Round 1

Did the Lions use a top 30 visit on any QBs? No! Is there any indication they are interested in Milroe? No!
But mock drafts are only fun if you make a big swing or two.
The NFL invited Milroe to the draft. So at least one team has given him a first round grade, and indicated to league officials there is a good chance they take him. What team makes sense? He will need to sit for a year or two, but a HC who likes to use fun packages and trick plays could get him on the field sooner. This is also a team that brought back Teddy Bridgewater from the dead(of coaching HS football) to be the backup in the playoffs. They clearly hate Hendon Hooker, who they spent good draft capital on previously, which they did while Goff was rostered!
We can eliminate well over half the teams in the league from taking him because of their QB/contract situation. Any team that drafted a QB in the first round in the last two years, teams with entrenched pro bowl caliber QB in their prime, and teams taking a QB early this year.
We are left with teams with more immediate needs like the Steelers and Saints, who could take Milroe and sit him behind Rodgers/Cousins and Carr for a year. I don't see why the Steelers would get rid of Fields to draft Milroe. I do think the Saints are a reasonable option though.
Other options are the 'teams that have had a decent QB for awhile and might be getting tired of him'. Your teams like the Cowboys, Dolphins, and Cardinals. All of these teams have pretty big needs all over their roster though, and taking a QB early doesn't really make sense. It's also tough to move on at this stage of the contract, they are probably all a year or two away from considering it.
Which basically leaves the Rams and Lions and Bucs as the teams with good rosters, and a QB that is past their prime.
I don't think the Bucs can do it, as you wouldn't want to shake Bakers confidence at all. They also have a few more needs and draft a bit earlier.
The Rams, with McVay, provide an interesting option. Milroe is extremely different than Stafford, but McVay has a noodle arm backing up Stafford, so I don't think he requires a certain type of QB and nothing else. I think the Rams are in win now mode though with Stafford so close to the end, and are more likely to go with the best player available that will help them win immediately.
Which leaves the Lions. A team that needs a backup. They have some needs but are one of the better teams. They have drafted aggressively in past years. Goff is good but not elite, and is now 30. They have not been able to find a quality backup or developmental guy behind him. A lot of mocks have them taking a defensive player, but they might look at their defense and feel they are adding by doing nothing, because of all the injured players that will be coming back.
I acknowledge this is not likely to happen and I'm just having some fun. Also how fun would it be if Shedeur went after not only Ward and Dart but also Milroe?

he'll only ever play guard but the positional flexibility he showed in college makes chiefs want him over booker or connerly
