  1. St. Louis Rams: Chris Cook, CB, Virginia
The Rams add a very good corner at the top of the third to solidify their defensive backfield.

  2. Detroit Lions: Ben Tate, RB, Auburn
Tate gives this team another option in case Kevin Smith isn't ready. He provides good depth as well.

  3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Eric Decker, WR, Minnesota
Tampa gets two starting quality receivers in this draft. Problem is neither Decker or Damian Williams are deep threats, but you just can't find Andre Johnson in Rounds 2 or 3.

  4. Kansas City Chiefs: Dexter McCluster, ATH, Ole Miss
McCluster gives this team a much-needed weapon offensively.

  5. Oakland Raiders: Akwasi Owusu-Ansah, CB/KR, IUP
"AOA" fits the mold as a height-weight-speed specimen for Al Davis.

  6. Philadelphia Eagles: Kevin Thomas, CB, USC
Kevin Thomas isn't much of a playmaker, but his triangle numbers could intrigue some team in Round 3.

  7. Cleveland Browns: Jarrett Brown, QB, West Virginia
The Browns haven't added a quarterback yet in the 2010 NFL Draft and opt for the highly talented Brown.

  8. Dallas Cowboys: Vladimir Ducasse, OL, UMass
The Cowboys draft for talent at this point and the top-rated player might be Ducasse, who can play right tackle and guard for them. This pick was acquired in the Tim Tebow trade in Round 1.

  9. Miami Dolphins: Cam Thomas, NT, North Carolina
Miami fills a huge need at nose tackle. Thomas has enjoyed a very good offseason at the Senior Bowl and Combine.

  10. Jacksonville Jaguars: Matt Tennant, G/C, Boston College
Tennant gives Jacksonville another quality player on the offensive line. He can play both center and guard.

  11. Chicago Bears: John Jerry, OL, Ole Miss
The Bears really need some help up front to get a running game going.

  12. New York Giants: Riley Cooper, WR, Florida
This is a value pick for the Giants. I know they have Ramses Barden, but Cooper is a solid pick here.

  13. Tennessee Titans: A.J. Jefferson, CB, Fresno State
I think Jefferson is a third-round pick and I know the Titans are desperate for corner help.

  14. Carolina Panthers: Jon Asamoah, G, Illinois
The Panthers get a very good value here in Asamoah and he would punish opposing defensive tackles on this talented offensive line.

  15. San Francisco 49ers: Jordan Shipley, WR, Texas
Shipley fills a big need as a slot receiver and he would benefit from Michael Crabtree's double teams coming his way.

  16. Denver Broncos: Brandon LaFell, WR, LSU
With the move of Brandon Marshall, the Broncos add a big weapon in the passing game.

  17. Houston Texans: Corey Peters, DT, Kentucky
The Texans add a nice prospect on the defensive line. Peters is a penetrating three-technique with nice athleticism.

  18. Pittsburgh Steelers: Thaddeus Gibson, OLB, Ohio State
Gibson is a nice piece to add on this defense. Steelers fans: This is a value pick. He's a very good pass rusher and would fit in well in this scheme.

  19. Atlanta Falcons: J.D Walton, C, Baylor
Atlanta would be smart to upgrade the center position in the third round, where it is difficult to find starters.

  20. Cincinnati Bengals: LeGarrette Blount, RB, Oregon
Fits the mold of serious character concerns taken by the Bengals and fills a need as a No. 2 back.

  21. Cleveland Browns: Ed Dickson, TE, Oregon
The Browns really don't have many good playmaking tight ends.

  22. Green Bay Packers: Toby Gerhart, RB, Stanford
Gerhart really complements the Packer tradition. He's a blue-collar player the fans will love immediately.

  23. Philadelphia Eagles: Jonathan Dwyer, RB, Georgia Tech
Dwyer has a freefall because of weight concerns and the fact that I have been saying he is ridiculously overrated for six months.

  24. Arizona Cardinals: Jermaine Cunningham, DE, Florida
Cunningham is a highly underrated prospect, and Arizona gets a steal in the late third.

  25. Arizona Cardinals: Javier Arenas, CB, Alabama
Arenas will be a very good nickel on this defense who can also return punts.

  26. Dallas Cowboys: Brandon Spikes, ILB, Florida
Spikes would be a good fit on this defense where he wouldn't be forced to make a lot of plays in coverage or pursuit.

  27. San Diego Chargers: Mike Neal, DT, Purdue
The Chargers could really use another big body at defensive end, or 5-technique in the 3-4.

  28. Cleveland Browns: Amari Spievey, CB, Iowa
Spievey is a good value here for a team that needs another corner.

  29. Minnesota Vikings: Jimmy Graham, TE, Miami
Graham is a value pick. Minnesota doesn't have many needs and they would love to see Graham pan out.

  30. Indianapolis Colts: Mike Johnson, G, Alabama
The Colts need more toughness and run blocking up front.

  31. New Orleans Saints: Darrell Stuckey, SS, Kansas
I don't think the Saints can spend enough picks on the defensive side of the football. Stuckey is an underrated player who had a great East-West Shrine Bowl performance. He can contribute on special teams as well.

  32. Cincinnati Bengals: Mike Williams, WR, Syracuse
The Bengals are in desperate need for a playmaking wide receiver even with the addition of Antonio Bryant. Chad Ochocinco isn't getting any younger and doesn't seem very focused on football with his television career.

  33. Tennessee Titans: Larry Asante, SS, Nebraska
It is really hard to get starters at this point in the 2010 NFL Draft, so the Titans make a classic value pick emphasizing talent over need.

  34. Atlanta Falcons: D'Anthony Smith, DT, Louisiana Tech
The Falcons add a nice prospect to their defensive line rotation.
