  1. Cleveland Browns: Jamaal Williams, RB, BYU
The Browns could spend one of their billion picks in the 2017 NFL Draft on a running back. They happened to coach Jamaal Williams at the Senior Bowl, so he makes sense for them atop Round 5.

  2. San Francisco 49ers: Leon McQuay, S, USC
The 49ers cut Antoine Bethea, so they could be in the market for another safety in the middle of the draft.

Pick change; previously Fish Smithson, S

  3. Chicago Bears: C.J. Beathard, QB, Iowa
The Bears signed Mike Glennon, but that will be for the short term if he struggles. Acquiring a developmental quarterback makes sense, and C.J. Beathard is someone John Fox coached at the Senior Bowl.

  4. Jacksonville Jaguars: Vince Biegel, DE/OLB, Wisconsin
The Jaguars haven't touched their defense yet, though that's because they put a lot of work into that during free agency. However, more pass-rushing depth is something all teams look for.

Pick change; previously Rasul Douglas, CB

  5. Los Angeles Rams: Pat Elflein, C/G, Ohio State
Another offensive line upgrade is hardly a surprise, as the Rams' blocking has been terrible in recent years. They've made it known that they've been looking for a new center.

  6. New York Jets: Conor McDermott, OT, UCLA
The Jets signed Kelvin Beachum this offseason, but he hasn't been able to stay healthy. They'll need to add some insurance.

Pick change; previously Steven Taylor, LB

  7. Los Angeles Chargers: Devonte Fields, DE/OLB, Louisville
With Melvin Ingram and Jerry Attaochu set to hit free agency after this season, the Chargers could look into adding an edge rusher in the middle rounds.

  8. Carolina Panthers: Chad Williams, WR, Grambling
Devin Funchess has been a big disappointment thus far, so the Panthers could select someone on Day 2 to push him.

  9. Cincinnati Bengals: Danny Isidora, G, Miami
The Bengals inexplicably allowed two of their best offensive linemen to leave via free agency despite having plenty of cap space. They'll have to find replacements for these blockers early in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Leon McQuay, S

  10. Washington Redskins: Josh Tupou, NT, Colorado
The Redskins have shown interest in Josh Tupou, which makes sense because they could stand to add a massive nose tackle.

  11. Philadelphia Eagles: Amba Etta-Tawo, WR, Syracuse
Despite signing both Alshon Jeffery and Torrey Smith, the Eagles seem focused on adding another receiver, which I'm sure they'll do at some point during the 2017 NFL Draft.

  12. Buffalo Bills: Lorenzo Jerome, S, St. Francis
The Bills signed Micah Hyde, but they could still stand to add another safety into the mix.

  13. Arizona Cardinals: Jalen Robinette, WR, Air Force
Larry Fitzgerald is returning for 2017, but there's no telling how much longer he'll play. Arizona needs to add some young receivers.

  14. Indianapolis Colts: Jessamen Dunker, G, Tennessee State
Unless new general manager Chris Ballard wants to suffer the same fate as his predecessor, he'll find a way to improve Andrew Luck's offensive line.

Pick change; previously Leon McQuay, S

  15. Baltimore Ravens: Brian Allen, CB, Utah
The Ravens have made some upgrades to their defense in this 2017 NFL Mock Draft, but they still haven't addressed the secondary.

  16. Minnesota Vikings: Elijah Lee, LB, Kansas State
The Vikings have shown a lot of interest in Elijah Lee, as he's someone who could fill the void that Chad Greenway's retirement has created.

  17. San Francisco 49ers: Damontae Kazee, CB, San Diego State
Jimmie Ward is moving to safety, so the 49ers will be on the lookout for some cornerback depth in the 2017 NFL Draft.

  18. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Garrett Sickels, DE, Penn State
The Buccaneers need another edge rusher, as Robert Ayers, who turns 32 in August, is just a short-term solution at defensive end.

Pick change; previously Deatrich Wise, DE

  19. New England Patriots: Shaquill Griffin, CB, Central Florida
The Patriots signed Stephon Gilmore, but it sounds like Malcolm Butler will be leaving. If so, another cornerback will need to be added.

  20. Tennessee Titans: Kendell Beckwith, ILB, LSU
Outside of the secondary, the one area the Titans need to address is the inside linebacker group.

Pick change; previously Ben Gedeon, ILB

  21. Detroit Lions: Braden Smith, G, Auburn
The Lions have done a great job of upgrading their offensive line this offseason, but the one positions that could still be addressed is one of the guard spots.

Pick change; previously Jessamen Dunker, G

  22. Miami Dolphins: De'Veon Smith, RB, Michigan
The Dolphins don't have the best depth behind Jay Ajayi, so this is something they could aim to fix in the 2017 NFL Draft.

  23. New York Giants: Deatrich Wise Jr., DE, Arkansas
The Giants spent tons of money on their defensive line, but that doesn't mean they won't use an early draft choice on a lineman. Jerry Reese is never one to shy away from adding pass-rushers.

Pick change; previously Michael Roberts, TE

  24. Oakland Raiders: Vincent Taylor, DT, Oklahoma State
The Raiders could really stand to double up on defensive tackles, given how dire things are at the position.

  25. Houston Texans: Jake Replogle, DE/DT, Purdue
The Texans could stand to add a defensive lineman who can generate a quality pass rush.

  26. Kansas City Chiefs: Wayne Gallman, RB, Clemson
The Chiefs cut Jamaal Charles, so they'll need to spend an early-round selection on a new running back.

Pick change; previously Jourdan Lewis, CB

  27. Buffalo Bills: Corn Elder, CB, Miami
The Bills will probably need more than one cornerback to fill the void that Stephon Gilmore's departure has created.

  28. Green Bay Packers: Samaje Perine, RB, Oklahoma
The Packers could double up on running backs in the 2017 NFL Draft, considering that all they have at the position is a former wide receiver and a lethargic journeyman.

  29. Pittsburgh Steelers: Josh Reynolds, WR, Texas A&M
Considering the state of Pittsburgh's receiving corps beyond Antonio Brown, it would not surprise me at all if the Steelers added two wideouts in the 2017 NFL Draft.

  30. Atlanta Falcons: Steven Taylor, LB, Houston
Philip Wheeler has played far too many snaps for the Falcons this year, so they should make sure that doesn't happen again.

Pick change; previously Wayne Gallman, RB

  31. Cleveland Browns: Sam Rogers, FB, Virginia Tech
The Browns tried to sign Kyle Juszczyk this offseason, but the 49ers outbid them. Perhaps that means they'll target a fullback in the middle rounds.

  32. Cincinnati Bengals: Chad Wheeler, OT, USC
The Bengals have some major offensive line problems all of a sudden. They'll have to spend multiple selections fixing these issues.

  33. Denver Broncos: Donnel Pumphrey, RB, San Diego State
The Broncos struggled when C.J. Anderson was out of the lineup, so they may want to improve their running back depth.

  34. Miami Dolphins: Artavis Scott, WR, Clemson
There was some trade speculation surrounding Jarvis Landry earlier in the offseason. If that's still in the plans, perhaps the Dolphins will use a mid-round pick on a receiver.

  35. Arizona Cardinals: Ben Gedeon, ILB, Michigan
Karlos Dansby was signed this offseason, but the Cardinals need a long-term solution at inside linebacker.

Pick change; previously Jimmie Gilbert, LB

  36. Kansas City Chiefs: Connor Harris, ILB, Lindenwood
Derrick Johnson is coming off yet another injury, so it seems clear that his time is running out. The Chiefs will need to find a replacement.

  37. Cleveland Browns: Joshua Dobbs, QB, Tennessee
The Browns like Joshua Dobbs and could select him as a developmental quarterback despite taking Mitchell Trubisky in the first round.

  38. Green Bay Packers: Jadar Johnson, S, Clemson
I can't imagine Packer fans complaining if I give their team more depth for their struggling secondary.

  39. New England Patriots: Darrell Daniels, TE, Washington
The Patriots acquired Dwayne Allen from the Colts to replace the departed Martellus Bennett, but I think they'll be interested in adding a third tight end to the roster.

  40. Miami Dolphins: Richie Brown, LB, Mississippi State
The Dolphins signed Lawrence Timmons to help their ailing linebacking corps, but Timmons is just a short-term solution.
