Kansas City Chiefs: Charles Harris, DE/OLB, Missouri
The Chiefs currently aren't getting any pressure on the quarterback. That's obviously because Justin Houston is out, but Dee Ford, starting in his place, has done nothing. Tamba Hali doesn't have much longer remaining as a pro, so the Chiefs will need to find a suitable replacement for him.

Tennessee Titans: Tre'Davious White, CB, LSU
Both defensive back positions should be addressed by the Titans, who are extremely weak on the back end. Perrish Cox has been an abomination in coverage, and he can't tackle either. He needs to be upgraded immediately.
Buffalo Bills: Caleb Brantley, DT, Florida
The Bills have to add to their pass rush, and Caleb Brantley is one of the better players on the board. Buffalo is very weak in the defensive interior, as it's unclear what will become of Marcell Dareus, who can't seem to stay out of trouble. Dareus just got out of rehab, but reported to the team out of shape, which was not a good sign.

Washington Redskins: Malik McDowell, DE/DT, Michigan State
The Redskins have been routinely gashed by the run this season, as they don't have any sort of talent up front outside of Chris Baker. This is an area they'll have to address this upcoming offseason.

Baltimore Ravens: Tim Williams, DE/OLB, Alabama
The Ravens struggled to get pressure on the quarterback when Elvis Dumervil was out of the lineup. Dumervil has returned, but the problem is that he and Terrell Suggs will be 33 and 34, respectively, by the 2017 NFL Draft. Some young blood will be needed on the edge.

Houston Texans: Marcus Maye, S, Florida
The Texans have a great front seven - or at least the will when J.J. Watt returns from injury - but the secondary definitely needs work. The safety situation is a big problem, and I'd be shocked if Houston didn't address it next offseason.

Cleveland Browns: Desmond King, CB, Iowa
Joe Haden is off to a terrific start this season, but the Browns have nothing else at cornerback. That'll obviously need to change, and this draft is loaded with talented players at the position.
Green Bay Packers: Derek Barnett, DE, Tennessee
Even with Clay Matthews moving back outside, the Packers need to find a new edge rusher or two, as both Julius Peppers and Nick Perry will be impending free agents this offseason. Perry could command a big price tag based on how well he has played in 2016, so retaining him could be difficult.

Seattle Seahawks: Dawuane Smoot, DE, Illinois
I thought there was a good chance that the Seahawks would upgrade their edge rush this offseason, but they didn't pull the trigger. They can make amends for that at this juncture, and there's never anything wrong with adding extra talented pass-rushers.

Oakland Raiders: Jarrad Davis, LB, Florida
Oakland's secondary was torched in the first couple of weeks, but has since performed better. The linebacking corps, on the other hand, is a major problem. There was speculation that the Raiders were thinking about drafting Myles Jack this past April. Here's a solution to their woes at linebacker.
Dallas Cowboys: Mike Williams, WR, Clemson
The Cowboys could do better at receiver across from Dez Bryant, and it would be nice for Dak Prescott to have a potent downfield threat for when Bryant is out of the lineup.
Denver Broncos: Reuben Foster, ILB, Alabama
Given how much they struggled to defend Atlanta's running backs as receiving threats out of the backfield, the Broncos should consider an inside linebacker early in the 2017 NFL Draft to properly replace Danny Trevathan.

Pick change; previously O.J. Howard, TE

Atlanta Falcons: Carroll Phillips, DE/OLB, Illinois
It was a bit odd to see the Falcons eschew their pass rush in the 2016 NFL Draft, especially when Shaq Lawson dropped to them at No. 17. I'm sure that after another year of struggling to get to the quarterback - excluding when they get to go up against injured, backup right tackles - they'll be desperate for someone who can apply pressure on opposing signal-callers in the 2017 NFL Draft.
New England Patriots: Christian McCaffrey, RB/WR, Stanford
Doesn't it seem like Christian McCaffrey is destined to go to New England? He's the exact type of player the Patriots love having in their offense, and he makes sense from a needs standpoint because Dion Lewis can't stay healthy.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Raekwon McMillan, LB, Ohio State
I loved the Tyler Matakevich pick, but if he doesn't flash as a rookie, the Steelers could spend an early-round selection on an eventual replacement for Lawrence Timmons.
Philadelphia Eagles: Cordrea Tankersley, CB, Clemson
I found it odd that the Eagles signed Leodis McKelvin, given that he was responsible for them beating the Bills when he missed a tackle on Zach Ertz in the final minutes of that game. Now, McKelvin will see extensive action, which is a mistake. The Eagles also traded away Eric Rowe, so they could be looking for cornerback help with Minnesota's selection.
