Round 1

Picks 17-31
17. Steelers: Bryan Bresee, DT, Clemson

Bryan Bresee was the nr1 recruit coming out of high school. Last year he wasn't at his best because he came back from a major injury and he tragically lost his sister.

I think he could prove to be a steal for the Steelers (pun not intended) in their 3-4 front. Learning some tricks from Cam Heyward before replacing him in the long run.

18. Lions: Cam Smith, CB, South Carolina

After drafting Myles Murphy at number 6 the Lions bolster their defense again with a much needed corner.

19. Buccaneers: O'Cyrus Torrence, G, Florida

The Bucs will probably hit the reset button after the retirement of Tom Brady.

Rebuilds go through the trenches. Here's the best guard in the class to go alongside Tristan Wirfs.

20. Seahawks: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Ohio State

It's really too bad that Smith-Njigba suffered an injury last year. I would have loved to see him play outside for Ohio State.

He's only proven as a slot receiver but with Seattle he would be an ideal compliment to DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett.

21. Chargers: Anton Harrison, OT, Oklahoma

Jamaree Salyer did pretty well at tackle when Rashawn Slater fell out with an injury last year. I do think he's better at guard so the Chargers still need a major upgrade at RT.

22. Ravens: Quentin Johnston, WR, TCU

The Ravens don't have many needs but they do have two major ones.

1) A happy Lamar Jackson
2) Wide receiver help

Quentin Johnston is a big body receiver who's great at contested catches.

23. Vikings: Kelee Ringo, CB, Georgia

Don't let last year's record fool you. The Vikings are far away from winning a championship. Their defense needs major help. Especially in the secondary.

24. Jaguars: Nolan Smith, OLB, Georgia

To me Travon Walker is not an edge rusher but an interior defensive lineman. Nolan Smith can play on the outside so Walker can kick inside.

25. Giants: Zay Flowers, WR, Boston College

The Giants had the worst receiver room in the league last year. The free agency class is pretty weak so they will need to draft at least one.

26. Cowboys: Bijan Robinson, RB, Texas

Bijan Robinson is a generational talent but there's a plethora of backs available in free agency and the draft class is also very deep. You can easily find a starting RB in the fourth round.

Jerry Jones loves his bell cow backs though. With Zeke regressing and Tony Pollard hitting free agency I wouldn't be surprised he would move up for Bijan.

27. Bills: Trenton Simpson, LB, Clemson

Tremaine Edmunds played a stellar season but there's no way the Bills are resigning him now they paid Josh Allen.

Trenton Simpson can start day 1 next to Matt Milano.

28. Bengals: Dalton Kincaid, TE, Utah

The Bengals need a better tight end. With such a deep class they could scoop up Kincaid here.

29. Saints: Lukas Van Ness, DE, Iowa

Marcus Davenport will probably leave in free agency. Cam Jordan will regress soon.

Here's an edge rusher with major upside for the Saints.

30. Eagles: Isaiah Foskey, DE, Notre Dame

Of course the Eagles are going to take a defensive lineman. A lot of them are hitting free agency and they won't be able to bring them all back.

31. Chiefs: Darnell Wright, OT, Tennessee

The Chiefs have managed to assemble one of the best offensive lines in the league after they got slaughtered by the Bucs in the Super Bowl.

They still need an upgrade at RT because Andrew Wylie is not a long term answer. Darnell Wright is a man mountain.
