33. Saint Louis Rams: Golden Tate, WR, Notre Dame
    In this scenario, the Rams will acquire a veteran quarterback this offseason, and they will need to supply him with weapons. Brandon Gibson and Donnie Avery are nice players, but Tate is a very good value here to give this team even more playmaking capabilities.
    
    
34. Detroit Lions: Patrick Robinson, CB, Florida St.
    The Lions are desperate to get younger and more talented at corner.
    
    
35. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Arrelious Benn, WR, Illinois
    Benn is a complete steal here for Tampa as they surround Josh Freeman with a potential No. 1 target.
    
    
36. Kansas City Chiefs: Jermaine Gresham, TE, Oklahoma
    Kansas City could really use a big play threat at the tight end position for Matt Cassel and Gresham is an outstanding value at this point in the second round.
    
    
37. Philadelphia Eagles: Carlos Dunlap, DE, Florida
    Dunlap has an extremely high upside, but his horrendous consistency could get him drafted in the second round. Saying he takes plays off is an understatement; he didn't make more than three impressive plays in the games I watched in the month of September. He doesn't love the game and I doubt he'll be much of a player at the next level. With this said, if he gets motivated he could be a real steal in the second round.
    
    
38. Cleveland Browns: Kareem Jackson, CB, Alabama
    The Browns go for value and make another massive upgrade to their defensive backfield.

39. Oakland Raiders: Geno Atkins, DT, Georgia
    Geno Atkins' 4.75 40 time pretty much ensures he is in the Rayduh's draft range in the second round.
    
    
    
    
    
40. San Diego Chargers: Terrence Cody, NT, Alabama
    Passing up on Cody would be a huge mistake for the defensive line-needy Chargers.

41. Dallas Cowboys: Corey Wootton, DE, Northwestern
    With the pick from Buffalo in the Tim Tebow trade, the Cowboys upgrade their defensive line at the 5-technique position, one where Wootton presents signifcant upside.
    
    
42. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Devin McCourty, CB, Rutgers
    The Buccaneers really need a cornerback across from Aqib Talib, and Devin McCourty is in this draft range.
    
    
43. Denver Broncos: Linval Joseph, DL, East Carolina
    Joseph has impressive triangle numbers and seems to be garnering some hype near the 2010 NFL Draft. The Broncos signed Jamal Williams, but he's not the long-term answer at nose tackle.
    
    
44. New Orleans Saints: Ricky Sapp, DE/OLB, Clemson
    The Saints add a pass rusher to their defense in the trade they made with the Patriots.
    
    
    
    
    
45. Denver Broncos: Colt McCoy, QB, Texas
    Josh McDaniels loves quarterbacks that never have to throw the ball further than five yards past the line of scrimmage with very weak arm strength.
    
    
46. New York Giants: Rodger Saffold, OL, Indiana
    The Giants re-tool on the offensive line and get a player who is highly versatile and talented.
    
    
47. New England Patriots: Jahvid Best, RB, California
    The Patriots could really use a game-breaking back and get one here with the speedy Jahvid Best.
    
    
48. Carolina Panthers: Brian Price, DT, UCLA
    The Panthers' No. 1 need is probably defensive tackle and they are lucky to get Brian Price at No. 48.
    
    
49. San Francisco 49ers: Koa Misi, OLB, Utah
    Someone is going to feel like they can coach up Misi and it ultimately woudn't shock me if the 49ers targeted him with a need at outside linebacker.
    
    
50. Kansas City Chiefs: Nate Allen, FS, South Florida
    The Chiefs need to shore up the safety position, but releasing Bernard Pollard didn't help anybody. My thought is maybe he was a bad locker room guy or something because he went to Houston and produced off the charts.
    
    
51. Houston Texans: Perrish Cox, CB, Oklahoma State
    Corner is one of the top needs as Dunta Robinson left in free agency. Cox is very raw, but he's also highly talented with potential.
    
    
52. Pittsburgh Steelers: Damian Williams, WR, USC
    The Steelers trade away Santonio Holmes, and by drafting Damian Williams here, they can kick him into the slot, or leave Mike Wallace in the slot and split Williams out wide.
    
    
53. New England Patriots: Aaron Hernandez, TE, Florida
    The Pats get an extremely impressive receiving tight end at this pick. Hernandez can catch and run, but not much else, and that's why he will fall out of the first round.
    
    
54. Cincinnati Bengals: Rob Gronkowski, TE, Arizona
    The Bengals don't usually invest much in this position, but it caught up with them when Reggie Kelly was placed on IR. Rob Gronkowski has serious back issues, but he's the best blocking tight end in the 2010 NFL Draft, which is what Cincinnati looks for.
    
    
    
55. Philadelphia Eagles: Sean Lee, LB, Penn State
    Stewart Bradley suffered a tremendous injury last year, and the Eagles could be looking to add another backer who can play both outside and inside in the Eagles defense.
    
    Pick Change; previously Daryl Washington, OLB
    
    
56. Green Bay Packers: Chad Jones, S, Louisiana State
    Chad Jones has a significant upside, and the Packers are in need for a safety at this point in the 2010 NFL Draft.
    
    
57. Baltimore Ravens: Tyson Alualu, DT, California
    Alualu is a solid fit on this defense, but I'm concerned about his lack of height (6-2).
    
    
58. Arizona Cardinals: Dominique Franks, CB, Oklahoma
    The Cards should really look to upgrade the corner spot opposite Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie.
    
    
59. Dallas Cowboys: Morgan Burnett, S, Georgia Tech
    Safety is obviously a big need in Dallas, and Morgan Burnett is an athletic ballhawk in the secondary.
    
    
60. Seattle Seahawks: Andre Roberts, WR, The Citadel
    Seattle needs to get younger at receiver and I think someone will think highly of Andre Roberts. If nobody does, then he'll be a steal.
    
    
    
    
61. New York Jets: Brandon Ghee, CB, Wake Forest
    This is the Jets dream draft as they really up the ante with athleticism on their defense with Ghee and Jerry Hughes to really give the AFC East a run for its money.
    
    
62. Minnesota Vikings: Arthur Jones, DT, Syracuse
    Arthur Jones has good size and triangle numbers, but his play is highly suspect on tape. He's a developmental prospect on the line, but can also be worked into the rotation especially on third down.
    
    
63. Indianapolis Colts: Jerome Murphy, CB, South Florida
    Jerome Murphy is a big, physical player who can match up in ways some corners in the Colts roster can't.
    
    
64. New Orleans Saints: Daryl Washington, OLB, TCU
    Washington is an absolute steal here and a playmaker for the Saints defense.
