  1. Oakland Raiders: Tim Williams, DE/OLB, Alabama
It's amazing how ineffective Oakland's pass rush has been thus far. Khalil Mack has been a ghost, and no one else is stepping up to keep double teams off of him. The Raiders desperately need to bring in someone new to get to the quarterback.

  2. New York Giants: Mike McGlinchey, OT, Notre Dame
The Giants tried to draft Jack Conklin this past April, but the Titans leapt them. There's no question that New York needs to bolster Eli Manning's pass protection, especially in terms of the liability at right tackle.

Pick change; previously Ethan Pocic, C/G

  3. Detroit Lions: Caleb Brantley, DT, Florida
Detroit's defensive line is very strong on the edge, but the team has yet to find a worthy replacement for Ndamukong Suh. The Lions' inability to get to Andrew Luck in the season opener was discouraging.

  4. Arizona Cardinals: Desmond King, CB, Iowa
Marcus Cooper has been much better than the anemic Brandon Williams at cornerback, but I have to believe that the Cardinals will be searching for a viable upgrade across from Patrick Peterson.

Pick change; previously Mike Williams, WR

  5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Dawuane Smoot, DE, Illinois
Tampa's safeties are horrible, but that can be helped via a better pass rush. The Buccaneers struggle to get to the quarterback from the edge, so I expect that to be addressed.

Pick change; previously O.J. Howard, TE

  6. Kansas City Chiefs: Tre'Davious White, CB, LSU
The Chiefs had a great tandem at cornerback last year with Sean Smith and Marcus Peters, but the former has defected for Oakland. Andy Reid has a history of drafting corners in the first round, so he could pull the trigger on one again.

Pick change; previously Desmond King, CB

  7. Houston Texans: Reuben Foster, ILB, Alabama
The Texans won't have Brian Cushing around for much longer, so they'll likely be in the market for a new inside linebacker to pair with Benardrick McKinney.

Pick change; previously Jarrad Davis, LB

  8. Cleveland Browns: Cordrea Tankersley, CB, Clemson
Joe Haden is off to a terrific start this season, but the Browns have nothing else at cornerback. That'll obviously need to change, and this draft is loaded with talented players at the position.

Pick change; previously Mike McGlinchey, OT

  9. Cincinnati Bengals: Marcus Maye, S, Florida
The Bengals had a number of key free agents this offseason. They re-signed some of them, but failed to keep Reggie Nelson, who was a valuable member of their defense. Here's a much-needed replacement if Shawn Williams doesn't come through. Williams is not off to a good start, but the season is still young.

  10. Seattle Seahawks: DeMarcus Walker, DE/DT, Florida State
There was one team that was convinced the Seahawks would select Robert Nkemdiche in the 2016 NFL Draft. They did not, but it made a ton of sense, as Seattle could use a pass-rushing presence in the interior of its defensive line.

Pick change; previously Davon Godchaux, DT

  11. Carolina Panthers: Christian McCaffrey, RB/WR, Stanford
Jonathan Stewart doesn't have many years left, so the Panthers need to find a long-term solution at running back. They also don't have a viable receiving threat out of the backfield. Christian McCaffrey would solve both problems.

Pick change; previously Dawuane Smoot, DE

  12. Denver Broncos: O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama
Virgil Green is a solid blocker, but the Broncos could use a viable receiving threat in the middle of the field. The very athletic O.J. Howard would serve as a great security blanket for Trevor Siemian.

Pick change; previously Christian McCaffrey, RB

  13. Green Bay Packers: Carroll Phillips, DE/OLB, Illinois
Even with Clay Matthews moving back outside, the Packers need to find a new edge rusher or two, as both Julius Peppers and Nick Perry will be impending free agents this offseason.

  14. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jarrad Davis, LB, Florida
I loved the Tyler Matakevich pick, but if he doesn't flash as a rookie, the Steelers could spend an early-round selection on an eventual replacement for Lawrence Timmons.

Pick change; previously Raekwon McMillan, LB

  15. Philadelphia Eagles: Mike Williams, WR, Clemson
The Eagles have nothing across from Jordan Matthews, aside from some projects like Dorial Green-Beckham and Paul Turner. If neither steps up this year, Philadelphia will be in the market for a new No. 2 receiver.

Pick change; previously Tre'Davious White, CB

  16. New England Patriots: Pat Elflein, C/G, Ohio State
Bill Belichick loves versatile offensive linemen, and Pat Elflein can play all three positions on the interior. The Patriots need to bolster their blocking unit.

Pick change; previously DeMarcus Walker, DT
