Round 2

32. Steelers: Clark Phillips, CB, Utah

The Steelers really committed a hold up by getting this pick from the Bears for Chase Claypool.

Even if Cam Sutton is resigned the Steelers need more help at corner.

Clark Phillips is a tremendous athlete with incredible instincts.

33. Texans: Jalin Hyatt, WR, Tennessee

Building a WR-room is like forming a basketball team. You need different types for maximum effect.

Nico Collins will be the big body receiver, Jordan Addison the possession guy and Jalin Hyatt the speed receiver who stretches defenses vertically.

Hyatt might run in the 4.2's at the combine.

34. Cardinals: B.J. Ojulari, DE, LSU

The Cardinals lost Chandler Jones to free agency last year and JJ Watt to retirement this year. Zach Allen might also be on his way out.

After Jalen Carter the Cardinals double up on d-linemen early in the draft.

BJ Ojulari is a bendy and explosive pass rusher.

35. Colts: Dawand Jones, OT, Ohio State

The Colts O-line was subpar last season. If they want to give CJ Stroud and Jonathan Taylor a chance to excel they need fresh blood.

Let's reconnect Stroud with his college team mate Dawand Jones. He is a behemoth at 6-8 and 360 pounds who only allowed four sacks in his college career.

36. Rams: Felix Anudike-Uzomah, DE/OLB, Kansas State

Aaron Donald and Sean McVay will be back next season so I would be a fool to say they are not in the running for another Super Bowl.

They badly need help in the trenches on both sides of the ball though. Felix Anudike is a strong edge rusher who's also excellent against the run.

37. Seahawks: Siaki Ika, DT, Baylor

The Seahawks already drafted Tyree Wilson at edge rusher but they also need help inside.

Siaki Ika is a 358 pound nose tackle who reminds me of Vita Vea.

38. Raiders: Anthony Richardson, QB, Florida

I wouldn't be surprised if Richardson went in the top-10 like Trey Lance did but I also wouldn't be surprised if he fell to round 3 like Malik Willis last year.

If the Raiders take Jimmy G as their bridge Richardson could play some snaps in short yardage plays and goal line situations until he's ready to take over as the starter.

39. Panthers: Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Alabama

Jahmyr Gibbs is a back with elite speed and soft hands. In most draft classes he would be RB1 but with Bijan in his class he's number 2.

He's an ideal replacement for Christian McCaffrey and a nice compliment to new QB Will Levis.

40. Saints: Drew Sanders, LB, Arkansas

The Saints need linebacker help next to Demario Davis and a future replacement for their alpha. Drew Sanders could easily go in round 1.

41. Titans: Josh Downs, WR, North Carolina

The Titans need an upgrade over Nick Westbrook-Ikhine.

42. Browns: Mazi Smith, DT, Michigan

The interior defensive line has been a long time problem for the Browns. Mazi Smith is a three down defensive tackle.

43. Jets: Antonio Johnson, CB/S, Texas A&M

The Jets have an elite defense but they could get better at safety. Antonio Johnson is a prospect who could go in the first round.

44. Falcons: Tuli Tuipulotu, DE, USC

The Falcons have the worst pressure rate in the NFL. They need pass rushers badly.

45. Packers: Calijah Kancey, DT, Pittsburgh

The Packers run defense was absolutely horrendous last year. It probably cost them the play offs in that game against Detroit in Week 18.

Calijah Kancey is a bit undersized for a DT but he loves to stuff the run and can get to the QB.

46. Patriots: Deonte Banks, CB, Maryland

The Packers double up on corners. You can't have enough of them in the AFC.

47. Commanders: Emmanuel Forbes, CB, Mississippi State

The Commanders also double up on DB's after selecting Brian Branch. They've been needing corner help for a while now.

48. Lions: Darnell Washington, TE, Georgia

The Lions traded away TJ Hockenson but they get his replacement here. Darnell Washington falls to them because of the deep TE-class.

49. Steelers: Noah Sewell, ILB, Oregon

The Steelers have drafted a lot of offensive players the last couple of drafts but this year I'm giving them three defensive players in the first 50.

Sewell's strenghts are his ability of stopping the run and pressuring the quarterback. He does need to improve his pass coverage to become a true three down LB.

50. Buccaneers: Cody Mauch, G, North Dakota State

Cody Mauch will be an immediate starter at guard and could potentially move to tackle if the Bucs decide to get rid of Donovan Smith's contract in the future.

51. Dolphins: Luke Musgrave, TE, Oregon State

Mike Gesicki is on his way out. Luke Musgrave would be an upgrade since he's way better as a run blocker.

52. Seahawks: Derick Hall, OLB, Auburn

The Seahawks make a Philadelphia Eagles move and keep stockpiling D-linemen. Outside of Uchenna Nwosu they barely had anyone who could put pressure on the opposing QB last season.

53. Bears: John Michael Schmitz, C, Minnesota

The Bears need to protect Justin Fields. With John Michael Schmitz they get the best center in the class who can start from day 1.

54. Chargers: Gervon Dexter, DT, Florida

The Chargers tried to fix their interior D-line last year by obtaining Sebastian Joseph-Day but they still got mauled in the run game. Here's an extra body in the middle for them.

55. Lions: Henry To'o'To'o, LB, Alabama

Even if Alex Anzalone is resigned the Lions need major help at linebacker.

56. Jaguars: Tyrique Stevenson, CB, Miami

At some point last season the Jags had the worst pass defense in the entire NFL. That's not the way to go in the AFC.

57. Giants: Kayshon Boutte, WR, LSU

The G-men take another receiver to help out Daniel Jones.

58. Cowboys: Keeanu Benton, DT, Wisconsin

The Cowboys have amazing pass rushers but they need more quality in the interior.

59. Bills: Steve Avila, C, TCU

People keep mocking running backs to Buffalo but I believe in James Cook. They also traded for Nyheim Hines last season.

The reason why the Bills running game isn't working is because of their below average O-line.

Steve Avila impressed at the Senior Bowl and can immediately start at guard or center.

60. Bengals: Chris Smith, S, Georgia

The Bengals already drafted Dax Hill last year but Jessie Bates and Vonn Bell probably won't be in Cincinnati next year.

61. Panthers: Will McDonald, DE, Iowa State

The Panthers need someone opposite Brian Burns to rush the QB.

62. Eagles: Andre Carter II, OLB, Army

The Eagles have a lot of free agents on the defensive line so they go with another one in Andre Carter.

63. Chiefs: Jaelyn Duncan, OT, Maryland

I already gave the Chiefs an OT in the first round but they might need two if they can't work out a deal with Orlando Brown.
