal, team option after both years

Cameron Meredith: RFA 2nd round tender, 2.2 Million

Pat O'donell 2 years, $3 million deal
