This order is based on the official 7-Round 2010 NFL Draft Order and the NFL Strength of Schedule.

St. Louis Rams: Austen Lane, DE, Murray State
The Rams don't have anything across from Chris Long. As general manager Billy Devaney said, this team needs to acquire players who can score touchdowns and accumulate sacks.
Detroit Lions: Jonathan Dwyer, RB, Georgia Tech
Detroit will have to address the running back position in Rounds 2-4. Kevin Smith had a nasty ACL tear and there's some speculation that he might not be ready for the 2010 NFL season.

Some will be surprised to see Jonathan Dwyer this low, but he disappointed at the Combine and was already a shaky prospect coming out of a very goofy offense like Georgia Tech's.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jordan Shipley, WR/KR, Texas
The Buccaneers need multiple upgrades at receiver, and Jordan Shipley is a great fit for their offense.
Kansas City Chiefs: Robert Johnson, FS, Utah
I doubt the Chiefs really want to go with the tandem of Jon McGraw, Jarrad Page and DaJuan Morgan at free safety again in 2010.
Washington Redskins: Montario Hardesty, RB, Tennessee
You know Mike Shanahan is going to spend a mid- or late-round pick on a running back who will eventually rush for 1,000 yards. Montario Hardesty seems like he would be a really good fit for Shanahan's offense.
Seattle Seahawks: Ricky Sapp, DE, Clemson
Seattle had only 28 sacks in 2009. The team really needs to bolster its pass rush, especially in the wake of Patrick Kerney's retirement. Ricky Sapp is best in the 3-4, but can play in the 4-3. His knee issues drop him to Round 4.
Philadelphia Eagles: Jerome Murphy, CB, South Florida
I thought the Eagles were in need of corner depth even before they traded away Sheldon Brown. They'll probably double dip at the position, just as they did in the 2002 NFL Draft with Lito Sheppard and Sheldon Brown.
Oakland Raiders: Marshall Newhouse, G, TCU
Last year, Al Davis gave us Michael Mitchell. This year, Marshall Newhouse! Newhouse is a monstrous guard (6-4, 319) and ran a relatively fast 40 at the Combine (5.00). He's obviously a great player.
Buffalo Bills: Thaddeus Gibson, DE/OLB, Ohio State
If the Bills move to a 3-4, they'll need a long-term pass-rusher across from Aaron Maybin. Aaron Schobel is currently thinking about whether he wants to come back for another year or not.
Jacksonville Jaguars: Matt Tennant, C, Boston College
Brad Meester had a horrific 2009 campaign and could be released depending on what happens in the 2010 NFL Draft.
Chicago Bears: Zane Beadles, G/OT, Utah
Matt Forte fantasy owners, direct your hate mail toward left guard Frank Omiyale, who couldn't open up any running lanes for his star back when he was in the lineup. A major overhaul is needed for Chicago's offensive line.
Miami Dolphins: Aaron Hernandez, TE, Florida
Anthony Fasano is a tremendous blocker, but he's a liability as a downfield passing option. Chad Henne would really benefit from a dynamic tight end going over the middle of the field.
Tennessee Titans: Jarrett Brown, QB, West Virginia
The Titans should look into finding a young quarterback in the middle rounds of the 2010 NFL Draft. If Vince Young takes a step backward, they'll need an alternative plan.
Carolina Panthers: Ed Wang, OT, Virginia Tech
Offensive line depth was a huge issue for the Panthers this past season. If they have another injury, they need to make sure they have someone to keep Travelle Wharton from moving over to left tackle.
San Francisco 49ers: Myron Rolle, SS, Florida State
Michael Lewis struggles in coverage and suffered three concussions last season. Mike Singletary said he wants winners, and Myron Rolle definitely fits that description.
Denver Broncos: Toby Gerhart, RB, Stanford
No surprise that Correll Buckhalter missed some time last year. Throughout his career, Buckhalter has never been able to stay healthy. The Broncos need a reliable backup behind Knowshon Moreno, and Josh McDaniels has to like getting Toby Gerhart in the middle of Round 4.
New York Giants: Greg Hardy, DE, Ole Miss
One of the better players available, Greg Hardy would fill a need for the Giants if they decide to part ways with the whining Osi Umenyiora. If Hardy can get over his injuries, he'll be a force for New York as a pass-rusher. He's worth a shot in the middle of Round 4.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Brandon Spikes, ILB, Florida
If the Steelers can't get Rolando McClain in the first round, Brandon Spikes would be an option here. They need a thumper at inside linebacker next to Lawrence Timmons because James Farrior won't be around much longer.
Atlanta Falcons: Andre Roberts, WR, The Citadel
Wide receiver is not a huge need, but there's no denying that Matt Ryan could benefit from a solid No. 2 wideout across from Roddy White. Andre Roberts is a very underrated wideout who dropped only six passes during his collegiate career.
Houston Texans: Corey Peters, DT, Kentucky
The Texans are really hurting in the interior of their defensive line.

Pick change; previously Mike Neal, DT
New England Patriots: Anthony Dixon, RB, Mississippi State
Laurence Maroney was benched and never heard from again after a fumble at the 1-yard line against the Jaguars. It looks like New England will be searching for a new running back in the 2010 NFL Draft.
Cincinnati Bengals: Javier Arenas, CB/KR, Alabama
This cures two needs for the Bengals. They must find a nickel corner to upgrade Morgan Trent, and they also have to get a major boost in the return game.
Philadelphia Eagles: John Skelton, QB, Fordham
With Donovan McNabb gone, Andy Reid will be looking for a mid-round developmental quarterback to have behind Kevin Kolb. John Skelton has a nice arm and tremendous upside.
Green Bay Packers: Darrell Stuckey, SS, Kansas
Another upgrade for a secondary that was torched by Kurt Warner. Atari Bigby always seems to be hurt. Darrell Stuckey is a great value pick here; he's easily a third-round prospect.
Arizona Cardinals: Jevan Snead, QB, Ole Miss
Even in the wake of signing Derek Anderson, I'll be mildly surprised if the Cardinals don't take a flier on one of these quarterbacks in the middle of the 2010 NFL Draft.

Jevan Snead is coming off a horrific junior season mired by terrible accuracy and decision-making, but to be fair, he lost his left tackle (Michael Oher) and top receiver (Mike Wallace) to the pros. Snead has some glaring flaws, but he has tons of upside.
New York Jets: Arthur Jones, DE/DT, Syracuse
Shaun Ellis is a 33-year-old player coming off a knee injury and entering his contract year. Marques Douglas is a 33-year-old free agent. An injection of youth and talent is needed up front.
Dallas Cowboys: Phillip Dillard, ILB, Nebraska
Keith Brooking was amazing for the Cowboys this year, and in my opinion, he's the reason they got over their annual December swoon. He's the leader they've needed in that locker room for years. Unfortunately, Brooking will be 35 in the middle of the 2010 season. Dallas will need a successor in the middle of its defense.
San Diego Chargers: Walter Thurmond, CB, Oregon
The Chargers apparently didn't like Antoine Cason's attitude when he was replaced by Steve Greogry as the nickel corner during his second season. Cason now has to start, so San Diego will probably bring in a young corner to compete.
Seattle Seahawks: Joshua Moore, CB, Kansas State
Let's blame Marcus Trufant's poor season on a non-existent pass rush. And Ken Lucas? Well, he's just not that good. Help at corner will be addressed in the middle rounds of the 2010 NFL Draft.

Minnesota Vikings: James Starks, RB, Buffalo
The running back position has become a big need for the Vikings. Chester Taylor left for Chicago and LaDainian Tomlinson signed with the Jets, so Minnesota must find someone to spell Adrian Peterson so he can keep his legs fresh for another deep playoff run.
Indianapolis Colts: Donovan Warren, CB, Michigan
Donovan Warren is a phenomenal corner who will likely fall because of his hideous 40 (4.59) at the Combine. However, he happens to be a good fit for Indianapolis' defense. Bill Polian has an eye for talent, so maybe he'll overlook Warren's horrific 40 time. The Colts need depth at corner.

New Orleans Saints: D'Anthony Smith, DT, Louisiana Tech
Sedrick Ellis is a stud, but the Saints need someone else next to him to help stop the run.
Cincinnati Bengals: Jonathan Crompton, QB, Tennessee
The Bengals have some extra picks, so why not take a gamble on one of these quarterbacks? Carson Palmer has never really been fully healthy since getting hurt in that 2005 playoff loss against the Steelers. Cincinnati should start thinking about grooming a young signal-caller.
