This order is based on the official 7-Round 2010 NFL Draft Order and the NFL Strength of Schedule.

Washington Redskins: LeRoy Vann, KR/PR, Florida A&M
Rock Cartwright and Antwaan Randle El were the Redskins' return specialists last year. Both were dreadful and neither is with the team anymore.
Buffalo Bills: Jeremy Williams, WR, Tulane
Terrell Owens won't be back in Buffalo, which means the Bills don't have a sure thing at wideout aside from Lee Evans. Who knows if James Hardy or Steve Johnson will step up?

Pick change; previously Shay Hodge, WR
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Dennis Landolt, OT, Penn State
The Buccaneers have potential problems at both tackle positions; Donald Penn was overweight last year, while Jeremy Trueblood just isn't very good.
St. Louis Rams: Joique Bell, RB, Wayne State
It wouldn't hurt to have a talented back behind Steven Jackson just in case Jackson can't stay healthy in 2010.
Miami Dolphins: Andre Dixon, RB, Connecticut
Running back will be a huge need next year when Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams are free agents.
Detroit Lions: Andrew Tyshovnytsky, OT, Fordham
If the Lions don't select Russell Okung - and it's looking like they'll only do so if they can acquire Albert Haynesworth - then they'll need to find a potential franchise left tackle later on in the 2010 NFL Draft. The problem is that Detroit has so many needs and so few picks in the first six rounds.
Detroit Lions: Bryan McCann, CB/KR, SMU
The Lions need more depth at corner. The blazing-fast Bryan McCann (4.28 40) could also help an anemic return game.
Oakland Raiders: David Gettis, WR, Baylor
It's best 40 time available for the Raiders at this point (or any other point) of the draft.

Pick change; previously Crezdon Butler, CB
Buffalo Bills: Brandon James, KR/PR, Florida
Now at 28, Roscoe Parrish appears to have lost a lot of his explosion; he really struggled on punt returns last year.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Kevin Basped, DE, Nevada
When you're playing in the same division as Drew Brees and Matt Ryan, you need as many talented pass-rushers as possible.
Chicago Bears: Matt Dodge, P, East Carolina
Brad Maynard, 36, hasn't maintained a punting average of 42-plus in three years.
Miami Dolphins: Chris Scott, OT, Tennessee
I still remember that Thursday night game against the Panthers when the Dolphins were running out of bodies on the offensive line.
Detroit Lions: Cody Grimm, S, Virginia Tech
Louis Delmas had a great rookie campaign, but the Lions need to complement him with a talented strong safety.
New York Giants: John Estes, C/G, Hawaii
The Giants are rumored to be considering Mike Iupati at No. 15. If they don't get him, they may add an interior lineman later. John Estes is coming out as a center, but does have experience at guard.

Pick change; previously Simoni Lawrence, LB
Tennessee Titans: Simoni Lawrence, OLB, Minnesota
A late-round pick could be used for linebacker depth. Plus, Gerald McRath may not be the long-term solution at the position.

Pick change; previously John Estes, C
Carolina Panthers: Reggie Stephens, G, Iowa State
The Panthers have a very questionable situation at right guard. Neither Mackenzy Bernadeau nor Duke Robinson has shown much promise.
San Francisco 49ers: Arthur Moats, DE/OLB, James Madison
You can never have too many quality pass-rushers. Ahmad Brooks really came on at the end of the year, but what if that was just a flash in the pan?
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jeromy Miles, SS, Massachusettes
Just in case the newly signed Sean Jones can't rebound off a miserable 2009 campaign (though to be fair, he was playing out of position in Philadelphia).
St. Louis Rams: Syd'Quan Thompson, CB, California
The Rams have a solid cornerback duo in Ronald Bartell and Bradley Fletcher, but they need depth at the position.
Houston Texans: Sean Canfield, QB, Oregon State
The Texans are very fortunate that Matt Schaub played all but 18 snaps in 2009. In those 18 other snaps, however, Rex Grossman showed everyone just how dreadful he is. Grossman is gone, but a solid backup for Schaub is needed.
Cincinnati Bengals: LaMarcus Coker, RB, Hampton
The Bengals are wisely holding off on an extension for Cedric Benson. If they decide not to re-sign him, they'll need help at running back. LaMarcus Coker is a very talented running back, but has a long list of off-the-field issues. That won't stop the Bengals from drafting him, however.
New England Patriots: Manase Tonga, FB, BYU
This is the first of New England's FIVE seventh-round picks. They don't have a true fullback, and Manase Tonga caught 30 passes as a senior.
Green Bay Packers: Micah Johnson, ILB, Kentucky
A.J. Hawk has a salary of $10 million in 2011. There's a good chance this is his final year in Green Bay.
New England Patriots: Dane Fletcher, DE/OLB, Montana State
The Patriots may draft multiple pass-rushers if they intend on releasing Adalius Thomas in the next few months.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Kyle Jolly, OT, North Carolina
More offensive tackle help for the Buccaneers; Donald Penn and Jeremy Trueblood need to step up this season.
Arizona Cardinals: Ted Larsen, C, N.C. State
The Cardinals may bring in a player to challenge Lyle Sendlein for the starting center job.
Dallas Cowboys: Scott Long, WR, Louisville
Roy Williams needs to be pushed. I actually like Kevin Ogletree, and if he takes Williams' spot in the lineup eventually, Dallas will need depth at receiver.
San Diego Chargers: John Conner, FB, Kentucky
I'd like to see the Chargers find a better lead blocker for their running backs. Things haven't been the same since Lorenzo Neal left.
New York Jets: Max Hall, QB, BYU
Rex Ryan doesn't have a developmental quarterback of his choosing on his roster; both Kellen Clemens and Erik Ainge are from the old regime. Clemens humiliated himself when he played last year.
Minnesota Vikings: Shay Hodge, WR, Ole Miss
The Vikings don't have the greatest receiving depth in the league, and I don't expect Bernard Berrian to be around beyond the 2011 season given his salary.

Indianapolis Colts: Andre Anderson, RB, Tulane
The Colts are expected to obtain a running back late in the 2010 NFL Draft; Joseph Addai is entering his contract year.
New Orleans Saints: Chris Maragos, FS, Wisconsin
An insurance pick, just in case the Saints can't re-sign Darren Sharper.
Indianapolis Colts: Cord Howard, G, Georgia Tech
Don't be surprised if the Colts obtain three offensive linemen in the 2010 NFL Draft; the front line is the weakest unit on the roster.
Tennessee Titans: Nate Collins, DT, Virginia
Once again, you need a strong, deep defensive line and as many pass-rushers as possible to have a chance against the Colts.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Joe Webb, WR/QB, UAB
An interesting late-round prospect, Joe Webb could help the Steelers' receiving corps in terms of depth.
Philadelphia Eagles: Keith Toston, RB, Oklahoma State
Mike Bell and Eldra Buckley are the running backs the Eagles currently have behind LeSean McCoy. They may look into adding another player to the mix.
Philadelphia Eagles: Kevin Matthews, C, Texas A&M
There's a chance Jamaal Jackson might not be ready for the 2010 season opener. If the Eagles are pessimistic, they may look for a center in the 2010 NFL Draft. Kevin Matthews is the son of Hall of Fame center Bruce Matthews.
Seattle Seahawks: Shelley Smith, G, Colorado State
The Seahawks signed zone-blocking veteran Ben Hamilton, but they'll need a more long-term solution.
Indianapolis Colts: Chris McGaha, WR, Arizona State
The Colts have four outstanding receivers, but nothing really behind them.
New England Patriots: Kion Wilson, ILB, South Florida
The Patriots can't keep going back to Junior Seau. They need depth behind Jerod Mayo and Gary Guyton.
New England Patriots: Trevard Lindley, CB, Kentucky
Having great corner depth is a must when you're trying to beat the Colts.
Carolina Panthers: Seyi Ajirotutu, WR, Fresno State
The receiver situation in Carolina is so dire that the team may double dip at the position this weekend.
New England Patriots: Garrett Graham, TE, Wisconsin
New England really has nothing at tight end, and Garrett Graham is just too good to pass up at this juncture.
Oakland Raiders: Keenan Clayton, LB, Oklahoma
Raider fans want Rolando McClain. Al Davis wants an even greater linebacker. Keenan Clayton ran a 4.57 at his Pro Day, but that's not all. He also posted a vertical of 41.5 inches and a 10-7 broad jump!

Miami Dolphins: Levi Brown, QB, Troy
Pat White doesn't look like he's going to be a legitimate quarterback in this league, so Bill Parcells may want to bring in a developmental guy to take over as Chad Henne's backup in a year or two.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Joe Pawelek, ILB, Baylor
With their fifth pick of the seventh round, the Buccaneers could consider adding a quality backup behind Barrett Ruud.
St. Louis Rams: Dominique Harris, S, Temple
James Butler isn't a very good strong safety. Some competition could be added.
Detroit Lions: Rahim Alem, DE, LSU
And Mr. Irrelevant is a defensive end! With Brett Favre, Aaron Rodgers and Jay Cutler in the division, the Lions need a strong pass rush to contend.
