This is a 2013 NFL Mock Re-Draft of Rounds 4 and 5 for Saturday's NFL Draft coverage. With all of the trades that will go down, I don't expect to get many of these right, but it's still fun to speculate where the top prospects will go on Day 3 of the 2013 NFL Draft.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
OK, let's try this again... The Jaguars can't go into the 2013 season with Chad Henne and Blaine Gabbert as their quarterbacks. They just can't. No one would go to the games - flashy uniforms or not.
Kansas City Chiefs: Ryan Swope, WR, Texas A&M
The Chiefs re-signed Dwayne Bowe and added Donnie Avery, but they still need one more receiver for their new quarterback.
Oakland Raiders: Ryan Otten, TE, San Jose State
The Raiders pretty much need everything, including an intermediate target for their new quarterback. Brandon Myers signed with the Giants, so there's a hole at tight end.
Philadelphia Eagles: Matt Scott, QB, Arizona
The Eagles passed on Geno Smith, so they'll have to take a quarterback at some point in the third day.
New England Patriots: Chris Faulk, OT/G, LSU
The Patriots are looking for an offensive lineman for depth who could eventually start. Chris Faulk will be considered because he's versatile, which is something Bill Belichick loves out of blockers.
Arizona Cardinals: Alex Okafor, DE/OLB, Texas
Not sure why Alex Okafor isn't off the board yet, but he can help with Arizona's lacking pass rush.
Miami Dolphins: Reid Fragel, OT, Ohio State
Miami has inexplicably not drafted a potential left tackle yet. That'll need to change.
Buffalo Bills: Tharold Simon, CB, LSU
The Bills needed a cornerback going into this weekend but haven't found one yet.
Miami Dolphins: Jesse Williams, NT, Alabama
The Dolphins franchised Randy Starks, but Paul Soliai is entering his walk year. That means both defensive tackles will be free agents next March. Miami has shown interest in plenty of defensive tackles this offseason
Tennessee Titans: Johnathan Franklin, RB, UCLA Did teams forget about Johnathan Franklin? It would appear so. The Titans could use some competition behind Chris Johnson and perhaps an eventual replacement if Johnson never retains CJ2K form.
Carolina Panthers: Sanders Commings, CB/S, Georgia
The Panthers have fortified their defensive tackle corps, but they have yet to touch their anemic secondary.
Green Bay Packers: David Quessenberry, G/C/OT, San Jose State
Can anyone explain why Jeff Saturday was voted to the Pro Bowl? He didn't even start at the end of the season. The Packers had major problems at center after letting Scott Wells walk away, so they'll have to address that area in April. Ted Thompson would love to have someone like David Quessenberry, who can play pretty much any position.
Arizona Cardinals: Alvin Bailey, G/OT, Arkansas
The Cardinals may not be done upgrading their offensive line. They need another guard.
Cleveland Browns: Ryan Nassib, QB, Syracuse
Michael Lombardi will want to bring in his own young quarterback at some point.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: William Gholston, DE/DT, Michigan State
The Buccaneers let Michael Bennett walk, so now they need some help at the defensive end position.
St. Louis Rams: Shamarko Thomas, S, Syracuse
The Rams have absolutely nothing at safety, so they may have to double dip. Both Craig Dahl and Quintin Mikell are gone, leaving just Rodney McLeon and Darian Stewart at the position. Neither played very much in 2012.
Dallas Cowboys: Stepfan Taylor, RB, Stanford
The Cowboys are expected to use a mid-round pick on a running back. Jerry Jones recently said that none of DeMarco Murray's current backups are considered No. 2 runners.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Phillip Thomas, S, Fresno State
Troy Polamalu can't seem to get healthy, while Ryan Clark, who just turned 33, will be entering his contract year. The Steelers need to get younger at safety.
New York Giants: Khaseem Greene, LB, Rutgers
Keith Rivers just signed a 1-year deal, but he's not the long-term solution because he can never stay healthy. General manager Jerry Reese said that there needs to be better linebacker play next year.
Chicago Bears: B.W. Webb, CB, William & Mary
All five of Chicago's top cornerbacks will be hitting free agency next spring. That's going to be a tough situation if the Bears don't draft anyone at the position.
Cincinnati Bengals: Da'Rick Rogers, WR, Tennessee Tech
The Bengals drafted two receivers last year, but they still might be searching for another wideout. Da'Rick Rogers makes a ton of sense for Cincinnati as a wideout with tons of upside but off-the-field issues.
Washington Redskins: Duke Williams, S, Nevada
The Redskins could definitely draft two safeties. Brandon Meriweather is coming off a torn ACL and may not be ready for Week 1.
Minnesota Vikings: A.J. Klein, ILB, Iowa State
The Vikings were rumored to be interested in Manti Te'o. They didn't take him, so here's another inside linebacker.
Indianapolis Colts: Aaron Mellette, WR, Elon
The Colts signed Darrius Heyward-Bey, but he can't be considered a safe option to start across from Reggie Wayne. The Colts need to bring in someone to challenge for that spot.
Green Bay Packers: Earl Wolff, S, N.C. State
Green Bay is expected to address the safety position on Saturday.
Seattle Seahawks: Quinton Patton, WR, Louisiana Tech
The Seahawks traded for Percy Harvin, but they could be in the market for another wideout because Sidney Rice is so unreliable.
Houston Texans: Vince Williams, ILB, Florida State
The Texans will be looking for multiple inside linebackers in the draft because they have no depth there.
Denver Broncos: Tony Jefferson, S, Oklahoma
Rahim Moore had that dumb play at the end of the Baltimore game, but safety help is really needed because Michael Adams isn't very good. He's going to be a 32-year-old entering his contract season anyway.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Vinston Painter, OT, Virginia Tech
Donald Penn struggled to close out the year, while Demar Dotson isn't very good. The Buccaneers will be looking to bring in another tackle.
Atlanta Falcons: Cornelius Washington, DE/OLB, Georgia
The overpaid Ray Edwards was cut during the season. John Abraham was also released recently.
San Francisco 49ers: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
There was some talk at the Combine about how the 49ers might spend a mid-round selection on Marcus Lattimore because they have so many draft choices. In the wake of the Alex Smith trade, that's an even greater possibility, as San Francisco can afford to take this sort of gamble. Lattimore may not be able to play in 2013, but the 49ers could have a stud back in 2014 and beyond.
Baltimore Ravens: Barrett Jones, G/C/OT, Alabama
Ozzie Newsome lands another steal with Barrett Jones, who can play four positions up front.
Baltimore Ravens: Chris Harper, WR, Kansas State
The Ravens need some receiving help, given that there's not much on the roster behind Torrey Smith and Jacoby Jones.
San Francisco 49ers: Josh Evans, S, Florida
The 49ers could draft two safeties. One has to replace Dashon Goldson, while the other could take over for Donte Whitner in the near future. Whitner will be a free agent next spring.
Detroit Lions: David Bakhtiari, OT/G, Colorado
Detroit somehow still doesn't have a left tackle. Maybe the front office will draft one eventually.
Atlanta Falcons: Sean Porter, OLB, Texas A&M
As noted in my Atlanta Falcons Offseason Needs page, the Falcons' play at linebacker must improve. Stephen Nicholas can't be on the field on all three downs, while Akeem Dent was a disappointment in his first season as a starter. The team needs to find a linebacker capable of playing all three downs with Sean Weatherspoon.
