This NFL Draft order is based on the 2008 NFL Draft Order and 2008 Draft Prospect Rankings.

136. Kansas City Chiefs: John Sullivan, C, Notre Dame
     The Chiefs have to keep upgrading their offensive line. However, knowing Carl Peterson's draft tactics, he'll probably take Justin Medlock here.
     
     
137. St. Louis Rams: Doug Legursky, C, Marshall
     The Rams need to keep upgrading their pathetic offensive line.
     
     
138. Atlanta Falcons: Brad Cottam, TE, Tennessee
     It was pretty predictable that the Falcons were going to cut Alge Crumpler. Crumpler, once a great tight end, mysteriously became a sluggish player who dropped dozens of passes every week because he was too preoccupied daydreaming about eating hamburgers after each game.

139. Denver Broncos: Ali Highsmith, OLB, LSU
     The lackluster Ian Gold has been released, opening up an even greater void at weakside linebacker depth for the Broncos.
     
     Ali Highsmith had a brutal combine, so it's possible he could fall this far.
     
     
140. Kansas City Chiefs: Dwight Lowery, CB, San Jose State
     Talk about depth issues. Kansas City's starting cornerback across from the archaic Patrick Surtain is Dimitri Patterson. Yeah, I'm not sure if he's a real person either. Depth is needed even if the Chiefs grab a corner in the earlier rounds.
     
     
141. Carolina Panthers: Kellen Davis, TE, Michigan State
     I'm not sure why the Panthers haven't acquired a top-notch tight end since Wesley Walls retired, but they should try to do that here.
     
     
142. Chicago Bears: Andre Fluellen, DT, Florida State
     The Bears take a small break from fixing up their offense and address depth issues at defensive tackle.
     
     
143. Buffalo Bills: Peyton Hillis, FB, Arkansas
     The Bills could use an upgrade at fullback, and Peyton Hillis gives them the offensive versatility they'd find very useful.
     
     
144. Detroit Lions: Jonathan Wilhite, CB, Auburn
     It's a yearly tradition - eating turkey, falling asleep afterward and watching the Lions give up 40 points before the whole feast starts. Detroit's defense sucks, and it's time for a change.
     
     Despite trading for Leigh Bodden and signing Brian Kelly, the Lions still need depth at cornerback.
     
     
145. Cincinnati Bengals: DeJuan Tribble, CB, Boston College
     It's strange that a team that spent consecutive first-round picks on cornerbacks needs depth at the position.
     
     
     
     
     
146. New Orleans Saints: Ezra Butler, OLB, Nevada
     The Saints need lots of help at both outside linebacker positions. Getting Ezra Butler this late is a huge steal.
     
     
147. Jacksonville Jaguars: Arman Shields, WR/KR, Richmond
     The Jaguars need speed at receiver and a dynamic return specialist. This seems like the perfect fit for both parties.
     
     
148. Denver Broncos: Frank Okam, DT, Texas
     The Broncos traded for Dewayne Robertson, but I still think they need some depth at the position.

149. Arizona Cardinals: Kenny Iwebema, DE/OLB, Iowa
     The Cardinals signed Travis LaBoy as their new 3-4 rush linebacker, but they could still use depth at the position.
     
     
150. Minnesota Vikings: Kevin O'Connell, QB, San Diego State
     In my opinion, Jackson is one of the five worst starting quarterbacks in the NFL (in no particular order - Jackson, Alex Smith, Kyle Boller, John Beck and Brodie Croyle). I watched anywhere between 9-11 Vikings games this year, and I was never impressed with any of Jackson's attributes, other than his arm strength and mobility.
     
     
151. Houston Texans: Geno Hayes, OLB, Florida State
     More defense to help stop the Colts. The Texans don't really have much behind Morlon Greenwood.
     
     
152. Philadelphia Eagles: King Dunlap, OT, Auburn
     Andy Reid loves drafting linemen, and he adds one here, as Winston Justice is a huge question mark after being humiliated by Osi Umenyiora.

153. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Marcus Monk, WR, Arkansas
     The Buccaneers couldn't get D.J. Hackett, so they'll need to draft a possession receiver to pair with Donnie Avery once Joey Galloway retires.
     
     
154. Washington Redskins: Bruce Davis, OLB, UCLA
     Solid value for Bruce Davis here. Marcus Washington, whose 6-year contract expires in two years, missed a few games last season. He could become more of an injury risk; he turns 31 in October.
     
     
155. Cleveland Browns: Jonathan Zenon, CB, LSU
     The Browns are pretty thin at cornerback. If they get depth there and an effective 3-4 rush linebacker in this draft, they'll be set to take over the top spot in the AFC North.
     
     
156. Pittsburgh Steelers: Ernie Wheelwright, WR, Minnesota
     Ben Roethlisberger recently demanded that the Steelers provide him with a giant receiver, going as far as threatening to play quarterback next year without a helmet. Considering Pittsburgh's front office is now paying him $50 billion a year, I think they have to meet his demands.
     
     Ernie Wheelwright improved his stock at Minnesota's Pro Day. Wheelwright, who had 775 yards and nine touchdowns in 2007, posted a 4.50 40 and a 36-inch vertical at 6-4, 215. Pretty impressive.
     
     
157. Tennessee Titans: Steve Slaton, RB, West Virginia
     Steve Slaton, solid value near the bottom of this round, should be a solid complement for LenDale White. Let's just hope White doesn't accidentally eat him. I said complement, LenDale; not condiment.
     
     
     
     
158. Jacksonville Jaguars: Caleb Campbell, SS, Army
     I know strong safety isn't a need if Brian Williams works out at that position, but the Jaguars aren't exactly looking for much in this draft. They can afford to take Best Player Available here. And it never hurts to have too many talented defensive backs if you're trying to take down the Patriots and Colts.
     
     
159. Jacksonville Jaguars: Craig Stevens, TE, California
     With all of these third- and fifth-round picks, look for the Jaguars to trade up. If not, they may look at someone to challenge George Wrighster behind Marcedes Lewis at the tight end position.

160. San Diego Chargers: Marcus Griffin, FS, Texas
     Welcome back to the draft, Chargers! Hope A.J. Smith got some golf in. Hopefully he wasn't in the sun long enough to forget what his team actually needs.
     
     Some depth at safety would be nice; there isn't really much behind Clinton Hart and Eric Weddle.
     
     
161. Indianapolis Colts: Jacob Tamme, TE, Kentucky
     Some help for Indianapolis' H-back position with Ben Utecht defecting for Cincinnati.
     
     
162. Green Bay Packers: Trevor Scott, DE, Buffalo
     Another case of the "Best Player Available" strategy. Trevor Scott's an intriguing prospect. He managed nine sacks last year, and just ran a 4.54 at 6-5, 256 pounds during his Pro Day. Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila, who turns 31 in September, has just two more years on his contract.
     
     
163. Dallas Cowboys: Chad Rinehart, G/OT, Northern Iowa
     I'd like to see the Cowboys add more depth at guard behind Kyle Kosier and Leonard Davis.
     
     
164. New England Patriots: Jameel McClain, ILB, Syracuse
     In all his years with New England, Bill Belichick has never taken a linebacker higher than the fifth round. Well, because it's such a huge need now, perhaps he'll repeat history and grab one here.
     
     
165. New York Giants: Keenan Burton, WR, Kentucky
     Amani Toomer's retirement is coming soon. If it's not this summer, it'll be the next one. In addition to Steve Smith, New York needs to have a new wide out ready to go when that happens.
     
     
166. San Diego Chargers: Carlton Powell, DE/DT, Virginia Tech
     Depth for the defensive line, as Luis Castillo spends way too much time on the IR.
